3年連続で借りている。 毎回設備が整っている。 今年はエアコンもドライヤーもフライパン、鍋も新しくなっていた。 カップを割ってしまったが、気持ち良く交換して頂けた。 到着時にシャワーホースが壊れていたが、オーナーに伝えると、直ぐにスタッフを手配して交換して頂けた。 とても親切。 洗濯機も長期滞在には必需品なので、大変助かる。 洗剤も置いてあった。

5階なので、お部屋からは海の見える面積は決して大きくは無い。 が、外には出やすいので、全く問題無い。 小さいシャワールームにシャワーカーテンがあればもっと快適。

We recently stayed at this property in Batu Ferringhi and had a pleasant experience overall. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the accommodation was very suitable for families.

However, the parking system needs improvement. Guests are charged RM10 per night for parking, and on top of that, there is an additional charge every time a vehicle exits and re-enters. During our stay, we ended up spending almost RM80 extra just on parking fees. The management should consider revising this system. A better approach would be to provide unlimited entry and exit privileges for registered guests during their stay, as many other hotels do. This would make the experience much more convenient and guest-friendly.

This was so far the best accommodation we’ve had in Malaysia. The apartment was immaculate, clean, very modern with new appliances and a super comfy bed. The staff were very kind and let us check out a couple of hours later as they didn’t have a check in that afternoon. Highly recommend!

All great, but just a bit longer to walk to the beach from this property. We didn’t mind this though.

It was nicely setup and for us it was handy that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location was great - walking distance to the grocery store, markets, and the beach.

There was a camera in the laundry - there was no sign warning you about it and it felt really uncomfortable. Heaps of hair on the floor when we arrived - needs a deep clean.

everything as per advertised..room was spacious,water heater was good,ac was good ..easy access to Feringgi beach and shops..nothing bad to comment..good job for the owner ..

owner should have few pillow available as 1 pillow for a person is not bad but there can be an option ..

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Feels Like Home! I had a wonderful experience at this resort. It truly felt like a home away from home — warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The place was spotless, and everything was complete and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free. Best of all, it's just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which made everything even better. I will definitely book this resort again on my next trip!

A beautiful homely apartment. Very comfortable and well stocked. It's a privately owned apartment in a big block so reception staff didn't know where we were staying...Booking.com links in with owner who sends you the key safe number and apartment number the day you arrive. Great smart tv. Nice pool but it closes at 7pm, a little early but not too much of a problem. Security guard watches the pool rather than a life guard! This seemed to be the case in Malaysia! Close to a quiet section of beach, opposite the hotel is a little path that leads you there in a few mins. About a 10 mins walk to more shops and restaurants. Parking too but you pay 10MYR via the Touch n Go card each day. Touch n Go cards are essential for driving in Malaysia and can be bought in petrol stations for 10 MYR then you top it up..prob 50 MYR each time would be enough for a long drive (£8 ish).

The pool is open only from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. this does not allow somebody to do lap swimming in the morning. I was very disappointed by this. They really need new pillows... They are not good

The place is just so beautiful, well crafted and comfy to stay in. Suitable for a group of 4-6 people. Although its located in an "old" apartment but the surrounding area doesn't feel like it at all. The apartment area was very well maintained and clean. As for our room, it was very complete. Feels like you're right at home. You may not be at the high level, but the view is great enough as u get to see a glance of the sea. My fav part of all are the bathroom especially in the master bedroom. Very beautiful tiling and water pressure was perfect. Kudos to the team !

The flat was smelly and it is not beachfront it’s in front of the hotel. The path to the beach is gross and the beach stretch is so small and in front of the hotel one. The owner came without warning at 10pm to change a bulb… super disappointed not worth the price at all

The apartment had everything we needed. We were even allowed to use the washing machine. This was a big bonus having travelled from the jungle in Borneo.

Good sized two bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen and balcony which meets every family requirement for holiday stay.

Very comfortable place , ideal for families. Great showers, very nice TV-set, perfect WI-FI. The swimming pool is amazing. Nearby is a cute colony of 10 monkeys.

The sea water is not so clear in August.

Thanks Allah. The property is so good. Very clean. Feel so happy and very comfortable. All side of the house is totally same like the photo that u see. We are so happy to stay here and really feel like home. Got some cleaning tools also and its really help us which is travel with kids. We can clean and tidy up all the mess by ourselves for staying there comfortably. Thanks host. Everything in the house is functioning well and make us very happy for our fisrt experience stay in homestay. 😁

I would highly recommend staying here! The apartment was spacious, very clean and overall very comfortable to stay in. Really comfortable bed! I would recommend not to read the Google reviews on this resort, I think the experience depends on who owns the apartment and we had a really great experience.

They were working on another apartment during 1 day of our stay which involved a lot of drilling/hammering and was really loud from about 9 am. It was so loud we could not stay in the apartment (I expect this was a 1 time thing)

The unit was really clean and just nice for 4-6 friends. Moreover, we could get everything in the unit itself. From extra bedding, to washing machine, to vaccum cleaners, cups, plates and more. Truly one of the best places I’ve stayed so far.

Our only problem were the pillows. They were Abit too shallow. Didn’t have much padding/firmness to it. But other than that everything was perfect! 🙏🏾👍🏾

When we arrived at the hotel around the checking time 16:00, we were told to wait outside for forty minutes since the unit was not yet ready. After an hour, a staff member arrived to offer the key and requested a cash deposit of RM 200; neither they nor Booking.com had previously provided any information about this. When we inquired about this deposit, the staff irst told us to ca;; Booking.com and refused to give us the key. My daughter and I were exhausted from our lengthy journey, and it was getting very late, so we requested to give the deposit later after taking cash from near by ATM. The flat was filled awful ciggrate smoking smell and the bedding and towels were particularly awful. There was no WiFi available.

Location is excellent. Easy walk across the main road to the Beach. Easy 10 min walk to restaurant etc (better to walk than to drive). Parking is easy in carpark. Two lifts. Clean and comfortable. Lovely view. Well stocked apartment with air purifier, fans and air-con Big TV with Netflix. Security guards and host were helpful.

if staying for a long-time, more clothes hangers. Also while there was soap it was not handy to the sink - include a hand wash container?

I like everything about this apartment. Everything was good. Spacious and facilities provided were superb (wifi, netflix, AC, hot shower). Will defo repeat to stay at this apartment in future.

The bed or the curtains I'm not sure has hidden dust. It can be seen by naked eyes but there are dust. How I know, because I have sinus and I got flu, running nose and sneezed. Otherwise all good.

Cozy house, clean. Owner very friendly and responsive 👍🏻👍🏻 Cuma parking kene bayar. Per hour RM1 or max RM10/night. Overall i suka sangattttt !! Next time boleh datang sini lagi

As everywhere cutlery provided is just spoons and forks to eat malay food. No knives. Beside of this everything was perfect.
