Just was very attentive and even brought us a basket of fruit as a welcome gift. Wows of Lake Como are awesome.

Sina is perhaps the most gracious and thoughtful host we've ever experienced. He was always available with questions and communicated promptly by text or call.. His top priority was our comfort and enjoying our stay. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and oozing with charm. The location was perfect, situated literally a stone's throw from the lake and with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants within just a few minute's walk. I can't think of one aspect we didn't like about Divina Vita, everything was spectacular.

Beautiful villa impeccably clean with everything provided. Best location in town and stunning views from the balcony. Included breakfast selection was fantastic. Sina was very helpful with any of our requests.

Fairly noisy at night and early in morning but that is the price you pay for being right in the heart of town.

The location was perfect from the ferry , the views were spectacular from our balcony it was spotless with all toiletries provided. Sina helped me get my luggage to the room as there were steps up (worth it for the view) breakfast was beautiful also

Sina was the most Amazing host! He helped us with the bags, with reservations, with taxis, and even brought us a welcome plate of fruit. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is! Best host I have ever encountered. The room was beautiful and clean. Location is the best! They have a balcony that is just above the busiest restaurant in all of Varenna, yet with the doors closed you could not hear the noise. The view perfect! You are right on the water with a view of all the boats and ferries coming and going. Just below the balcony is one of the most Instagram photo spots in all of Lake Como. You would be a fool not to book this magical place.

We loved everything about the property, view, location, size, and cleanliness. Plus let's not forget about one of the nicest hosts I have ever experienced with a rental. He made our stay so welcoming. Honestly my favorite stay on our Italian road trip.

The accomodation was perfect we had a lovely view of varenna perfect spot to watch a sunset. Sina was outstanding throughout our experience always there to help and recommend local experiences. Bar molo restaurant just downstairs was also very welcoming and food and drinks were delicious and well priced.

The property was clean, with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable and location was fantastic. The fridge was stocked with water which was free and we were welcomed with a fruit plate. They also had wines available at a charge. Sina was a perfect host, communication was exceptional and he was on hand with anything we needed. We couldn’t ask for more

Great central location! Beautiful, clean appartment with good facilities. Breathtaking views of the lake. Breakfast was also lovely. Our host Sina went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. We would return without hesitation.

The specific room we booked was waterfront and had the most stunning view and little balcony. I felt like we were in a dream! I was worried because my husband has a disability and a lot of the reviews mention the stairs being tough. But this specific room was more accessible via a shorter staircase and he was able to manage it just fine! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location and the view of Lake Como was breathtaking out several large windows. We stayed in the two bedroom apt even though it was just two of us. The apt was very spacious. Just know the apartment is on the third floor and bathroom is up about 10 stairs. If you have mobility issues this would not work for you. Our host, Sina was helpful with our bags and was an amazing and attentive host. Our breakfast was included and you could order anything off the menu. It was delicious!

The views were fabulous, the apartment was well furnished and comfortable, and the host, Sina, provided excellent customer service.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If we ever return to Lake Como, this is where we'll stay.

The views from our room were spectacular, huge apartments with massive windows, kitchen and good bathroom and shower. Perfect position. Sina was so lovely and helpful. Helped with our bags and great communication. Delicious breakfast with a view of lake. Only thing to be aware is that there are steps and stairs everywhere.

A fabulous apartment in the prime location of Varenna with its balcony overlooking Lake Como and with a beautiful breakfast included at the popular Il Molo cafe downstairs. The staff and property manager Sina are exceptional and made our stay fantastic! Sina also reserved front row tables at Il Molo for dinner service making it special for guests staying in the apartments. We loved being able to sit on our balcony admiring the view and being so quiet and peaceful away from the midday crowds. Thank you for a wonderful holiday 💗

This is an incredible two-level apartment in the heart of Varenna with a beautiful lake view and balcony above the bustling waterfront. The apartment was bright, airy and very clean. Sina was an exceptional host, who met us personally upon arrival, assisted with dinner reservations and activities and even gave us a plate of fresh fruit!

