Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The property is clean, spacious, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning. I really liked having access to cooking and laundry facilities, which was especially convenient for a longer stay. Overall, a great place to stay for a few days.
The only downside is that it’s a little far from the main entrance when you need to get a taxi or Grab, which can be inconvenient, especially when it’s raining.

宿泊前日から当日にかけて何度も宿泊先の部屋と建物が変わった連絡が入り、混乱して不安になりました。また送られてくる地図の場所と入り口が合致せず、辿り着くまで苦労しました。夜遅めの到着で、小さい息子を連れて2人きりだったので、とても大変でした。 あと部屋のケトルが壊れていた。 この手のコンドミニアム貸しはそういったトラブルがあるので、深夜便などの方は普通のホテルに泊まった方が良いかと思います。

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Big place, clean room, secured location and very near to NAIA T3. near fast food (mcdo) and convenient store, near church, there's a pharmacy and nice amenities. wifi is strong and fast, the apartment is big for a group or family. we are 5 adults and 1 toddler, the pull out beds and pull out sofa beds can still accommodate more. we're able to cook and do our laundry. free water (water dispenser hot/cold). The host is responsive, the caretaker can be contacted easily by just informing the receptionist. Affordable price, worth the stay.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Ein großer Vorteil dieser Unterkunft ist die Nähe zu NAIA Terminal 3. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung, die mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung.
Die sehr kleine und laute Klimaanlage lief mehr oder weniger durchgängig auf 16°C. Im Zimmer war es trotzdem sehr warm, so dass ein ebenso lauter Ventilator mit eingeschaltet werden musste.

While Security were helpful, and went out of their way to assist the handling of a potential theft, however the staff member who had the item, after CCTV revealed who took it, and who had the item in their possession, their explanation was questionable! Surely as the staff had stated when they had found it, would have handed it straight to the security desk, as surely the staff must have had an idea, as it had an AU$400 (Peso 17,000) value, the guest would have went straight to the desk to see if had been handed in. Sorry, we did not accept the staff had intended to bring it to the room next morning! We explained we would have been worried all night if we had, had to wait! Thank goodness for CCTV!

Aparece como recepción 24h pero realmente están los de seguridad que no tienen ni idea de las reservas que hay. Ni tampoco el alojamiento atiende las llamadas. Personal, poco colaborador. Cogimos este alojamiento por cercanía de la terminal ya que teníamos 5 horas para descansar y nos tuvieron más de una hora para darnos la habitación, a pesar de tener la reserva confirmada y pagada. Finalmente nos dieron la habitación pero nos cambiaron a otro bloque, al cual teníamos que ir andando 10 min.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Very good location and property. The staff was okay, but no one came to ask if we needed any help. Since we are tourists, it was a bit difficult for us because there was no water available, and we were not comfortable going outside.
The property is very good, neat, and clean, with a prime location, especially for travelers, as it is very comfortable to walk to the airport. It is also very good for families.

Location is good , food restaurants nearby, and walking distance to the airport. Toiletries are provided and mineral water is available. Host is very easy to deal with and responsive. Definitely recommend this place and will use it again in the future. Thank you. 🙂

The adress is in corp B, and when you take grab from airport tell them Palm Tree Villa 1, corp B, don't enter the adress from booking your driver coud take you 500 m further :)

There was a water leak in the bathroom which is obviously an on going issue as a bath may had been put on the floor to soak up the water. The Power Points are not in handy locations.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I like that they followed my requests for toothpaste, towels and soaps. They're pretty clean and comfortable.
I've noted that I'll be arriving around 2AM and they informed through the website that someone will wait for us. However, on arrival, there was no one waiting for us and when asked the receptionist, only a room was noted for booking when I booked for 2. The receptionist also tried to call the caretaker Brian but to no responses. While waiting, the lobby was hot which made it worse. We arrived late and we'll be checking out early so it was not worth it and we were so tired. I was unable to turn on the shower as well.

Enkle de toilet bril. Ik heb gemerkt dat dit in vele appartementen het geval is. Dringend aan vervanging toe !

Why would you advise me the room I have booked is not available & that my booking has changed on the morning of my arrival. Very unimpressed. I had made the booking months before; there is no reason for my room to suddenly become unavailable. You provided me with another room, but in future sort out your booking system, there is no good reason for this kind of mix-up & potential panic it creates. I didn't appreciate being contacted by Whatsapp whilst I was overseas either. Email would have been more professional.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Die eigentlich gebuchte Wohnung war bereits belegt, allerdings hat uns der Vermieter eine alternative Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese war nur 200 m von der eigentlichen Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung war groß, gute Betten, schönes Bad mit warmen Wasser und genügend Küchenutensilien. Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes nichts negatives feststellen können.
