Reviewed Jan 17, 2026It was lovely to have our host at the property on our arrival,Ann showed us around and explained everything within the apartment.Fresh bread,butter,biscuits etc were an added bonus and very much appreciated. The property was immaculate, well furnished and the wood pellet stove made it so warm and homely we didn't want to move.Everything had been thought of by the host to make anyone staying there comfortable and welcoming.The location was perfect with a short few minute walk to the shops,bars etc in Adare. We would sincerely like to thank the host for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

Desayuno incluido, cereales, leche,zumo...incluso granola sin azucar!! Y un pan delicioso!!Ann necesitamos la receta de este pan por favor!!! Que bueno, y de un día para otro no se ha puesto duro! Netflix, buena wifi. Jardín precioso. Me hubiera quedado unos dias más!
Los dos supermercados que había en el pueblo, los he encontrado caros. Incluso más caros que en Killarney o en Dublín.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2024This is a home away from home. Everything was to a very high standard. No detail was left out. Very comfy beds, exquisite sofa and chairs in the lounge, bright white bathrooms and large fluffy bath towels. We felt taken care of the entire 4 days we were there.
Only thing I could fault was that when we used the oven or grill the fire alarm was set off without actually burning anything. I think it might be set too sensitive. But Ann phoned to check we were ok when it happened!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2024Very nice and clean apartment, very spacious, 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice location (beautiful touristic and famous place), from here we made a lot of trips to nearby and further surroundings and tourist attractions. The kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we needed. We liked the welcome package (bread, milk, cheese, salami, butter..). We also got everything necessary for washing dishes and also personal care products. Large and comfortable living room. The surroundings of the apartment were also beautiful, well-kept and maintained. We were met by Ann, who explained everything we needed about the accommodation itself and the surroundings. We spent a couple of wonderful days.
We had some problems with the shower in the first bathroom and preparing the water for the shower. Nothing shocking, maybe we're not used to faucets like you have. We also came across such taps elsewhere in Ireland.

Our host, Ann, was extremely hospitable and welcoming. She had even provided some bread, milk etc for us on arrival which was a nice plus. Thank you Ann for a lovely stay at your apartment in Adare!
I wouldn't advise walking down to the apartment alone at night. It's not far from the town but it's in a very quiet area.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2023we booked and received confirmation for the Adare luxury riverside apartment. However when we arrived in Adare we were directed to another property nowhere near the river, that was a 2 storey property rather than the single storey easy access that we had booked. I can't review the property we booked and paid for as we were not able to stay there. I was told by the hosts that booking.com had double booked it. The hosts were excellent and provided every assistance during our stay at the alternate location which was well appointed, very clean and conveniently location.

Reviewed May 16, 2023A great apartment very close to the centre of Adare but with a nice quiet outside space (it was sunny when we were there and we were able to sit outside an enjoy the sun!). The apartment is very spacious and clean. The hosts provided plenty of things to make your stay easy - milk, orange juice, a range of cereals, bread and jams. It is short walk into centre Adare and very close to the riverside walk. All in all a perfect place to stay in Adare and as we have family there, I hope to be back one day! :-)
