The room was small, I ask for sea view and they didn't give me one, there was no hairdryer, there was no mirror in the room only in the bathroom,

Thank you very much It was Good stay for 5 adults. Total of 4 beds for 3 rooms. Occupied with facilities. Got seaview and really nice view at night. So clean and neat. Whole family are satisfied with the stay. Will repeat in future

Parking area was abit complicated

The house was clean and comfortable.

However, the facilities were lacking, and the swimming pool was not well maintained. The building and walkways were not very clean, with bird droppings found in many areas. The surrounding area was also very quiet, which might be suitable for large families or groups, but for just two people, it felt a bit isolated and uncomfortable.

-small size towel only suitable for kid, -mirror not available in avery room only in bathroom. -car way to the parking to narrow difficult for big or long size car as mpv or 4x4

Hati2 jika waktu PH/School Holiday.. Dah boking awal 2 minggu.. Hari nk check-in die sruh cancel.. Pkul 9 pg msj, tgh hari patut nk checkin dah.. Ko rase dar KL penat2 tiba2 smpai Penang ckp electric trip, x boleh checkin.. Jenuh nk cari hotel last minit.. semua penuh time cuti sekolah.. Last2 dpt yg lain tp harga 2x ganda.. Mmg dpt refund.. Tp MENTAL ko sakit nk jwb dkt family..

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The check-in was smooth and straightforward, and communication was fast and easy throughout the stay. Room 5-05 instead of 5-02. Overprice because not same as pictures; no chesterfield sofa + 6 chairs dining table. No internet as per ads. Mattress no comfortable. Lack of kitchen ware too.

- check in details arrived after several calls and after check in time - then the management do not let us in first, because I had not the bank slip for the deposit (how if they send Infos to pay after check in) - not the booked room an equipment - everything used and not clean

There was no person at reception, They ask for security deposit online and there was no option of cash. And they returned our deposit next day from checkout. The response from the representative was pathetic.

The parking was a little messy and require some effort.

The unit was extremely dirty and dusty, as if it had not been cleaned at all. Although WiFi was stated as being provided, there was no response when I asked about it. The customer service was very poor. The bed sheets had visible stains, and there was a lot of hair present, which was very unhygienic. In addition, there were cracks on the walls. The furniture shown in the photos was very different from what was actually in the unit. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with my stay.