Sina was the perfect host. Check in was quick and earlier than expected which was great as it was extremely hot. Sina even helped carrying our luggage up the many steps. We had 2 apartments (Maison and Loft and both were amazing. Big in size, comfortable beds, perfect size kitchen and with Airco!! The location was amazing. Right above Bar Il Molo which is in the hart of Varenna, Lake Como and although we were above this lively spot we had no hinder of any noise. Breakfast was amazing and the staff of Il Molo were great. Once they know you are renting above they go out of their way to accommodate you on the best tables at lake front.

Beautiful location with fantastic view. The host was excellent! He was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. He provided excellent service. The apartment has a nice balcony to enjoy the view and you are only a 7-minute walk to the ferry.

The staff were friendly and helped with recommendations. Location and view were amazing.

Everything! Sina assisted us from the moment we booked with transportation, luggage and anything we needed. He brought us a fruit platter upon arrival and bailed me out with a car service to return to airport after a problem last minute. He provided the most courteous, professional customer service I have ever encountered and i worked in the customer service business. The room views were gorgeous, bed comfortable, nice size shower. Nice kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, frig and sink. Best location right on the water. Breakfast at Cafe Il Molo was plentiful with great waterfront views. Also provided a clothes steamer! I cannot recommend this apartment enough. I only hope i can come back here one day!

Only small criticism which is just our preference, so not even a real issue is we prefer a sofa vs 2 chairs to lounge and watch TV at night to relax.

Our stay was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like fresh water in the fridge and a to-go breakfast for our early departure. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it

The location was perfect. The host was so accommodating. He carried our luggage up and down the stairs, made reservations for us, and made sure a taxi met us at the train station. The apartment was close to everything and even though it was in a busy area, everything was quiet and peaceful at night.

It's in the city center close to restaurants and bars. The parking garage is about 10 minutes away. The attachment is in a "no auto" zone.

The WiFi did not work very well

It was perfect! Iconic view over the lake! Restaurants, shops and amazing scenery one step out of the door. We stayed here the night before my wedding and it was the most perfect place to get ready in! 🥰 Sina was absolutely amazing, truly went above and beyond for us ❤️ The included breakfast just right downstairs was AMAZING!

We had the best stay at DivinaVita Apartments. Sina was amazing to deal with from start to finish. His communication was quick and easy, and he recommended delicious restaurants and even made reservations for us. The apartment itself was even better in person. It was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. We loved coming back to welcome fruit and water, plus daily cleaning service made everything so easy. Right underneath the apartment was Il Molo, a beautiful lakefront bar with amazing breakfast. Since we stayed at the apartment, we could order anything on the menu and it was included, which made our mornings so easy and special. The views and balcony were the best part. Sitting out there looking over Varenna was one of our favorite parts of the whole trip. We can’t recommend this place enough.

Sina our hospitality manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The view from our room was amazing and the room itself is spacious. There is a bar/restaurant as well as a gelateria downstairs for meals and gelato. You could also access a laundromat and wine shop a few steps away as well as a private boat dock.

Location was fabulous- just above the Bar il Molo, but any bar noise settled down by the time we went to bed so wasn’t a bother. Lovely apartment- well appointed and kitted out with everything we needed. We sat in the little balcony with either lunch or dinner and watched the world go by below. Sina, the host, is amazing with his communication and assistance in so many ways. Our 3 nights here were delightful (and we were so grateful for the aircon while Italy was having a heatwave!). Also, 2 things I highly recommend in the area- the climb up to the castle for the history and the views is well worth it. And then go for a swim just below the Royal Victoria Hotel to cool off!

Just be aware of 2 things- the parking is non existent in Varenna, so you have to park in the visitors’ white spaces 0.5km away and walk into the town. There is a multi storey carpark but it’s €3 for the first hour then €2 from then on. We used it for an hour just to be slightly closer when arriving with our luggage. 2nd thing- there is a spiral staircase up to the bedroom, which didn’t bother us but worth being aware.

Outstanding location right on the lake edge! Well kitted out apartment with an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, seating & dining space & a lovely small balcony offering fabulous views. Bar Il Molo, just below, is perhaps the most popular place in Varenna. Always busy, but no disturbance to the apartment. Very courteous staff and a special mention of Sina, the Hospitality Manager. Best location in Varenna. Breakfast included was very nice,and being able to sit in the cafe overlooking the lake before the crowds arrived was great. The concierge who took care of our check in was over the top helpful. Great and check-in and out, helped with dinner reservations . Available to answer any questions we had.

