The breakfast was fine except for the peanut butter. Would strongly recommend you select a different brand, it tasted like a sweet peanut paste. Not pleasant. Coffee was good.

The TV was not hooked up to the internet. We can normally stream from our computer, Theo said the set up seemed to be in place but not connected.

Close proximity to town, very comfortable & relatively private. The bed was so lovely & shower was too.

Some noise from neighbour's, but it was a weekend & you have to expect some daytime noise. Quiet night though🙂

New and modern accommodation. Comfy bed with all you need for a little escape.

This was an exceptional self-contained unit with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable and relaxing overnight stay (which is what I had) or longer - a semi-rural edge-of-town location, modern, sparkling-clean facilities, basic supplies, great shower, comfy bed, excellent sense of privacy, but with Christine just next door for advice if needed (such as when I forgot the entry door was sliding, even though she'd told me! :-) ).

The only thing I felt would improve this near-perfect mini-apartment would be bedside lights. Although there were switches next to the bed, these turned on the very bright ceiling lights which were not really appropriate if you're wanting low, reddish light levels for the hours before sleeping. I would strongly recommend investing in soft-toned touch-lights for the bedside shelves. A small addition that would finish off the place 100%.

Greeted by owner Christine on a very cold wet day. A heater was on in the room, so was so cosy warm and welcoming. Accomodation was warm ,well appointed and very clean. Continental breakfast was very generous and enjoyable. Looking forward to our stay next month. Thanks All made our one night so enjoyable

Like staying at a 5-Star hotel - everything was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The studio is attached to the hosts' house but with a private entrance and a lovely deck with pots of flowers and outdoor dining. I was thrilled there was a kitchenette and the bathroom was very big (nice hot shower). I had an event to the north of Masterton and the B&B was perfectly situated in a subdivision in Masterton's north. The bed was sooo soft and comfy. Before I stayed, I informed Christine that I was vegan and she put together a nice breakfast of fruit, cereal, bread, jam, juice etc.

What a find. Great hosts and beautiful clean, comfy and well appointed property with all the trimmings. Linen was of excellent quality, gorgeous curtains, clean smelling towels and plenty of continental breakfast and toiletries.

Everything was perfect. We could easily have stayed a few nights. We look for quiet, clean accommodation with a soft bed and great shower and Cashmere BNB was all of that and more. Many thanks Christine.

Beautiful self contained apartment attached to the owners house. Lovely views of the mountains from the room's patio window. Quiet location just outside Masterton. Adequate and clean cooking facilities. Substantial continental breakfast left in the fridge for us. The owner was very friendly without being imposing. Good base for the Wool Shed and Castlepoint.

I had an issue finding the place but that was probably me not putting the correct address into Google maps. It's located on a new estate.

For us, it was too far to walk to restaurants. (Food at the Lone Star was very good)

The location was great. Nice and quiet just out of the township but not too far away from eateries. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Christine was lovely and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Masterton.

The property was a bit tricky to find as it isn't on Google maps yet due to being such a new subdivision. That will be sorted soon enough though I'm sure.

Quiet very clean property

Lovely room with separate entrance, well appointed and very clean. Very comfortable, and the morning bird song was delightful.

There was nothing I didn't like but just note you need a car to get to this property as a wee way out of town.

Fantastic stay! Christine was very welcoming and lovely to deal with. The room is lovely, was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here, great value for money.

My only critique would be adding wifi.
