Vasko luxurious suites, Livo

Luksus lejlighed med alt hvad vi behøvede.

Kan ikke finde på noget😄

Very comfortable and clean

Phenomenal location, close to shops and tours, host is responsive and provides detailed guidance, the sauna inside the apartment is an absolute highlight and also has washing facilities which came in handy as we were already one week into our trip by this point.

None. Amazing property.

Estava tudo maravilhoso!

Tutto

Nulla. Tutto perfetto

Appartamento molto curato, perfettamente pulito e accessoriato benissimo. Non si può chiedere di meglio.

Amazing customer service by the team and the apartment was clean, modern and well maintained. We had everything we needed and the host was very friendly and responsive.

Takes a few minutes walk to get to the central location. If you don’t like cold weather, than it’s something to consider.

great location

Top! Très propre. Très confortable. Très bien placé. Parfait.

The location, it’s within the city center. Everything that you need is there to use, from toiletries to kitchenware. The sauna. Wonderful addition for those who want to experience sauna.

Everything was perfect.

Convenient location, warm and cosy, everything we needed, very homely. Sauna was great

Nothing

Loistava paikka lapsiperheelle. Sijainti erinomainen ja asunnon varustelu erinomaisella tasolla, jotta lapsiperheen arki sujuu kivasti. Asunto on siisti ja puhdas. Ystävällinen palvelu. Lämmin autopaikka todella hyvä.

Great location and the flat was clean, centrally located and large enough for our family of 4. The hosts were very helpful and sent us recommendations for things to do and where to eat in Rovaniemi. Loved our stay with Tuomas and Satu.

Property was in a great location, very clean, modern and comfy

Very nice, clean and comfortable 2nd floor apartment in quiet building. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, nice sauna. Everything was very clean and worked well. Hosts are friendly and excellent communicators and allowed us to check in early.

Only minor things, the bedroom is a bit small and there are no bedside tables to put phone etc the curtains in the bedroom didn't block out the light.

Excellent communication

RIEN

The space and facilities in the apartment are great, the host is very kind, responsive, and helpful. Location is ideal for us too, walkable from train stations.

None.

Very clean and cosy. Well-thought-out, everything you'll need is available like clothes spray refresher, umbrella (in case you forgot to bring Helpful local tips from the host. Clear instructions. Great location.

Nothing! I love everything!

Location: Pretty close to the RVN Railway Station with a 15 mins walk, and close to another bus station ( Ruokasenpuisto I3) that could take you to both airport and Santa Claus Village by Santa Claus bus. There's also a K-Market nearby if you need to grab anything. Room: The room is really cozy, comfortable and neat! The hosts are really nice which they offer great help and information for our stay and visit here in Rovaniemi. Overall, love our stay here and highly recommend to people who are visiting Rovaniemi and the near future!

All are perfect

This is a fabulous apartment. Very modern, comfortable, clean, quiet, and in a great location just 2 blocks south of the center of town. I stayed during the summer, so had the ventilation windows open and was able to open the glass panels on the balcony, as well. I found this apartment after discovering my first booking was unlivable. I had to find a new place quick! I was so happy that this apartment was available! Beebike is just a couple of blocks away and they have great bikes that you can rent for the day or several days.

Everything was fantastic. I do not have one suggestion for the hosts. Everything was absolutely perfect. It is beautifully designed. Easy to check in. Easy to get in and out of the building. There were even lots of clothes hangars, which is usually an issue in short-term rentals. It was just perfect.

Rauhallinen asunto ja kuitenkin lähellä ydinkeskustaa. Putipuhdas asunto. Sauna ja parkkihalli plussaa. Mukava yhteydenpito omistajien kanssa. Kahdelle hengelle oikein passeli majoitus. Suositten ja itsekkin varaan jatkossa.

Ei mitään huonoa sanottavaa.

Beautiful and fully equipped appartment Central location Great communication with owner Highly recommended

Absolutely everything! The place was spotless on arrival, everything we needed was there from dishes and silverware to clothing rack and ironing board (and the sauna was fantastic). It was just the place we needed on this holiday to have a relaxing stay! Communication with the host was superb - timely, detailed and super friendly!

clean location was good.

It was a very clean an beautiful appartment with everything that we needed. Perfect location and really nice and polite hosts! I would recommend this appartment for sure to everybody if you plan to stay in Rovaniemi!

Nothing

Soggiorno TOP, posizione, pulizia, arredamento, servizio, tutto top ….

