Best perk was the free laundry. You can get them to collect the laundry at any hour, and it will be sent back cleaned in about 5 hours. I sent clothes for wash and dry after midnight and got it back first thing in the morning! Room and facilities were very clean, free supper was decent. Location was great. In a quiet neighbourhood, but easy to get around. To get from BaoAn International airport to the hotel, take line 11 direct from airport to CheGongMiao station, and switch to line 9, take 1 station to XiaSha, and the hotel is a short walk from Exit D. Very convenient. From the hotel, can walk underground to KKone mall via the station's Exit B. This exit also links to nearby buildings with good bakery and a lot of meal options.

Although non-smoking, there were obviously people smoking in the rooms, and the smoke drifted into the common walkways. The hotel signage is not very obvious ... but once you are out from XiaSha metro station exit D, just walk straight, cross a small road, walk past a badminton hall, and the hotel is there.

Good proximity to KK One mall and the metro. Walkable to the mall in 3 mins via metro underground, but not sheltered at the beginning of the way. Nice touch to have free laundry services and supper included at night.

Cigarette smoke smell permeated throughout the night along the corridors. Our first assigned room 8135 had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away, and worse, it was right next to the fire escape exit door where cigarette smell came in strongly from the outside. When reassigned to the second room, 8123, the toilet would not flush! Breakfast lacks continental choices, they served the same Chinese breakfast items every day.

Nous avons laissé une mauvaise note car à notre arrivée, l’établissement a affirmé ne pas avoir reçu notre réservation (pourtant validée sur Booking). A les écouter, ils ne travaillent pas avec cette plate-forme mais disposent cependant de nombreux avis dessus… L’occasion pour eux, une fois avoir apporté un stress important à notre famille de 4, de nous facturer leur seule chambre disponible deux fois plus chère que le prix indiqué sur Booking…

Очень долгое заселение

The hotel is in a convenient location, approx 3 minutes walk from Xia Sha Station and KKONE mall is conveniently connected via the underground passage. Customer service was friendly and efficient, had a problem with the room’s wifi and they fixed it immediately. Laundry services - they even delivered washed and dried clothes to our room! Room was very clean, very new looking, bed comfortable and the room that we stayed in was very quiet. Overall, will definitely return to stay with them again!

Aircond can get a little loud at higher fan setting but it didn’t take away the overall pleasant experience.

Location and politeness of staffs. And the supper!

Nothing much except for the 1st room I stayed in 8153, it had sewage smell. The other room we changed to was ok. No such smell.

Large room. Modern and clean. Free laundry facilities and 24 hour gym. Free food 21.30-23.00 (noodles, porridge, dim sum). Very close to subway station. KK One mall across the street.

Lovely appointed room. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Great location. Staff very helpful even with the language barrier. Gym, laundry, free snacks in the evening & great variety for breakfast.

Very elegant and zen-like ambience/decor with art everywhere. Spacious, well equipped room. Good gym, free laundrette a bonus point.

The team was friendly and tended to our needs very well. We had a restful holiday. The subway is just walking distance from the hotel.

Location was slightly hard to find via car

We loved the comfort of the bedroom as well as the breakfast, which offers plenty of different options from typical chinese to more "western" dishes (like eggs and bacon or croissants). The hotel crew was lovely, most of them don't speak english, but they are always ready to help with google translate or similar apps.

The inner window rooms don’t have an external window. I was upgraded to a room with external windows after staying for 2 nights in a inner window room

Well located modern hotel. The hotel is all on a single floor with good facilities. The rooms were big with comfy beds. Staff are friendly although don’t speak much English

I checked-in at around 8.30 pm, the room was not ready. I was told the room would be prepared in 30 minutes, so I went out for dinner and once back I was assigned a room with a very bad smell coming out of the toilet. I informed the manager that admitted the problem but there was no other room available, it was too late to change hotel and I had to sleep there one night before having the room changed. The staff apologized but no solutions were offered or any kind of compensation. I don't write reviews but this had to be recorded.

I didn't get a room with a view, but whenever we went outside there were special restaurants and other establishments all around us.

booked a room with window on web. Disappointed that I was asked to upgrade it with additional 288 RMB to have a window room for 3 nights stay. I didn't take their offer. Noisy from 6am in the morning. I was given a room close to the reception and heard catering service cart pushing around, luggage bumping and shouts from the visitors along the corridor.
