Kilkenny Suites

Absolutely lovely room, quiet and clean in a fantastic location, nice amenities. Was so nice to be able to go shopping or to the pub, walk back and drop off our bags or take a quick nap, then go out again!

Everything was good, we really enjoyed it and will definitely look for Kilkenny Suites the next time we come.

had booked single beds but got double beds we all like our own bed also it would be nice to be able to have cereal in morning and toast thought there would be facilities for that

Everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s hard to find accommodation in the city without noise but Kilkenny suits had zero background noise. The jacuzzi was divine. There was extras for breakfast including bread milk cereal jams and tea and coffee. I will definitely return. I needed help with something and Kerri was at my disposal within minutes. The response time was excellent also.

Eine super Lage für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Kilkenny. Super neu und schön renoviert, mit einigen Annehmlichkeiten (Küchenzeile, Klimaanlage). Enorm aufmerksam die Frühstücksutensilien, damit man nach der Anreise nicht sofort wieder los muss, sondern in Ruhe ankommen kann. Durch die Fenster ist es wirklich leise, was den Straßenlärm angeht. Auch sehr gelungen sind die Verdunkelungsrollos. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Die Infos vor dem Aufenthalt waren sehr gut verständlich und umfassend (wo sich öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten befinden etc.).

Das Haus ist super hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt und die Gespräche von den anderen Stockwerken. Auch hörte es sich in regelmäßigen so an, als ob sich die eigentlich ausgeschaltete Kaffeemaschine neben einem reinigen würde, das war auch schon störend. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ich mag den nicht-überladenen Stil, aber da es für die Gäste null Stauraum gibt, sieht es immer unruhig/unordentlich aus, sobald man sein Gepäck nach oben gehievt hat. Der Fernseher hatte ständig keine Internet Connection, das hat bei den Kindern für Unmut gesorgt und konnten wir auch nicht abstellen.

Een prachtig appartement in het centrum van Kilkenny. Het is behoorlijk toeristisch waardoor je rekening moet houden met extra reistijd het centrum in. Maar het appartement is ruim, luxe, compleet, heerlijke bedden en het balkon met jacuzi is fantastisch. Al met al een supermooie plek om te verblijven!

Als ik dasn toch een heel klein 'minpuntje' moet benoemen, is het de douche. Het duurt lang om hem op temperatuur te krijgen en de straal is matig.

Kilkenny Suites is located right in the heart of Kilkenny. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we could have hoped for. The check-in was seamless. We would definitely book again!

Property was large and clean. Big bathroom. Easy to find. Even though it’s on the Main Street it’s quiet and the blackout shades work great. When we had a question the response from the host was within minutes. Very happy we chose this stay

Everything - location, safety, clean, facilities, communications, having a fridge is invaluable which host had provided milk, some nice snacks and coffee machine, plenty of towels and toiletries- all were excellent. Will definitely book again!

Emplacement au coeur de la ville, commerces donc tout autour, restaurants, bars, sites touristiques tous à quelques minutes à pieds. Bonne isolation phonique et stores électriques isolants parfaitement de la lumières. Appartement agréable, bons volumes.

A savoir 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Je verrai bien une petite table pliante pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner confortablement.

We stayed in the Ormand Suite and everything about the apartment was perfect for my wife and I for a luxurious weekend stay. It was easy to access via a pin code and the host Kerri was lovely to speak to and easily contacted when I wanted to ask her something about the apartment. We would have extended our stay but not surprisingly it was booked out.

You should not claim that this place includes a kitchen! It's barely even a kitchenette. There is no cooktop or oven; therefore no pots or pans. A microwave is fine for heating takeaway or making coffee. It is totally inadequate for preparing any kind of meal. It is not a substitute for a cooktop or oven. We rent only places that state that they include kitchens. And we expect a real kitchen-- including a cooktop, oven, and a refrigerator. Calling what you included a "kitchen" is misleading and may constitute false advertising.

The location was very central and also very secure. I liked the nice touch of fridge and basic supplies. The super air conditioning was a welcome in the hot weather. Very clean throughout.

Excellent location, management was super responsive and took care of all our needs. I was traveling with my mom and her friend who are 80 and have mobility issues, Kerry made sure to accommodate and put us on the 1st floor so the ladies were comfortable! Thank you!!

Convenient location in centre of town. Nice view over roof tops. Clean quiet apartment with fridge, coffee pod machine and kettle. Air-conditioned. Super large comfortable bed. Modern bathroom with sensor lighting at night. Lovely complimentary tea, coffee, pods, wooden forks for takeaway meals, and Kit Kats were the best!

No lift to take suitcases up to room. 2 flights of narrow stairs was hard work when moving baggage. Room lighting very dim. We couldn’t work out how to operate the towel rail and bathroom floor heating control. Would have loved a toaster in the room for an easy breakfast.

