The property is obviously setup for longer stays, they have top of the line appliances and some of the supplies you do not typically find in apartments. The parking is convenient and everything was spotless.

Easy to find, instructions clear. The apartment was beautiful, warm, comfortable and perfect for our stay.

Nothing - we never received access details, and there was no parking at the property that we were able to find. As my phone was flat, we weren't able to call the phone number listed, though granted that is my fault that it was flat - not the property. We ended up booking in elsewhere.

No communication about entry instructions, no parking that we were able to find. We ended up staying elsewhere

Turned up and the room hadnt been cleaned. Single bed still had dirty sheets, there was an empty cake container and the towels were dripping wet hanging on the towel rail. This was really disappointing to find. As our friends apartment was perfectly clean

We are a family of five adults and the layout of the apartment suited us perfectly. The apartment is beautifully decorated and designed. We had a very comfortable stay here and would happily choose to stay here again.

Was told there was a car park available and there was the first night. The second day we were there the car park had three cars parked in it and I spoke with one of the drivers and they had been told they could park all three of their cars in the two car garage ??? They also told me that they were told that they had booked the same apartment as us and had actually accessed our room !!! Had been given the incorrect info. They apologised but it still not good enough . They also moved one of their cars and were kind enough to back my car into the very small space for me.

All fittings and furnishings were new and high quality. Top class and very comfortable

Two comparatively tiny things: (1) the two red bath-towels in the master bedroom en suite were oddly small and non-absorbent - we struggled to dry ourselves, but or daughter reported that the towels for the other bathroom were fine; and (2) we suspect that in the master bedroom en suite, the bodywash/handwash dispenser is broken/non-functional, and the other one in the shower, was not broken, but almost empty when we arrived as it ran out while we were there

The parking garage and elevator were nice features. The apartment was well designed and fitted out.

We couldn't turn off the air conditioner, and it continued to run even when we pushed the off button. The bathroom extractor fan also couldn't be turned off, and it ran all night.

Luxuriantly appointed with high end decor. Beds and lounges were so comfortable. Shower had excellent pressure. Large bathroom and en-suite was a bonus. The apartment is very quiet and walking distance to supermarket and cafes. Having a garage with internal access to the apartment was unexpected and much appreciated. It was a shame the inclement weather meant we couldn't make use of the deck.

No instructions re how to enter property. I called and was told the info was sent. I thought the error must have been on our end. Turns out it wasn’t. Place was cold when we arrived.

We booked a 2 bdrm/2 bath apartment and it was excellent. The apartments are spacious but homely, well appointed, very clean. We could have comfortably stayed for longer than the 2 nights we were in Masterton for. The instructions for checking in/arriving were provided well in advance of our planned arrival time and were clear and easy to follow.

We thought we’d booked an apartment with a carpark as we had a rental car. When we arrived we found there to be 2 car spaces for the 3 apartments on site (unless there were other parks that were in a different location). Parking availability was inconsistent - we had one on night 1 but had been out for dinner on night 2 and got back about 9pm to find both spots taken. There was ample street parking but this was time limited during the day. Nearby businesses also parked their vans in the access lane way directly opposite the car park door which made getting in and out of the car park challenging when there were 2 cars parked in the apartment parking.

Very modern, clean accommodation. Location is close to cafes and other shops. We really liked the apartment and were happy that we stayed there. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked great to cook in.

No body wash or body soap in any bathroom. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. It would be difficult to park your car in the garage if you didn't have a passenger to enter the premises to raise the garage door for you to drive in and vice versa - when leaving you would have to find a car park, return to the building to manually close the garage door from inside the garage, before returning to your car.

Location and layout of the facility- very close to main street of Masterton- had 2 parking spaces for 3 appartments.

Wow! What an amazing space. This property exceeded our expectations. The apartment was huge, bright, comfortable and tasteful. The beds with their weighted duvets were super comfy. The big smart TV was a bonus. Nice to have an espresso machine and coffee pods. The location was top notch and suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Masterton.

Only superficial things - it would be awesome to have hot chocolate available as I'm not a coffee drinker. Also, with all the kitchen space, maybe a continental breakfast / snacks could be provided. Something to think about for the future.

The local cafes where great off-road parking was great as I have some valuables, I could leave in the vehicle with confidents Stairs where a climb luckily the lift was a fantastic bonus. once in the Apartment it was great for me who had been travelling for 2 weeks straight Great shower Great heating/cooling Fantastic bed Easy to come and GO I will return now I know its here Thanks

At the end of a long day, it was a-bit difficult to find but well worth it once I did, road construction outside and in front of the property with large trucks very noisy but hey understand that has no reflection on the Apartment

It was a great apartment and in a fantastic location.

There was dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived. One had mould caked on. There was also no milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea. it was very disappointing after a long day not to be able to sit and have a cup of tea or coffee.

Excellent facilities and a great central location.

Unfortunately, the bedsheets and towels were not clean. But good to have laundry.

Just like a home. New and well furnished place.

There were hairs on the bedsheet. The shade can't block much of the morning sun.

Lovely apartment enough room for 6 adults. Close to shops and restaurants. It's great to be able to do fuss free washing after a few days on the road. Thank you for a lovey stay, and we loved the story behind the apartments.