Nothing much to say……if the balcony had been a little bigger….but not an issue.

The apartment Is in an unbeatable location with Bar Molo just downstairs for meals and gelato. The multi-level parking structure is in an easy walking distance and we were able to roll our carryons upon our checkout to the parking. When check in, Sina was so kind to meet us and helped carrying luggage and showed us the path that do not involve steep steps. The rooms were cleaned daily meticulously. The view of the lake was just marvelous and we watched the lake and mountains from the room during sunrise and sunset time. Daily drinking water bottles were supplied on a complimentary basis. The room was soundproofed very well.

There was a tree just in front of the balcony extending from the living room. Top branches grew and partially blocked the view when we stayed. Trimming the branches about 6 feet from top would have given us entirely unblocked view. Not a big problem because there were three other windows we could view outside through.

The apartment was light, spacious, and luxurious on the lake’s edge at Varenna. The air conditioning was welcome in the heat, the balcony to share the sunsets; everything was so comfortable.

The access with suitcases: Don’t walk from the station - get a taxi!

We absolutely loved our stay here in Varenna! Customer service - from Sina was incredible. From before we even checked in he was extremely helpful. He organised taxis and booked dinner for us as well. We had issues with the trains and Sina was so kind to help us sort this with the taxi. He is a genuinely kind person and his customer service was fantastic. Rooms - we loved the loft room. It had a cute balcony with a view of the lake that we enjoyed sitting on and watching the sunset! Everything was incredibly clean and there was so much space. If you had mobility issues getting upstairs to the bed may be a bit difficult in the spiral stairs but otherwise we had no issues with it. Location - was perfect, you could walk out and easily be on the lake side, it was also a quick walk to the ferry and 15-20 euro ride in a taxi to the train station. Breakfast - was lovely to sit beside the lake! I am celiac and they catered gluten free for me which was appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful stay and were super happy we booked here!

Everything about this property was amazing! Communication on the front end to prepare for arrival was great. The bed was super comfy, the apartment was lovely and well decorated and a good size. The whole apartment looked newly renovated. Location was great...right in the heart of everything. The attached restaurant was probably the best one in the town and breakfast was included for free. The property manager brought us a plate of fresh fruit upon arrival and carried our bags upstairs and helped us arrange a taxi upon departure. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. The whole stay was just amazing. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only thing about this stay that wasn't perfect was the fact that the walk from the train station was quite difficult with large suitcases. We had to traverse lots of very steep steps and long stretches of very bumpy cobblestone sidewalks. And while the distance from the train station would be easily walkable with no suitcases, with the luggage, it was really insane. If you have heavy luggage, pay the 15 euros and take a taxi...totally worth it. In all fairness, Sina (amazing property manager) offered to get us a taxi from the train station but we decided against it because he said it was an easy 10-15 minute walk downhill. All true without luggage, but not so much with the luggage.

Amazing breakfast right on the water. Food was fantastic and Service was exceptional. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Location is about the best it could be. Our host (Sina) was over the top amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a very nice person. He truly cared about our stay being perfect. We would stay here again in an instant.

The most amazing stay in Varenna, best view, lighting amazing, beautiful location, best host sina, bed was comfy and aircon was great! The manager sina was the best post I have dealt with in all my travels over the years. He went above and beyond to organise everything even Restaurant bookings. My brother got ready for his wedding in this accommodation and the photos turned out amazing although there is no balcony the windows make it so beautiful. The breakfast was good. I had the fruit salad with yoghurt and it was so fresh.

Everything was wonderful! From the warm greeting by Sina to all the friendly staff at Il Molo, we could not fault anything. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent location, all amenities you could want in the room, beautiful breakfast at Il Molo all you could eat. Sina also gave us a plate of fruit on arrival...we felt very special and looked after, nothing was a problem. Our stay in Varenna was made all the more memorable because of the staff at La Divina Vita and Il Molo.

Once we opened the door of the loft, we were mesmerised by the magnificent lake view. The balcony was our favourite spot to sit and drink in the view. Bellissimo. The amenities were great and the apartment spotless. Sina, our host, was fantastic! He helped us with our luggage, restaurant bookings and even arranged to return my jacket that was left behind! A real gentleman. Thank you Sina for your hospitality.

