Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Es ist wirklich Luxus in dieser Unterkunft zu sein, es ist alles vorhanden, von einer kleinen Sauna bis zum Balkon - alles war sehr sauber und es ist auch wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern lief hervorragend, sodass ich zum Beispiel selbst früher Einchecken konnte. Die Lage ist ebenfalls wunderbar. Dazu der günstige Preis, also wirklich rundum volle Punktzahl.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026L'appartamento dei sogni! Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Un appartamento di lusso curato in ogni minuscolo dettaglio, moderno, elegante, confortevole, pulizia impeccabile. Dotato di tutti i comfort, appartamento molto caldo, presente tutto quello che serve di base caffe/zucchero/sale/spezie/salse/carta igienica/scottex casa/shampoo/bagnoschiuma. Persino lo slittino e l'albero di Natale. Molti elettrodomestici a disposizione...lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, phon. Plus la sauna che non abbiamo utilizzato ma che era nuova e tenuta perfettamente. Massima disponibilità e precisione dei proprietari nella gestione dell'appartamento e della vacanza. Molti consigli su come vivere Rovaniemi al meglio. Posizione centrale e perfetta per il centro commerciale con supermercato grande, mini market a 2 minuti, ristoranti e centro di Rovaniemi a 10 minuti con calma a piedi.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025Everything you need for a festive stay at the heart of the centre. Fully equipped with essentials and exceptionally clean. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 small children (5 years & 3years)and it was a perfect base for exploring. Easy walking distance to the centre , a sledge provided and situated next to a park for the children. An enclosed balcony with a Christmas tree and very cozily decorated. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance and everything you need to self cater, towels, toiletries , kitchen staples and local information all provided. Check in was easy with instructions provided on morning of our stay. Although check in was from 5pm we were sent a message to notify us we could check in from 2pm with detailed instructions of how to do so. Hosts gave us details for local luggage storage and recommended many activities and restaurants for our stay. The apartment is well heated and very cosy after a day sightseeing.Smart tv so we were able to watch whatever we wanted in the evening & everything you need for a cosy night in. Really nice touches added to the apartment to give you the Lapland experience. Highly recommended for families or couples looking for a modern, clean, cosy apartment.

The apartment was cosy and clean with everything needed. The hosts were friendly and informative, allowing early check with in no problems. Parking was very useful.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2025Fabulous homely apartment in a perfect location within Rovaniemi city centre that was a pleasure to return to each evening. 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, parks and bus stops. Very easy access and great communion from the hosts throughout our visit. The apartment is very warm with comfortable beds, a hot powerful shower, fully stocked kitchen, sauna, Netflix & even sleds and snow toys for the children included which were such a bonus for our girls. Everything has been thought of. If this is free for your dates, book it immediately!!

Reviewed Jan 14, 2025Close to everything we needed. Apartment had everything we needed. It was nice to have some extra items in the fridge, pantry etc to use so we didn’t have to buy basic items.
The sofa bed kind of slid off the couch a bit and was hard to keep the sheets and blanket on, but was ok otherwise.

Sauna was a nice bonus. Quiet property that was warm. Staff were lovely and got to the property within 10 mins when I locked myself out. Great stay.
The “sofa bed” was the only disappointment in the whole property. It’s is not a pull out. The leg stall gets pushed into the corner to create a square shape with some foam placed on top. Although ok I think this should be clear with pictures in the booking so people can be aware what they book is not a proper sofa bed

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024The hosts are amazing! Satu and Tuomas are the best host we’ve ever had in Finland. Satu responded so promptly to all our questions. They went above and beyond – give us information from taxi rides, public transport, santa claus village opening hours/transport, local trusted tours, local dinner spots (where the food are indeed delicious!) and even local pharmacies! The airbnb is so clean, aesthetically pleasing. There are toiletries and even breakfast materials like oatmeal or instant noodles prepared. They also have a private sauna and cute balcony.
None at all. I would give more stars if I can.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2024The apartment was perfect. Very clean with everything you could need. The bus stop to Santa Claus Village was right outside the apartment. The host was very kind and welcoming. They accommodated an early check in for us as soon as the apartment was ready which was much appreciated after an early flight. They also sent us many recommendations including restaurants, events happening throughout the week we visited, tours, where to go to see the northern lights, a bus timetable and instructions for how to use the sauna etc. The host was also available to contact throughout the stay if we needed anything. The sauna was an added bonus to this apartment. There were also sleds left on the balcony that could be used in the snow. I would recommend this apartment to everyone :)

Reviewed Oct 11, 2024Apartment is well-equipped, clean, spacious and easily accessible. The couple host (Tuomas and Satu) are friendly and helpful. They will send you details on nearby attractions and restaurants. If you need any help from them, just message them and they will reply you as soon as they can. The bus stop for Bus 8 to Santa Claus Village is just outside (a min walk). Walkable distance (10min) to nearest shopping mall as well. The kitchen has coffee/tea bags, salt/pepper, cooking oil (I suppose these are left behind by those who stayed previously) and we can feel free to use them (just check again for expiry date). The sauna room in the toilet is fantastic. As we were catching the night train, Satu was very kind to let us check out only in the evening. 👍

Reviewed Dec 20, 2023The apartment was beautiful, very modern, quiet, clean and warm. The location was perfect, the bus stop was just outside, 2 minute walk to the shopping centre. It was right in the centre of Rovaniemi with lots of restaurants and shops. Satu, Tuomas' wife met us when we arrived. We had a problem with the WiFi and messaged her, she returned to the apartment and fixed it without delay. She also sent us on bus timetables and other bits of information. I would highly recommend staying here.

Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable - painful even, and the noise outside (AC from another building) was very inconvenient. Bother my husband and I have different mattress needs and we would expect to not like all the beds during our trip but this was really the worst out of the 5 beds we had during our 11 days trip. Next time I would think two times before booking a private place

The accommodation was perfect for us...2 adults and a child. It was a lovely place to relax after a long day touring. The sauna was a great bonus. Our host was so helpful and gave us lots of useful information.
