La struttura è bella e pulita, ma non è un vero hotel, entri ed esci quando vuoi senza reception. La posizione è un pochino fuori dal centro ma con Grab è facile muoversi. La camera era molto accogliente e pulita. La piscina all'ultimo piano è bella ma a pagamento

Nos gustó todo. Estuvimos muy cómodos en la habitación. Vistas espectaculares. El restaurante nos fue super bien para desayunar. También hay una tienda en el lobby que se puede comprar casi de todo! Y la piscina con maravillosas vistas! El personal muy atento y amable.

Por poner algo…Hay que dar un poco de vuelta para llegar al hotel, pero tampoco es problema, como siempre íbamos en Taxi o Grub no suponía ningún problema.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our family, with two bedrooms and air conditioning in both rooms. The reception staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. They assisted us with a baby cot, provided a top mattress for the sofa bed when we raised the issue, and quickly helped resolve our microwave problem. They also made our late 1 a.m. check-in very easy by arranging the key to be left at reception.

Some of the furniture needs better maintenance. The sofa bed had broken springs in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on initially. The lounge sofa was also badly ripped and had been covered with a bedsheet instead of being repaired or replaced.

Mon expérience avec cet établissement a été très décevante. Avant et pendant mon séjour, j’ai pu constater de nombreux avis et témoignages sur Google très préoccupants concernant notamment la sécurité des effets personnels et la gestion de l’établissement. Ces informations m’ont fortement inquiété et ont considérablement diminué ma confiance envers cet hébergement. L’établissement peut paraître intéressant sur les photos et bénéficier d’un emplacement pratique, mais la sécurité et la tranquillité d’esprit sont pour moi des critères essentiels lorsqu’on réserve un hôtel. Malheureusement, les nombreux commentaires négatifs que j’ai pu consulter m’ont laissé une très mauvaise impression. Je recommande donc aux futurs voyageurs de bien consulter les avis récents et de se renseigner attentivement avant de réserver. Pour ma part, je ne choisirais pas à nouveau cet établissement.

A breakfast is provided for a reasonable price (8 euros approx.) on level 8 (the same level as the small swimming pool and sanatorium). It's a self service with 4 different dish and pastries. The room was provided with a washing machine and table for ironing and was clean.

The room is comfy and not far from city centre.

I booked a suite and the bed was not confortable at all. We could feel everything that was in the mattress. The water was cold the first day. The tv in the room was shattered. The infinity pool was closed because of the rain so we could not enjoy the reason why I chose this hotel. The location is not the best. It is quite far from the center. When we ask for another room, the lady at the counter said we could have a smaller room but no discount. Meaning we would pay the suite price for the small room.

We booked the most expensive loft based on the photos and description shown on Booking, but the reality was completely different. The room was extremely humid, dirty, and full of insects. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the overall condition of the accommodation did not match the advertised pictures at all. The humidity made the room very uncomfortable, and we did not feel comfortable staying there. Because of these conditions, we had no choice but to leave after only one night, despite having booked a longer stay. We then had to book another hotel through Booking at our own expense. This was a very disappointing experience, and we hope Booking reviews this property so that future guests are not misled by the photos. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Отличные апартаменты за свою цену в центре города. Замечательный вид из окон и с бассейна. Вкусное кафе на 8 этаже. Отличный магазин на 1 этаже.

Rooftop pool but even that is a rip-off. The towel they provide is just a large plastic napkin and it is single entry but that can become worthless when it rains and they just close the pool

The room that I booked was suddenly not available and used by the host so I was given a different room with a much worse and ugly interior in a very loud location. At the check in, I was not even told that I would be provided a different room.

Отличные апартаменты, чисто, уютно. Есть все необходимое для проживания: полотенца, тапочки, вода, кофе, посуда и тп. Хороший бассейн на 8 этаже. В здании есть небольшое кафе и продуктовый магазинчик. Хорошее расположение, в 10 минутах есть остановки и метро. Вид из апартаментов очень красивый, видны башни Петронас.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Super widok z okna. Apartament duży, czysty, komfortowych. Na wyposażeniu pralko-suszarka. Na najwyższym piętrze budynku basen z pięknym widokiem na dwie wieże.( Ten basen jest dodatkowo płatny), jest też bezpłatny basen na 8 piętrze. W hotelu można przechowywać bagaż. Kosztuje to 5 RM dziennie . To bardzo dobre udogodnienie. Po kraju podróżujemy z małymi bagażem i co pewien czas wracamy do tego hotelu. Można wyprać odzież, przepakować się. . Bardzo polecam Expression Suite By iHost Global.

Toilets are huge and cooking facilities were there so not that bad;

There were tiny nymphs in the toilet on day 1 and it wasn’t a pleasant sight. Should clean out or fumigate once in a while. Towels are too small and there is no label on the shampoo/body bath so we werent aware which is which. There was only one key provided to a room which is pretty inconvenient for others. Location was pretty remote and no food nearby

The location is perfect. It's just 10-15 minutes with Grab to Petronas Towers. Its also near Batu Caves. The room was clean and had a nice view. There were towels and toothbrushes. The bed was comfy. There was a big fridge and there kitchen utensils to use.

The couch was uncomfortable. It should be thrown out because I could feel the metals in my back. I had to put some pillows to sit.

Vše bylo skvělé. Pokoj obrovský, čistý, s krásným výhledem skoro na všechny strany. Bazén za poplatek, ale vyplatí se, aspoň tam nejsou davy. Recepce 24/7 - super výhoda při příjezdu.

Alors contrairement aux commentaires l’hôtel est très très bien situés à seulement 15mn des tours petronas, les grabs viennent facilement à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique l’entrée dans la chambre c’est faites ultra rapidement nous sommes arrivées à 12h au lieu de 15h et ils nous on donné les clés direct. Seul petit bémol la piscine et la salle de sport sont payantes mais seulement 20RM c’est pas chère donc ça va sinon la piscine du 8 eme est gratuite. Il y’a 4 ascenseurs donc au final on en a 1 assez rapidement pour monter. Petite épicerie en bas de la résidence. En clair j’ai beaucoup aimé je reviendrai ça c’est clair

Me gusto el diseño de la propiedad

Todo estaba descuidado, había una silla rota, abajo de la cama había kilos de polvo y suciedad, el mueble del baño pegado con cinta de papel porque estaba roto, detalles que hacen la diferencia. Luego fui a la piscina y todo estaba descuidado y la verdad no me dieron ganas de entrar.

Rien, la fenêtre se fermait pas, y’avait des fuites d’eaux, les serviettes de mauvaises qualités, les prises ne fonctionnaient pas et meuble de la salles bains étaient cassés. Ils ont mis du scotch

L’emplacement, fenêtre cassé, fuite d’eau, aucun prise ne fonctionne, meuble cassé est maintenu par du scotch, salle de bain salle et serviettes anciens et de mauvaise qualité.

The aircond was so so so hot even when i already put it at 16 full blast. My husband said could be coz it hasnt been serviced for a long time coz it was extremely hot, we both didnt have a good sleep at night. Grateful we booked only for a night.