The location with the viewing balcony of Lake Como and the town of Ravenna was fabulous! So enjoyable. Our host promptly greeted us at our meeting place to hand over the keys and then brought over a plate of fresh fruit for us to enjoy with a bottle of excellent wine provided at the apartment (for an additional cost). It provided a perfect ending to a long travel day. The apartment provided for all our travel needs. It will definitely be a highlight of our trip.

The only drawback might have been the steep spiral staircase to get from the ground floor living area with kitchen up to the bedroom & bathroom. You definitely need to be able bodied to deal with it. We ended up leaving the suitcases downstairs as it would be hard to lug up this stairway. We just brought up clothes and toiletries as needed. Also earplugs for sleeping might be welcome as the street & restaurant noise doesn’t die down until after 11:00 pm/23:00.

The property has everything you need for a short or long stay, with unbelievable views of the lake. Sina, the host, is extremely helpful and pleasant and will assist you wherever possible.

Stunning apartment, with one of the best view's in Varenna. The host was so kind, attentive and offered various local suggestions. The bed was so comfortable and we had the best sleep on our trip. Breakfast is included from the cafe downstairs.

Location on the water with an excellent view. Close to resturant and the piazza in Verranna. Very short walk to anything you need. Groceries, Laundry, bakeries etc.

You have to be fit because there are stairs. It didn’t bother us but if I had to pick something it would be that. You could hear on occasion late night talking from resturant. Sounded like the people closing the resturant. Not a showstopper but it is a consideration.

Everything about the property was spectacular. The host, Sina, went above and beyond in every regard - storing our bags, recommending things to do and places to go, making reservations. He truly made our trip! Location was the best in Varenna, room was large and immaculate, and breakfast at Bar il Molo was incredible. Overall, could not recommend this place more and can’t wait to go back.

It was in the best location, right above the cute shopping area and the water, and had a great view of the lake and mountains. Sina was an absolute sweetheart of a host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and gave us great recommendations.

A few very late guests at the bar below that were a little noisy, but it didn’t last long. Overall, no complaints.

Pour y accéder très pentu beaucoup escaliers et quand il pleut ça glisse !!! L’ambiguïté de l’annonce qui parle d’un parking à 20 par nuit ( 22h -6h ) et 34 euros la journée ça c pas mentionné. Sinon on nous parle de places gratuites sur les lignes blanches : non les amendes sont de 42 e !!! Divina appartement se la joue grand standing sauf que les employés fument devant la porte et ça pue à l’intérieur ! L’appartement n’a pas de double vitrage et c très bruyant en dessous ( passage et bar et déchargement le matin tôt : boules quies obligatoires ) Certains employés du bar Molo qui servent le petit déjeuner sont désagréables … enfin peut être que c’est l’ambiance générale du lac de Côme !! Heureusement Sina qui nous accueille est très pro et très gentil .

The view from the balcony was amazing of the water, mountains and town. Location is perfect! Breakfast is at the beautiful restaurant area below the property and was delicious !!!

We loved EVERYTHING! Everyone needs to stay at this property. Staying right on the lake was such a dream. We sat on our balcony all day. Our host Sina greeted us with a fruit plate and was so incredibly helpful from the start! There is also a wine shop (with tastings/pairings of local wines), olive oils, a cafe, bar, and restaurant all right there, owned by the same delightful staff. They truly made our trip what it was! Breakfast was included. We stayed in their loft apartment and it was very clean and again, the views were unbeatable. We can’t say enough great things about Sina and the rest of the staff. He gave us recommendations for food, ferries, attractions and more. We were able to text him at any point with any of our needs. Highly recommend for couples!

Stunning view

Very clean, perfect location, Sina was terrific!

The location is very strategic, right by the pier and overlooking the lake. It is located at a charming little town where everyone knows everyone and you can find great products from local grocery store. Most importantly though, Sina, the hospitality manager was really really helpful - he helped arrange travel options for us, brought our luggages, solved minor problem when the hot water was turned off, provided great list of restaurants and boat rent options.

Nothing, the only thing I regret was my time there was too short

The balcony was directly over the water and a perfect place for a glass of wine. Sina was amazing and attended to our every need.
