Very nice apartment. Great location.

One restroom commode didn't flush well, but can be adjusted. It would be nice if each bedroom had a luggage rack or place to hold your suitcase other than on floor

Location was good the apartment was a good size and very clean hosted was pleasant

I understand we was in the middle of the town but there was a live rock band playing across the street until gone midnight

Drawers in the kitchen are hard to open Church bells chime every 15 mins Ad states AC in the bedroom but it’s just a standing fan. Didn’t know where to go to checkin - a local offered to call for us because we didn’t have a phone plan to call ourselves.

Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Parking. There is a parking garage behind the building, street parking is not the best option.

Great location and had comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen/ Dinette area with lids of space.

The room with no en-suite had a small double bed so keep that in mind when planning your arrangements.

We loved our stay!!The apartment was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it was very nice to have a big kitchen and living room. They provided us with cereal and milk for breakfast. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to see. We even did our laundry which was very convenient.

Modern well equipped flat right in the city center which had very easy access to the town's Castle and Cathedral.

The flat is in a very narrow street - with 2 pubs just across the road - who both host live music - so the noise levels were quite high late in the evening. The flat could also do with a little minor maintenance - main light fitting in lounge was not fixed securely, the lounge light switch was loose, and a toilet seat was loose.

The apartment eas beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Very clean and had everything required. Very central.

Great luxury apartment in the very heart of the city. Very well equpped and within walking distance of all major sights

The apartment is itself is really nice. But when we were there, it was very hot and the 2nd story apartment does not have air conditioning. The other issue was the loud, live music from Ryan's Bar across the street that started at 10 PM and ended at 1 or 2 AM. We didn't get much sleep.

Very spacious and clean. Very well equipped! Location was great and it was above a great Asian restaurant! Katrina was sooo nice and helpful. She helped with carrying our luggage up the stairs and offered to store our luggage while we explored the city a bit more before we left.

We had confusion at check in as we planned for 2 couples to stay, but selected 2 persons on booking.com not realising it would be extra even though it was a 2 bed apartment. The second couple arrived first, we were willing to pay extra, but the amount was too much. They then asked for the couple that wasn't staying to pay in full. When I arrived they then offered for us to pay 50% of the initial price for extra couple, which we would have paid in the 1st place but 2nd couple had then made other plans. In the end it ended up been expensive for 1 couple. Also the second double room the bed is very small so technically wouldnt be comfortable for 2. Overall apartment is lovely just this confusion affected our stay.

We were not expecting the huge, luxurious, modern interior! Very spacious and comfortable with everything you needed including washing facilities, cooking equipment and even some basic ingredients. Great central location in the town right off the main street. We were sad to only be staying one night!

The only downside to our stay was the extremely loud music in the bar directly opposite, which only closed at around 2am. This is of course outside the apartment's control, but more soundproof windows would have greatly helped with sleeping.

Was in walking distance to several places to shop and eat. Apartment was larger than expected, plenty of room for our family.

The parking instructions are not clear and you have to pay for parking in the car park, parking instructions should be more clear and it was not discounted which was an additional expense that should be explained ahead of time. WiFi signal was good in the master bedroom but any other room was spotty.

Genuinely no words here, best place I've ever stayed and I've been to over 30 countries, kept the window in the living room open and got to hear a band play for a few hours which was great. Thanks again

Everything was fantastic. We will definitely return the apartment is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The girl that checked us in was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us.

Lack of car-parking was our only issue, with nowhere to unload our luggage when checking in. Paid for carpark 5 minutes away overnight.

Unbeatable location, spacious, great decor and extremely clean. If available on my next trip to Kilkenny, would definitely choose to stay here again. Rafters across the street do an excellent breakfast.

My recent stay at the apartment in Kilkenny city was truly exceptional. The apartment was exactly as described and looked when booked, featuring two bedrooms and a massive modern kitchen, which was ideal for our family of four, consisting of two adults and two kids. The apartment was well-equipped with all the facilities we needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. It was very modern and impeccably maintained, which explains why this place is rarely available. The location was another highlight, being slap bang in the middle of Kilkenny city. We had easy access to all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Kilkenny; it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Some reviews complain of noise but why book a place in the middle of a bustling city if noise is an issue. The smaller of the 2 room was small but was adequate for our kids who hadn't any problems. The larger of the 2 rooms had an ensuite which was modern and clean. Excellent WiFi.

This is an exceptional apartment with everything you would need. In the heart of kilkenny

The location was great, the host was super helpful. The apartment included coffee and milk and cereal. It is larger than the pictures.

The apartment is near the owner's restaurant where I was instructed to get the keys. This proved challenging because the restaurant was very busy. Great for them; not so much for a weary traveler in a strange city. They also weren't sure if I had a reservation, but eventually they figured it out. FYI: If you make a late booking, they might not get your info immediately, even though Booking. com's automated process confirms for them. So, we liked and appreciated that the apartment was still available because it also is in a FABULOUS location. The owners also are very nice. Their apartment looks just like the pictures. We had to climb a long flight of stairs to reach it. The inside is spacious, modern, and has everything you need, including a well-appointed kitchen. The living room was cozy. The only thing I'd add is a table near the chair, so a person can rest their drink while relaxing or reading one of the many books available on a rolling cart. (Nice touch!) The host gave us a fob for the door and showed us around the apartment. We also used the fob to gain access to the building. A small binder on a table included a greeting from them, information about the apartment, and their restaurant menu (looked amazing, but we'd already eaten). When leaving, you can either drop the keys at the restaurant or leave them on the kitchen table. Overall, it was a great place to stay - clean, organized, not too loud, close to the castle, restaurants, and pubs. We walked everywhere and paid to park our car overnight in a garage; it wasn't too costly.

This was a fantastic apartment! It looks new, everything is modern and luxurious. It was perfect for my husband and me and my sister, because the two bedrooms are separated by the living room. The shower worked great and there even was a dishwasher. The owner provides some breakfast cereal along with tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

It doesn't have air conditioning and all the windows are on the street side, so there isn't a lot of ventilation if the weather gets warm.

Loved everything except the stairs but not too bad!

Couldn't get a better location in kilkenny. The living areas were really spacious and good amenities such as tea, coffee, coffee machine. Very clean.

One bedroom was really spacious with a king bed and an en suite. The 2nd had a small double. Better for 3 people or 2 adults and 2 kids. However both bedrooms were very private.

Everything was brilliant only down fall was the noise of the street below was quite loud you could hear the street being cleaned at 6am but apart from that it was exceptionally good

Easy to check in and they connected us with a good solution for parking.

Being picky, 11am check out. And only 1 fob key fob between a group of 4 which means everyone has to arrive back at the same time after a night out which is not always the case.