Our host's Tuomas and Satu were fantastic! They were so helpful, and when we arrived early they kindly allowed us an early check-in. The line of communication was excellent, Satu always replied quickly. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Not only was it clean and comfortable, as you would expect, but the small touches like plenty of shower products, sauna fragrance, washing liquid ect, some fruit and lovely little sweets really made our stay! All instructions on how to use things, like the sauna, were clear and consice. Satu gave us loads of information on local activities etc and, at the time of our stay, there was a national strike, which Satu warned us about. We really felt our hosts went above and beyond. The location was fantastic. Right by a convenience shop and close enough to walk to town too. Thank you for a fab stay, we will return 😊

Clean, sauna, inside parking!

No door between kitchen/leaving room with rest home! Late check in at 17:00 and check out early at 12:00!

everything was wonderful, organization, reception from Satu and Tuoma, very professional, we loved everything. The apartment is charming, in a great location, everything is very organized, cozy!

Everything was perfect, simple as that!!!!

Location of the property was closer to the town centre (approximately 5 mins walk) The rooms, hall and kitchen were very clean. Enjoyed the cosy Sauna. The host was very friendly, handed the keys over to us personally and gave a tour of the facilities.

Nothing specific.

Todo

Lovely apartment with everything we needed

Check in was little confusing

We just wrapped up a delightful two-day stay at a charming Tuomas Livo apartment in Rovaniemi, and it was nothing short of wonderful. This cozy place felt like a home away from home, boasting all the amenities we needed and more. The place was impeccably clean, setting a relaxing tone for our stay. One of the highlights was its fantastic location, providing easy access to local attractions, which added so much value to our family trip. What truly set this experience apart was the housekeeper's warmth and helpfulness. They provided us with invaluable tips and information about Rovaniemi, greatly enhancing our travel experience. Overall, this apartment is a perfect pick for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local insight. Highly recommended!

Siisti, sauna, parveke, äly-tv, lämmin autohallipaikka, hyvä sijainti, kommunikointi toimi taaskin erinomaisesti

-

Tilava, puhdas, laadukas, hyvä sijainti, erittäin sujuva yhteydenpito

Ei moitittavaa

Everything is good. A very clean and beautiful place. Highly recommended.

Siisti, mukava, hyvällä maulla sisustettu

Kaikki hyvin

Todella siisti asunto! Ja netin kuvaus asunnosta vastas odotuksia 🙂

Kesällä lämpimällä ilmalla hieman lämpeää asunto, mutta pärjäsi hyvin kuitenki.

It was an amazing stay. Apartment was clean, well located, well equipped (they even had a JBL Boombox!), there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Hosts were friendly, prepared a small city guide for us.

Erittäin siisti, viihtyisä huoneisto. Rauhallista ja miellyttävä sisustus. Erinomainen henkilökunta, hyvin tavoitettavissa. Huippu majoituskohde .

Rien. Tout était parfait !

Liked everything, perfect. And the host is amazing

Nothing

The apartment was very clean and homey when we arrived. The hosts were very communicative and happy to answer daily questions. There was coffee and tea for us to use. They gave a plethora of information up front, about both the apartment and the city. Our check in and check out were also easy.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, cosy and excellently equipped. Shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, sponges, cloths, etc all supplied. There was even a bowl of fruit and sweets to welcome us. Sauna, washing machine, Netflix on tv...everything you need was on hand. Perectly located just a few mins walk from Rovaniemi centre and Angry Bird Park. The owners were very informative and helpful, always responding to messages promptly. I would 100% return to this apartment.

The only minor complaint was that the mattress on the sofa bed was very thin but was fine for a few days.

Since it was apartment, the breakfast was not included. But the apartment itself was great, the facilities, the flat itself was very nice and clean. Also, the location is very good, very close to the city center. In one word, the flat is excellent!

Long sory short : everyting :) The appartment is cozy. I really enjoyed staying in the living room. Sauna was amazing to relax after the outside activities in cold weather. The host was very supportive, providing a lot of information about appartment facilities and what to do in Lapland (activities, transportation, restaurants...)

The apartment was brilliant, great location and had everything we needed during our stay.. The staff were amazing and very helpful during booking and our stay even checked in with me half way during our stay to see if we needed anything

We'll comeback again. Excellent location, close to everything, indoor parking, private sauna, all the facilities you could desire for a 5 days holiday in Rovaniemi. Thank you Satu
