The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location in Heliopolis was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation.

Di notte mi sono svegliata con punture di insetti sul mio corpo. Le coperte erano molto sporche e non c erano lenzuola tra noi e le coperte o copripiumini. La casa è abbastanza vecchia, tranne i bagni.

The location!

The floors were clean but most furniture had a healthy dose of dust, as well as the air conditioning units. One unit didn’t work at all. A stench of sewer in the kitchen. An unexpected guest; a roach. A burnt iron surface, which I couldn’t use. Many loose parquet flooring tiles. Furniture was literally on its last leg. It was a great place back in the 1980s. It needs serious maintenance. Unfortunately I cannot add the photos I took because this whole review disappears when I do, and I have to start over. Happened twice already.

The location and layout of the apartment are amazing. It is very safe with a guard and a locked door at the entry of the building. The owner of the apartment was very helpful in every way. The washing machine and internet were very good. The bathrooms are in good shape.

The apartment is clean but needs to be refreshed some. A shower curtain is missing on one of the showers. Some of the parquet flooring needs to be secured. There was a sofa that needs to be fixed or removed.

Spacious apartment. Clean bed linens. Very helpful and friendly owner.

Some fixtures and furniture needs fixing or replacement. The corridors are poorly lit.

Perfect location, good connection, quiet, plenty of space and great contact with the owner.

The place is very spacious. Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean. Self -Check in is easy. There are a couple of shops across the road. Good value for budget stay.

Chairs seems a bit too old but comfortable but not a major issue.

Lovely, large apartment. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, plenty of beds, hot water, and easy access via lock-box.

Spacious, clean, Ashraf was very attentive and helpful!

The Wi-Fi and one of the AC’s didn’t work - we could go to the other rooms and there was a ventilator, so we managed with that, but Ashraf offered to send a technician to fix the AC.

The location is perfect for me itis near the airport, city star mall, city center mall. The apartment is clean and has the facilities you need. It is very suitable for families

The WiFi does not cover the whole apartment

owner and Salah are very helpful. location is great in a quite street just off main road. the apartment is huge and has all needed appliances. the balcony is very nice with fresh air. rooms are spacious. excellent wifi.

parking is sometimes hard. the apartment furniture is very tired and outdated. kitchen utensils.some extra bed sheets and covers would be very useful for long stays but over all we loved our stay and felt home.

I loved everything about it. It was a good spirit flat, comfortable, clean and cozy.

I wish there was a water dispenser.

The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. Liked the privacy. Great direct contact with Mr Ashraf. Apartment in a nice area, peace and calm. Close to shops and restaurants. Also close to manu other attractions. I will surely stay there again.

Nothing I didn't like. I will suggest a tv in the main bedroom. Also to move the wifi router to have coverage to the whole apartment.

We booked this place for a one night stop over in Cairo before catching an early flight. It's a 15 minutes ride from the airport. The place was big and confortable. After I confirmed my booking, the house manager got in touch via WhatsApp with very easy instruction for self check-in. This place is a very good value for money. Perfect for someone that needs to be close to the airport. There's also a shop open 24h in front of the building. And the lift was helpful to have with our heavy suitcases.

Shortly we can say that we found home in Cairo, recomande, each time we will go to Cairo, we will stay in this apartment.

Good Location

We were lucky to be able to book and stay at this apartment for one night after missing our flight out of the Cairo International Airport. The entire apartment is big and conveniently located near a hotel and just across the street from a convenient store which is open 24/7. The assistant of the apartment responds promptly to WhatsApp messages, and it was pretty easy finding and doing self-check-in and check-out of the apartment. The stay there was kind of like a mini-experience of living in Heliopolis.

A minor issue - There was a tiny water paddle on the kitchen floor when we arrived, and the kitchen faucet could not be closed completely to stop water drops. I assume this was a temporary problem, which was already fixed as I have already informed the manager as I departed the property.

The location is perfect and easy to reach, the neighborhood is quiet & classy and the apartment is very clean with 3 big bedrooms & wide living room. I look forward to coming again.