Such a nice place to stay, bed is so comfortable. The little extras left in the room made such a nice touch. The hot tube was ready to go as soon as we checked in which was great. Check in was so simple, location is perfect! Can’t wait to come back

Car parking was closed by but not on site which was tricky for my wife with mobility issues. There was a lot of bumping and banging about from the floor above. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work - but I am a technophobe!

The location was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

There was a fairly loud humming noise caused, it seems, by a hot tub in the apartment directly overhead. I contacted the company about this in the morning and a lady said that she would look into it and get back to me but she never did. It would probably only bother guests who, like me, are sensitive to noise.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very central. Everything to high standard. The little extras were really the cherry on top! I will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Thank you Kerri.

Incredibly clean, excellent location, right in the heart of the city, could walk to everything. We were staying for a wedding and were able to walk to and from. The suite was really comfortable, the host was really nice and accommodating for our early check in.

The Kilkenny Suites, in a phrase, Made Life Easy. My family and I rented three rooms for the weekend- we had a retired couple, a single couple, and a young family. On arrival one of our party struggled with access- Kelli was on hand in literally 2 minutes without having been asked to make herself available beforehand, and she couldn't have been nicer! There was not only coffee and tea in the rooms when we arrived, as would be typical to expect, but also a loaf of bread, orange juice, milk, sweets and much more- at no extra cost! We were set up with the essentials and more from the offset as a result, which made life so much easier. The apartment itself was set up wonderfully and had some truly useful additional features. One of these was lighting under the bathroom cupboards that came on automatically- it was low enough light to use the bathroom at night without waking anyone sleeping in the same room (especially young children). Having a microwave in the suites was also great and really useful. The accommodation allowed people of all ages to enjoy their stay easily. It almost goes without saying that the accomodation itself was elegant, modern and stylish, and the central location was perfect. A really great stay that was enhanced so much by the accommodation!

We stayed in Pembroke Room. The window was locked, couldn't even open slightly for air. Was concerned about fire safety only one way out down two flights stairs.

Great location near to shops, restaurants. Clean, plenty of handy extras. Very comfortable.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

This is the second time we book in Kilkenny Suites and it's always amazing! All is perfect, well situated in the center of Kilkenny and if you rent a car, the location is about 5min from the parking. The location in the centre of High St was near lots of sightseeing attractions as well as being close to restaurants and pubs. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom with shower, basin & toilet was absolutely fine. As were the towels and complimentary toiletries.

I mistakenly believed that there would be a kitchenette and a sitting area. The room that I booked had a small kettle and a small round table with 2 straight chairs. The window overlooked a pretty grotty yard. I was a bit shocked when I saw this as I booked it based on the rating “9.2”. I rang the Kilkenny Suite contact number which went to answering. Half an hour later I received a call back from Kerri. She was quite pleasant but didn’t actually help.

Location was perfect. Very easy to find & in walking distance to everything you need.

It was very clean modern central and beautiful decor

Parking expenses and too far from property stopping outside to drop bags off was impossible due to traffic and clampers 3 attempts in traffic nightmare . No cooking facilities for breakfast microwave. Only . Easy to gave air frier . Also windows don’t open so fire escape bit strange and scary

The light from smoke alarm is very bright at night. The couch is very firm and quite uncomfortable.

There was nothing negative whatsoever

I booked a suite and a room with 2 beds for my 3 adult sons and myself. Kerri made sure our rooms were on the same floor so we could close the hallway door and open the room doors to make it more like an apartment, which was wonderful. She left milk and cold water in the refrigerator of the suite and bread and jams and snacks on the counter, which made us feel very welcome. There was also coffee, tea, sugar, and a kettle, etc. Kerri sent instructions in advance and check-in was easy. Kilkenny Suites is accessed by a door on the High Street, which took me a second to find since the only sign is a lovely little plaque on the wall of the building. But you feel like you are living in your own flat in the middle of this very charming town. The suite and the guest room were very comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were also very clean (the bathroom in the suite had a heated floor! I didn't check if the other one did). The suite overlooked the High Street but we didn't hear any outside noise, which was great since Kilkenny is a lively town! The bedroom overlooked a garden in the back. We loved Kilkenny, the apartment and the location, and really appreciated Kerri's thoughtful hospitality. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, very large room and bathroom, appreciated the snacks, cereal and other food items.

The bathroom sink did not drain and the over-flow opening did not function either. TV asked for a PIN number and turned itself on and off a few times.

I was in Ormonde suite and it's absolutely fantastic and probably the best accommodation in whole of Kilkenny! Modern, spacious, very quiet, huge balcony with jacuzzi and beautiful views, fully equipped with everything I needed - and all of this right in the city centre. Also the communication with host was great and easy, and all of my little extra requests were fulfilled. Amazing place!

Perfect location to see everything in Kilkenny. The host was very attentive. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The unit has a great location close to everything. It is very quiet in the unit when the windows are closed. The only noise was from the unit above.

The floors in the unit and the unit above are very thin so they shake. While there isn't noise from the street, due to great windows, there is noise between the units.

You could hear the other apartments quite a bit, no fault of the staff however when people were coming in drunk it was hard to sleep
