La ubicación es la mejor a 2 minutos caminando de la terminal de colectivos. La climatización era excelente y practica para secar ciertas prendas. Baño limpio y ducha muy buena. Cocina bien equipada y practica. A pesar de la llegada a las 21.30 hs y la prontitud de la reserva el dueño se contacto y nos ayudo para el ingreso.

Perfect little spot for a few nights, Pablo is super friendly, great host! This bed was very comfortable and the pillows just right for us. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Would definitely stay again. Super close to bus station, 2 min walk probably across the street.

Room was a tad bit small and not a lot of room with suitcases and backpacks to set out your things. The road noise is loud here, you need earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

He went above and beyond by helping us arrange express laundry, driving us around, returning our hiking gear, and even picking us up from the station. We had a wonderful stay at Container Departamento. Upon arrival, the owner met us to show us everything we needed for our stay. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and was available via WhatsApp for anything we needed. The container was cozy, warm, and had an excellent hot shower. It was fully equipped with every amenity required for our stay, including a very comfortable bed and great Wi-Fi. The location is superb, an easy walk into town and conveniently close to a couple of supermarkets. We truly loved our stay here and left with great memories!"

We stayed here because we had an early bus from Rodoviario station the next morning. Pablo kindly let us check-in a bit earlier than the official check-in time. The room was very clean and secure and the bed surprisingly comfortable. It was a good choice!

Pablo was super helpful at check-in! The location close to town made walking to everything very convenient. And, the place is only about a block from the main bus station which makes it super easy to get to the National Park. Great value!

One small issue with the trash. As is true with most in-town locations, there is a bit of street noise. It was a trade-off for a very convenient location.

Struttura bella, funzionale, indipendente. Struttura generalmente abbastanza pulita, solo un po di umidità nella doccia, ma probabilmente dovuto al tipo di struttura container.

Poco insonorizzata, di notte tendono a passare tante auto probabilmente modificate che si sente tanto il rumore del motore; Via di accesso molto poco illuminata se si viene dal centro e al buio fa un po’ paura anche se non ho avuto problemi con nessuno.

Son departamentos modulares donde todo funciona a la perfección, desde el agua caliente a la calefacción, a un minuto del centro de operatividad turística Torres del Paine, buen acceso al centro de Puerto Natales.

La communication avec l’hôte (Pablo) était impeccable. Il vient vous porter les clés et vous faire visiter l’endroit à votre arrivée. Très gentil et disponible, n’hésite pas à répondre à vos questions et s’assure que vous ayez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le container est comme une mini-maison (vaisselle, mini-frigo, micro-onde, évier de cuisine, café/thé/sel/huile d’olive fournit). C’est petit mais parfait pour 1-2 personnes. Le lit est super confortable. Les draps et serviettes sentaient le lavage. Vous pouvez ouvrir les fenêtres et ajuster le chauffage comme vous voulez. La salle de bain était très propre ! C’est à l’extérieur du centre, mais à moins de 5min à pieds du terminal d’autobus.

Rien n’a affecté négativement mon séjour, mais j’ai séjourné dans 2 containers différents lors de mon voyage au Chili, et l’un d’entre eux avait une tablette dans la salle de bain pour déposer nos effets personnels, ce qui est super pratique. L’autre n’avait pas de place pour ça, à l’exception du minuscule espace sur le lavabo.

Los departamentos son muy cómodos y están a menos de dos cuadras del terminal de buses, ideal para viajar a Torres del Paine sin necesidad de locomoción al terminal.

La buena atención de Pablo, quien fue amable y claro. El container muy bien equipado, seguro, impecable y organizado. La ducha espectacular, muy buena presión del agua.

Los vecinos muy irrespetuosos, ya que emitieron ruidos molestos hasta altas horas de la madrugada (golpes y roncadores de auto).

Directement en face du terminal de bus , donc très pratique. Propriétaire très sympathique ( ne parle que l'espagnol.)

