The view of the house were great. The look towards the river. A bit warm during morning. The shower was good, and also equipped with water dispensers. Also near Econsave mart.

There a stain at the sofa. Maybe coffee spill. And the window can’t be adjusted.

Nice place. I think the facilities provide complete for basic usage. Cleanlines is okay.

This was my first time staying in Butterworth, and I must say the experience was amazing! The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and welcoming — I truly appreciate the tip-top service provided. The swimming pool was great, and my kids had a fantastic time. It was a perfect stay for our family. I would definitely give a 10-star rating and will surely come back again. Thank you, host, for making our stay so enjoyable!

- The homestay is very clean and neat. - Have free WiFi and TV for entertainment. - Nice view on the balcony facing the sunrise. - Provides iron and board, water filter, hairdryer and washing machine which come in handy. - The bed is very comfortable and there's an extra comforter and futon. - There's a swimming pool provided as facilities and can be used by guests. Which is wonderful for families with kids. - Location close to a few restaurants and close to Penang Sentral. - The host is very friendly,informative and professional in handling the homestay.

I stayed in the hotel with my family, where I went out for work in the surrounding area while my children stayed at the hotel with my spouse. The hotel was very comfortable, and the price was affordable compared to other accommodations nearby. It was clean, had a welcoming vibe, and was well-equipped.

There were almost no issues as everything was perfect. However, if I were to suggest improvements, the towels were a bit small for my liking, and the Coway water dispenser didn’t seem cold throughout our stay

The dinner table was broken. So much dirt in the sofa. Leftovers not cleaned in the sofa. Can see ants here and there.

I like the cleanliness I like spacious room and toilet

I’m disappointed with tv channel. No Netflix compared to others homestay (since I’m regularly travel for work and bring along family during school holidays for vacation) they provide free Netflix without any extra charge. Even basic tv channels also don’t have. So my family get bored stay there without good entertainment.

This was my 2nd time stay at Woodsburry and my first experience booked with this unit. obviously, in term of cleanliness this unit much better compared to previous one. the beds and pillows provided are much better (where almost similarly like hotels) if compared to 3/4 ranked hotels. I really have a good sleep after back from trip without having back or neck sore. after all, everything was nice.

-parking at 7th floor where tooks 4-5minutes to arrive -there was no detergent provided -one of the window blind proof at left side not functioning well.

The apartment location at the good location, the room decorated pleasantly as guests satisfaction unfortunately all the 3 airconds not working as expected had lodge complain to the incharge but not been rectified till we check out. Restless night.

Spacious with one queen beds in each of the two rooms. Washing machine and water dispenser provided.

Location is less than ideal and you would need to get transport to the more popular areas.

Location was good for us as we were only staying a night. Pool was cool and refreshing after travelling from KL. Was down the road from a food market which was a good chance to try hot Malaysian food.

Getting in at the front desk took a very long time and they came across as rude. We were not allowed in the gym or to use to sports facilities that were at the property. Pool was dirty.

1) Air Conditioner in both rooms and hall is not cold enough even its in 16 celcius. The host need to put some gas into it. 2) sofa need to be fixed or replaced. The seats are going down 3) In main hail, light tubes and fan are connected together in 1 switch which is not relevant for night use. 4) not providing tooth brush and paste for the amount we pay. Even budget hotel are providing for their visitors. 5) Lobby and main entrance are not maintained well. Its so smelly and not clean

The location , we stay there before we go over to Hatyai . Nearby food court, cheap meals n authentic Penang food stalls

The location and security were excellent. Quiet and peace of mind to leave here for a holiday.

Cleanliness can be improved. The washing machine was unable to use, awful smell and we have to seek for laundry mart services nearby. The utensils cabinets can be organized with an elevated plate stacker. The plates placed on the bottom shelves look unhygienic.

the location and the security was good. all the instructions was given was easy to follow.

few things, facilities wise, was not taken care off, soaps was not refilled as we need to ask. the master bedroom pipe was making so much noise. there was a dinning chair that the legs almost broken. coway was not working properly, hot or cold water. no detergent was given for washing machine, but we bought n kept it there.

The house is very nice and comfy. Its also located at high level. L33. The view is nice esp in the morning.
