Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Мы прилетели в 7 утра, к 10ч владелица апартаментов проводила нас до номера, за что мы очень благодарны, т.к. устали после перелета. В номере есть все удобства: мощный кондиционер, 2 бутылки воды, средства гигиены, переходники, чисто и уютно! Европейские розетки для удобства иностранных гостей тоже есть, хотя мы на всякий случай взяли свой переходник. Номер убирали каждый день, ставили новую воду и меняли полотенца. Выселение в 14ч, что удобно при вечернем вылете, как у нас. В 2х метрах метро, огромное кол-во кафе на любой вкус, продуктовые. Есть храм рядом, где можно прогуляться.
Нет минусов, мы довольны проживанием!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Spacieux. Super emplacement à la sortie du metro Xiashia.le checking est porte C2 à droite de l'entrée de KK one. L'appart est porte C3. Un ascenseur au niveau de la piscine au 5e permet d'aller directement aub3e etage du centre commercial KK one.
J'ai globalement beaucoup apprecié mais il y quelques points d'ameliorations. On dispose de bouteilles d'eau et un service de menage quotidien mais bizarrement pas de papier toilette de tout le séjour et la prestation ménage c'est esentielement faire un lit sur 2 et vider les poubelles. Coté cuisine il y a frigo et machine à laver le linge mais quasiement rien coté ustensible (4 bolles, 2 assiettes, 2 fourchettes et 1 couteau. Rien d'autre)

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The employee of this property did her utmost best to help us but in the end the problem (bad hygiene could not be solved)
There were traces of mold in the two bedrooms and no other clean appartments were available. The employee arranged cleaning of the ceilings but in the end those mold/stains on the ceiling could not be removed. This mold is the result of humid weather what is understandable. We however did not feel ok to stay over there. Since the employee had to help other customers we had to wait 40minutes every time for each single question. In the end we left just before midnight and had to pay one night of cancellation cost while we had to arrange a last minute booking in another place and had to make additional cost. It was terrible!!! We also found a shrimp in the fridge. That was another proof of bad hygiene. We do not understand why under these circumstances we had to pay for cancellation.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Above an awesome mall and across from another great mall. Temple with gorgeous lge pond with coy fish and turtles and statues 200 metres across road. Clean modern apartment with great views. Washing machine was useful. Staff very friendly and helpful.
No utensils in kitchen cupboard. Internet very weak. Make sure you have alipay app on your phone before arriving. Taxi, hotel and shopping only accept alipay. We only could use our visa card at Starbucks.

В номере очень грязно, пыль вообще не протирали, хотя я очень попросила. Под кроватью, за диваном была ужасная грязь, еда старая,чьи-то тапки, упаковки от какой-то еды и очень много были. Второе, при бронировании спросила работает ли бассейн в наши даты, сказали, что да. Но когда приехали, то он не работал и даже не был залит. Неужели сложно было проверить. Было очень некомфортно жить в грязи. Некоторые фото прилагаю.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Номер на 13 этаже, в охраняемом здании, вид на море, горы и город, рядом со станцией метро в отличном районе, где есть буквально все, что нужно для проживания и отдыха;) Рядом есть магазины, заведения с едой на любой вкус, массажные салоны, аптеки, лечение китайской медициной, уход за ушами, банки, небольшой парк и т.п. От отеля до всех местных достопримечательностей на метро и на такси недорого и недалеко ехать, до Гонконга на метро тоже недалеко.

Спальня - в отдельной комнате, в гостиной - диван, на котором можно спать. Персонал - выше всех похвал, пошли нам на встречу, когда нужно было забрать наши вещи из номера в день выезда, тк мы не успевали ко времени выселения (были на пляже), за что большое им спасибо!!!

У жены была кака-то аллергическая реакция будто на белье постельное (кашлят начинала), но мы решили, что это не так важно, чтобы снизить рейтинг.

Таксисту было трудно найти адрес. Обязательно распечатайте адрес отеля на китайском языке. Или воспользуйтесь фотографиями, которые я прикладываю к отзыву. Ориентиром может служить торговый центр KK ONE.

Jeden Tag wurden auch neue Wasserflaschen ins Zimmer gestellt, danke dafür. Komplett zentrale Lage, besser geht es wirklich nicht mit einer tollen Aussicht bis nach Hong
zu beachten, dass Der Anspruch der Sauberkeit bei Amerikaner und Europäer anders ist als bei Chinesen. Das erste Zimmer war sehr dreckig, dafür haben wir ein weiteres bekommen Punkt zu bedenken ist, ich habe das leider übersehen, dass es ein raucherhotel ist und alle Zimmer wirklich nach Zigaretten riechen.

The balcony flloor was always flooded when the washingmachine was turmed on. Kitchen cabinets were not clean and not supplied with general kitchen utensils.