This property is literally across the road from the bus station which is super convenient for travel to and from Torres del Paines. The downtown area with shops and restaurants is only 10 min but you don’t have I carry your bags!

It is small- but the pictures show that. Just need to wait for Pablo to do the check in- there isn’t a “reception” but the neighbour called for us.

Smooth check in process after a long bus journey from El Calafate. Great location near the bus terminal and very cozy.

Could have had clearer instructions about how to use the blinds. Close to the road so you will hear traffic / pedestrians.

It was unique opportunity to stay in a shipping container. This place is immaculate and comfortable. It is super close to the bus station which makes it very convenient. Just a short walk to the city center. Pablo was very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was an excellent stay at the container departmento. The host was flexible with our check-in time. Great location near the bus station. They also held our luggage while we were exploring Torres del Paine.

It’s a little bit cramped, but you can’t expect too much from a converted container.

There was one window that didn't have shutters. The sun goes down close to 10pm so if you want to sleep before then you need to have shutters on all windows

Puerto Natales is where people mostly stay before or after the W or O trek and having somewhere near the bus station before and after is ideal (especially after!!) Pablo is one of the best hosts we've had and we'd stay there again if the occasion arises. Also a bag storage is available for storing big bags if you're downsizing how much stuff your taking on the trek - very convenient and affordable. Great little container with everything for a short stay.

A mini hob would be great as can do more with it than a microwave

The Container Departamento is right across from the bus station, which made it very convenient for us as we stayed here before and after doing the W Trek. Pablo was very communicative and arrived on time for our check-in. The apartment itself was very cozy and clean. It is a short walk from the main city center.

Very friendly staff. The place is absolutely spotless. Everything you need is there but it's a bit small. It's a container unit. No room for a side table next to the bed. It is across from the bus terminal so it's really handy if you need to catch a bus early or arrive late. It's perfect for one night.

Nothing really. It's a bit noisy next to the big street and kind of weird setting but that's the price you pay for being close to the bus terminal. The only suggestion I would make is to install a little night lamp. The lighting is very bright.

Very clean and good value for money. The heating and hot water work well, which is essential because it gets cold and windy here. Bed is comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and two sets of tableware. Courtesy tea and coffee provided. 3-minute walk to the bus terminal. 15-minute walk to town centre.

It is small and only suitable for a solo traveler or a couple with very little luggage. There is no room to store more than one large suitcase or two backpacks. Kitchen is basic with no stove or cooking utensils. Close to the street so if you want some privacy, you will need to close the blinds. Check-in can be very problematic if you do not have data. It’s very important to get the manager’s contact details in advance of arriving because you will need to call them to get the keys upon arrival and wait a bit outside!

Very clean place and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Across the street from the bus station which was really convenient for us but a little further walking distance to the main part of town.

I had a fantastic stay at Container Departamento! It offered great value for the price and was conveniently located near the bus station. Though compact, the space was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The owner was incredibly attentive and helpful, making the experience even better. Overall, it's an excellent choice for a stay in Puerto Natales, especially for solo travelers like me.

We had a lovely stay, but it was previously agreed that we would have luggage storage prior to our stay but at the agreed time there was nobody to meet us and after a phone call the time we would have to wait for the storage was too long as we had nearly missed our bus

The surroundings were noisy during the night because of several dogs barking continuously throughout the night.

We loved everything about this place. Private and compact, it even had USB ports for phones and great WiFi. Just a 10 minute walk into town and 3 minutes to the bus station, the location couldn't be better. Pablo was all very accommodating regarding an early check-in.

We were met by our wonderful host, even though our bus arrived very late! We were so appreciative to have been met so late in a foreign place and to be so welcoming!

It was very tiny however met our expectations and our host was the best!

May have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Very cosy with everything you need. Heating adjusts to whatever temperature you need. A sink, a microwave and kitchen utensils at your disposal. Good location right next to the bus station to go to the national park.
