Avoir eu un autre appartement que celui réservé sur me site. Il y avait plusieurs disponibiltés dans cette résidence,nous avons la + chère pour de meilleures,que nous n'avons pas eues puisque l'appartemet réservé n'était pas disponible.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025Die Lage direkt am Meer mit der Aussicht ist perfekt. Das Personal an der Reception ist freundlich.
Es dauerte ca. 2 Stunden nach Ankunft bis das Internet funktionierte. Das Appartement war schlecht gereinigt, Wurde nach Reklamation nachgereinigt aber nur Balkon, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Täglich gab es mehrere Unterbrüche von Strom, Wasser und Internet. Ein Familienmitglied war 4x betroffen, dass es im Aufzug blockiert war. Während dieser Unterbrüche funktionierte also auch die Toilette nicht, da kein Wasser vorhanden war. Am Donnerstag 30.10.2025 war von Morgens bis Abends also den ganzen Tag kein Wasser, kein Strom, und kein Internet verfügbar. Da das Appartement im 13. Stock war und somit auch keine Aufzüge funktionierten, war es sehr mühsam. Insbesondere den ganzen Tag auch keine Toiletten verfügbar waren. Für das Fahrzeug war ein Garagenplatz vorhanden, die Einfahrt war teilweise mühsam, da obwohl eine Bescheinigung für den Parkplatz vorlag und diese immer bei der Einfahrt vorgezeigt wurde dauerte es meistens lange, bis die Barriere geöffnet wurde, weil die Parkwächter wieder in ihr Büro gingen und mit einer Liste zurückkamen und nach dem Namen des Mieters fragten, unnötiger Aufwand.

There is no supermarket or large stores in Juan Dolio. Small market and pharmacy that could provide most things.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2024It’s a beautiful location- right on the ocean, great pool. The beach is shallow, however, and if you want to swim you would probably need to walk on the street for another 15-20 minutes. The views are breathtaking however as is the pool (great for long distance swimming)!
We did come across some things which were unacceptable. There was water running in the cleaning room, the door handle was broken, windows, bathroom floors were unclean with hair stuck to the bathtub. Alex, the manager was awesome though and had a maintenance guy coming over who fixed the running water and the door handle right away. I don’t think I would stay at this apartment ever again though. Maybe at another apartment at the same building or another building next to it. The location is what sells but the place should be well maintained and clean nonetheless.

Apt 908 was dated, NOT clean. Microwave dirty. Lipstip on cups. Dishes dirty. Bathroom shower fixtures broken, mirror damaged, carpets and couches dirty. All fixtures dirty. Rusty in freezer, rusty garbage cans. NO dishwasher, as stated. Giant cockaroaches in apt. Apt not well cleaned or maintained.

The kitchen cabinets and tools need an update. They are old and aren’t kept as clean as it should. The toilet broke down during our stay and despite promises of someone coming over to fix it, nobody showed up.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2023I really enjoyed my stay, the view was amazing. The employees were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and very private. Beautiful sunset and amazing sunrise. Definitely will return.
The apt showed online it is not what you will get, the one assigned to me wasn’t the best, but it was ok. I had to go down in two different occasions to say something about the AC not working. Its a good place to stay but will be a good idea to present exactly what you will be getting.
