Senang dapat makanan

Pemandangan kurang menarik

Good location

Love it

Location is good, check in guidelines is clear,

The parking lot to the lift is far! It’s not even at the same level, me n my friend have to carry luggages climb the uphill slope to the lift lobby!! Bathroom isn’t clean!! While we check in, there’s a bunch of hair in the sink! Aircond in the first bedroom broke! At first, we couldn’t found any remote control that matched the aircond!! And after one night, the aircond start leaking!!! The floor is like flood, when I feedback to the host, he/she said can can only fix on next day, and couldn’t make it fix on that day, so we have to move to another room for sleeping with aircond!! I booked a 3 bedrooms unit but only get 2 bedrooms facilities in second night

eine geräumige Wohnung mit Meerblick im 19. Stock.Ein und auschecken lief sehr gut. Anleitung waren sehr deutlich. Zentrale Lage.

Abee alles funktioniert

Space

NA

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location.

Some of the water heaters were not functioning well, and the air conditioner in the master bedroom also had some issues.

Location and view

Too many AC compresor at balcony, too hot to Enjoy nite view. AC at Masterbed quite hot, should have regular servicing or replace new. 2nd bath ventilation fan not working. Parking lot terrible, but understood due too old Building design.

mudah sebelah pasaraya .

Lokasi yg bagus, dekat dgn Padang Kota, direct access to Jambatan Pulau Pinang. Kena improve bab parking sebab kami naik Staria susah untuk parking sbb parking area sempit. Also kena selalu cek tv stick dan mesin air (tiada air panas di dapur).

Centralised location, allocated parking spots, and super views!

Nothing

Unit was comfortable. Location near to food court

Checking in was troublesome all by phone app and instructions..if you are elderly and not tech savvy it was stressful.

Harga bepatutan/berbaloi Tempat strategik Privet parking percuma Suasana mesra keluarga

Kunci Pintu besar masih klasik. Refund deposit secara isi borang sedangkan masa customer serah deposit hanya guna online dan tak sampai 2 minit pun.

NONE

SUPER DUPER DIRTY! ANTS AND COCKROACHES ARE YOUR NIGHTMARES WHEN U STA INSIDE THE ROOM!!!!

No hassles at all.

There should have been water, tea bags and coffee powder in the room.

Last one hour before check out no current tripped. Half and hour without electricity.

Nothing simply nothing.

The place

No additonal blanket with the single additional mattress

Everything include the facilities

Nothing

overall is good.. really suitable for vacation, and no need to deal with hotel procedure during check xxxin

nothing to dislike

Nothing

Complicated and repeated check in procedures, unfriendly guard, narrow parking, poorly maintained, old furnitures.

I really liked how clean and comfortable the property was. The environment was also very peaceful.

Its a secured property with security guards and accessible only with access card. Customer service is good professional and prompt reply. Gives clear instructions for check-in/check-out

Old property. The unit is that clean enough. Can feel wax on toilet floor due to cleaning products. The entire floor in the unit (other than toilet) is sticky. Can feel the residue from floor cleaning products.

Location

Worn down

9/10 overall statisfied🥳🥳🥳

Location is good.

Bed in the living room is not comfortable. Apartment needs renovation.

- price: overpriced for its location and the apartment condition. You paid for the cleaning fee but ended up you need to throw the rubbish out by yourself. Some sockets weren’t functioning, the tv and internet were off until we check out. - cleanliness: when we get into the apartment the toilet bowl isn’t clean as it should be and we still can see the cleanliness isn’t great as what we read others’ reviews. With the extra charge I paid, I expected more however it was not. - staff: we received the check in instructions but it wasn’t all stated and clear. They expect us to explore the car park and building structure without any prior knowledge. And since i was overcharged for their “additional charge may apply” policy, when I tried to reach out the moment I was overcharged on my bank card, I was never able to connect with them in this platform until I had to contact booking customer service on this matter. On the day we check in and we weren’t able to locate the lift entrance, they kept asking us to go up and up without mentioning clearly about the building structure straightaway, and my mom was having bad knees and thankful and lucky it wasn’t make her knee condition worse. We really upset with their attitude and the way they treated us since beginning. Throughout the whole dealing with them, all we can feel was they keep blaming others (blame me for not contacting them straightaway , blame my sister for not letting her speak in the call but indeed she wasn’t giving clear instructions, blame booking platform for the overcharge and said they not in charge of it) and it really made us pissed and ruined our travel mood

the location

the kitchen facilities are not catered for the number of guests staying as part of the request when booking. the host should provide sufficient kitchen ware based on the guests count.

Cleanest and comfortable

Non

Location was great for getting to see the old town. The sea view made it feel like you were not trapped in a city. Bed was comfortable.

Had a great stay at Mansion One by Sky Hive. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere despite the central location. Special thanks to Gina, who managed everything very well from arrival to checkout. Her guidance was clear and helpful, and she even assisted with an item I accidentally left behind—handling it with care and arranging courier delivery back to me. Truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was neat n comfortable. It was suitable for our family. We are satisfied

We expect extra garbage bags. The parking was a bit far from the lift.

The apartment is good, with a working heater, aircond and fridge. go other stuff like pans and eating utensils. wish could stay longer

The service... need to contact many times only to get the check in instruction... check in 3pm.. 3.30pm after message the staff.. only they give check in details...

Visit place nearby and view so nice

Nothing

Near Glenegles hospital

Very poor service From owner & very rude services From the cleaner staff

Namun agak susah cari makanan.

Tempat tidur dan seprai, handuk dan kamar mandinya.

Best gile

Luas Dan selesa

Mudah communicate dgn host. Proses check in dan check out senang. Tilam lebih disediakan. Sejadah disediakan.

Tiada penanda arah kiblat. Di kawasan dining area panas, perlu on aircond di ruang tamu terlebih dahulu

the view so nice…. u can see the beach.. the staff is very helpful

the aircond hot…. if you came with more then 1 car is hard to find parking outside…. so not recommended for family trip or if your bring your own car….
