I will never go back ti this property again

The property wasn’t been cleaned for new staying guest . Reported to the owner yet the owner reacted rudely . Finally the staff came next morning but still refused to do a proper cleaning and changed both bedsheets which were not clean . Floor map also wasn’t changed . Aircon also wasn’t clean and smells dusty . It was a nightmare for me and family . Not recommended this poor property.

The location was excellent. The instructions for check in and check out was clear and helpful by the hos.

Kitchen: There is a leftover piece of roti canai next to the fridge that was not cleaned up. Bedding & Linens: The blanket and bedsheets have an unpleasant odor, and the towels appear quite worn and could use replacing. Dust & Furniture: There is a significant amount of dust inside the wardrobe, and the Dragon Ball sofa in the front area looks dirty and feels like the cover hasn't been washed recently.

The house is random and auto assigned by an agent. The house is not the same as advertised. I got a house no A-11-3, bedroom queen has 3 with a limp pillow and worn-out bedsheets and smelly blanket. A sofa on the verge of breaking, a cracked dining table, and furniture that is worn out and nearly collapsing—improvements are needed. The house is very plain, lacking any attractive décor. An interesting review might get a house in good condition compared to the house I got, or get a rebate if the user gives a good review. This is very dishonest The owner needs to be honest and ensure that the actual view of the house matches what is shown; only then will the customer be satisfied.

I like the interior and the facilities very comfortable and complete includes iron, iron board, water heater, tv also aircond. And the view very nice from floor 21.

I always book my hotel in booking.com. It has always been The Best but this was the first time we had a bad experience.The air conditioner did not work. So, we complained instead the staff asked us to use the stand fan. The stand fan also did not work. We complained at 10:37 p.m. Instead to they said too late so my children slept at hall which was very hot. Next day morning, we complained again. The staff arrived, instead of fixing they said the air conditioner was totally fine. They said that they turned on the air conditioner and left. At 2.00 p.m., we complained again but the staff did not arrived. We cannot stand the heat so we checked out early at 3.00 a.m. So, my RM 400 was a waste after all.

This was an extra night we added on for continuity. Our teenage children were in the room alone as we and the cleaners demanded that they check out at 12 and re check back in at 3pm or would have to pay more if they didn't leave immediately! Despite the fact we had proof we had extended and booked another night. They moved us to another identical room 3 floors below??? Their booking system is a joke and you couldn't talk to anyone. They said the room was booked? So those people could have taken the other room? What was the logic? It ruined the nice first few days we'd had in Malaysia. We are now very wary!

It was spacious. Shower was good. There was a rice cooker and hot plate to enable you to cook. Washing machine was useful. Ecosave supermarket on your doorstep. Half hour walk to train, bus and ferry terminal - all in one place which makes travelling really convenient. Pool ok but cool.

Booked for a family of 4 - only 2 towels. They did not respond to my messages. Check-in isn't totally straight forward but the staff were helpful. Bins not emptied over the 4 nights we booked (we did it ourselves). Definitely not luxury and the cleaning could certainly be improved by far!

Lokasi yang strategik. Sesuai untuk membawa anak kecil kerana ada kolam mandi dan tempat permainan untuk kanak-kanak. Senang dan mudah untuk check-in homestay.

Only the location. The unit owner probably does not know the living condition of A-32-07 Woodsbury Suites. If I were the owner I will ensure that the ceiling fan is working (it was not and the management was happy to replace with one broken stand fan and another one provided later upon request). I will also come in and check whether I would be happy to stay. The living room air cond was 30% and the bedroom was 0%.

It was 7PM. I complained to the WhatsApp. Supervisor L wouldn't speak and insists only on WhatsApp. L wrote that the Technician would only be arriving at 7AM (4 Aug 2026) to have a look at the state of the air conds. She only returned call and spoke to me pleading that the previous occupants did not complain, and that the cleaner earlier told her that the air cond were in working condition.

So many ants on the bed and all over the house. , the wall fan full of dust, pretty sure it wasn't clean for many many months. Ceiling fan at living room doesn't spin fast (max level 1). The sink was so smelly. The host was kind rude and delayed giving back the deposit money.

One of the best apartment, we have stayed at Butterworth. We booked a appointment with a room of king bed and apartment comfortably accommodated us. The room was spacious. The bathroom was large, clean, and the water pressure was strong. The room also came with air conditioner and towels. Even at hall they had television, air conditioner, sofa and kids double decker bed. We had great stay over here. We will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The bathroom was not clean.floor was wet didnt mob,on top washing machine found hair and water mark on the mirror didnt wipe.Toilet top lit or cover loose and tile at side of w.sink give way and windows are rusty and dirty. Last visit the cleaners were Indon but now Bangladeshi how they can keep places clean when they and their country cant keep clean.

hoping that the facilities could be better next time since the aircond is not functioning as there is no cool wind from the aircond and we only can rely on the stand fan which still can feel the hotness.. and the water heater needs to be reset only the heater can turned on.. the towels are quite smelly.. the tv has some issues which we cant play the youtube or whatsoever

Great location, easy check-in process, and the unit was clean and comfortable. The facilities provided were sufficient for our stay. We enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again in the future.

入住时浴室热水器发生故障，花了一整天时间才维修完成。另外，每天早上网络都会无法使用一段时间，影响上网和日常安排，希望房东能加强设备和网络维护。

The room had a strong odor, many sheets were stained, the mattress was old and had collapsed, and the bathroom was very unsanitary. This was my first terrible experience staying in a hotel. The owner was indifferent. I paid for two nights, stayed for one night, and asked to check out and get a refund the next day. The owner told me to contact the platform, but the platform has not responded to me so far. 房间异味大，床单很多有污迹，床褥很久了，已经坍塌，浴室卫生很差，第一次入住有这样的可怕的经验，屋主态度敷衍，我付了两晚的房费，勉强住了一晚，第二天就要求退房退款，屋主让我联系平台，平台目前为止没有给我回应。

I am ok to give you my honest opinion but I hope no heart feelings. I have been to this property 7 years ago. It's totally different from what it was before. The property is not clean not in order or tidy. The bathroom is not very clean with some smelly around The house grill is full of dust and rusted everywhere including the sliding door. The house curtains, room curtains are not in proper, the rooms windows full of dust and dirt.The floor is sticky with dirts and most of the furniture are old. Even the electrical appliances are not in good condition. The provided towel is not good condition like warnout. I know the price is reasonable for 2 adults and the house capacity is more than 2 pax. However the cleanliness is not to the expectation. All these points will help you to work better. Finally, the parking bays and the building is not well maintained.Thanks for listening and value my feedback.

Dah bagi paling slow pun still boleh berlubang baju. Nasib minta iron baru, dia hantar pagi tu. Untuk harga yg kami bayar mmg tk berbaloi. Walaupun untuk 1 mlm. My husband said bad luck.

很靠近Econsave买东西方便，很清净，如果是打算度假是不错的选择。

我个人的意见，就是这趟我住的房间有简陋的味道，冷气又不冷。风扇又坏灯太暗，我之前有住过很多次只是这趟选择的房子没有我想向的那么期待。还是Block B 比较美
