Reviewed Apr 4, 2026The apart hotel was very nice. Central location, close to a supermarket. All the amenties needed for a stay are available. The sauna is a really nice addition as we stayed in rovaniemi when the temperature dropped to -35.
I found it to be a bit expensive, but the stay was really nice.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2025Warm. Clean. Good response from owner. Parking
Process to gain access to parking was difficult. You need to park outside, go up to 4th floor, get into apartment, get garage fob, lock up, go back to car, drive around block and access garage. One way street system rather complicated process. Needed good sat nav. Beds: one proper bed and one sofa bed and not sure where futon was or if we had found it, where to put it? I haven’t teenage boys so didn’t want to share a double bed.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2025Very comfortable apartment in the centre of Rovaniemi, just a few steps away from supermarkets and restaurants. It is very close to the Angry Birds park and the bus station. The apartment has everything you need: a full kitchen with kitchenware, a washing machine and a sauna. There were some small sleds for the children and some toys. The hosts were very friendly, they let us know when the apartment was available so we could enter a little before check-in time. They provided us with a lot of useful information and thanks to this we were able to see some impressive northern lights just a few minutes from the city centre, it was wonderful.
