Very modern and spotlessly clean in an excellent location and right beside everything

This was a nice place in a great location. We were able to take the bus here from Dublin and just walk a few minutes to the place. The family was nice and friendly. The space was clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed. We especially liked that it was so close to town.

We had everything we needed for a nice stay and the owners were friendly. It was handy, as a family, to have a washing machine and somewhere to dry washing. Some more utensils/trays for the oven would be handy, but apart from that I don't think we really missed anything. We were able to park on the drive and there is supermarket as well as shops, take-aways, cafes and restaurants within walking distance (easier to walk at rush-hour as the traffic in town seems to get busy).

Loved this little apartment, so clean and comfortable. Had a lovely kitchen, fresh towels and own parking space. Location was amazing, minutes walk to Gorey Town and 10 minutes drive to Cortown. Just loved it. Bernie was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

It was very warm inside the apartment, it was during extremely warm weather too. Could not be helped. Would bring a fan next time.

Location was great, very central. Shops, bars , take aways etc all within walking distance.

The host is very kind, welcoming and helpful. Also the family is super kind and helped to integrate my kids and make them feel comfortable.

Everything was perfect for our young family. Location was excellent, was extremely quiet at night for our 2 young children. Host was lovely and extremely helpful! Would highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable. Excellent location. Host Bernie was very welcoming and helpful. Perfect for us (2 adults and a toddler).

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 4 adults and we felt it accommodated us perfectly. Everything was there that we needed and a 2 minute walk to the town. Ideal location for travelling the East Coast of Ireland including a trip into Wicklow with Arklow just 15 mins away. Loads of amazing beaches within 10/15 mins drive.

Location was excellent right in the town, very convenient. It was warm and comfortable. There was just three of us staying so didn't need to use the sofa bed which would have been a squash.

Hooks to hand up coats would have been good as it rained while we were there.

It’s round the back of a private house, rather that standing alone. No big issue, just felt a little odd walking through the host’s private garden.

Gut ausgestattete gemütliche Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man für eine tolle Urlaubszeit braucht. Gute elektrische Geräte, gute Betten, warme Heizung und Wasser...Geschäfte in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar, ruhige Lage...trotz Hauptstraße um die Ecke. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar...mit Bus oder Bahn. Park mit Kinderspielplatz ebenfalls in der Nähe...Erholung pur.

Sehr zentral in Gorey gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Geschäfte, Bars und Pubs fußläufig zu erreichen. Separater Parkplatz. Nette Gastgeber.

The apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Bernie was a great host, very responsive and nothing was an issue. The location of the apartment was excellent shops restaurants and take aways all near by.

Location is great for Gorey town centre which is a short walk away

Outside the main bedroom window are some metal gates which kept me awake on the second night due to the windy conditions. They need to be better secured and some rubber pads used to stop the gates clattering against each other.

Fantastic location in Gorey, a 5 minute walk from all the good pubs and food spots! The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials, very cosy and clean. Was perfect for a quick visit and would definitely look to book again. Amazing value too. Bernie is a lovely host, very polite and informative! 10/10

Great location near the town centre but still quiet. Really friendly host - lots of great advice about the town and lent us her son’s guitar for the local trad session! Property is a separate building at the back of the host’s house - two bedrooms, shower room and kitchen/diner, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including if you’re cooking yourself.

I didn't like that the only way down from the apartment was a cement slanted path with no handrail. If ground was slippy, it's extremely dangerous. If you're over 55 steps and a handrail would be much better,

A wonderful setup just a stone’s throw from Gorey’s main street! The interior is both cosy and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and practical choice for any stay. There’s also a charming outdoor seating area, which we, unfortunately, couldn’t enjoy due to the chilly weather. Despite that, the warmth and convenience of this place left a lasting impression. If I ever need accommodation in Gorey again, this would undoubtedly be my first choice.

Absolutely lovely and helpful lady. Late check in wasn’t any trouble. She let us in and explained everything. Clean and well equipped. Best was the theatre is just around the corner.

Great location just minutes from the town,, lovely host Bernie, very quiet environment, clean and comfortable, very well appointed kitchen, nice little courtyard with seating. A lot of thought has been put in by the host to provide everything for a comfortable stay.

The grouting /mold /leak at low level in the shower , a problem which I expect will be addressed during low season. A bit of a squeeze to get round the double bed in the bedroom due to the size of the bed frame and the extra single bed in there but the extra bed is obviously great for families.

The hosts couldn't do enough for us. Lovely people. Location was ideal, close to everything.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This property is a lovely individual bungalow type building at the back of the hosts’s house. It has lods of space for 2 with a lovely comfy home from home feel.. all the rooms are generous and clean for this type of accommodation. We worked in the am ans the wifi could easily cope with both of us working on videos calls.. Everything is really a stone throw away: Aldi, Lidl down the road and a Supervalu on the Main st in Gorey, along loads of shops, places to eat and pubs. The host was lovely too!

Everything was really lovely - if i really had to pick on something, I would have liked tobe able to open the windows fully, to air the bedroom for example or at night for people like me who like fresh air!

The apartment was so clean and modern, the hosts were sound and let us check in early hooked us up with netflix and give us tools so the kids could catch crabs. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room and privacy. We were located so close to town that we could push the pram 2 min and we where in the town centre

I couldn't fault it in any way.

Bright colourful accommodation. A TV that was tuned into local TV stations rather than just your own netflix subscription. Clean. Able to get ourselves to Dublin for day trips. Used Luas park and ride from Carrickmines. Good transport links. Beds comfortable. Good communication from host.

No shower door meant floor and bathmat very wet. The shower grouting needs redoing. Space a bit tight for 4 adults and teenager. Needed to move furniture to put sofa bed out.

Lovely flat well equipped, very clean, very good location close to beautiful attractions, fantastic parking, and Bernie our host is very lovely and welcoming.

Gorey is a small town with very friendly people and a good array of shops to choose from. Bernie our host met us at the door with the keys and she is a most lovely lady with a very friendly manner. Would definitely go back and stay at her apartment.

There was nothing I didn't like, nice town friendly people and a nice quiet area.

The flat was clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice outside area for a beer, were the weather to have been sunny. Short stroll into Gorey town.

Very convenient location. The main st is just a couple of minutes walk. Very friendly welcome.

We understood why there was a single bed as well as a double in the main bedroom but there really wasn't room for both. Negotiating around the far side was tricky and also meant there was no locker room at the far side. No shelf in the shower meant everything you need had to go on the floor.
