The aparment are cleaned. Toilet/Shower room was big and the water pressure was superb!

The surrounding area..Yes it qas near to food outlet,covienience store, reflexology etc but the ecces to those area you need to do big round. Not recommended to walk lots of stray dog. The parking was not friendly ans the security didnt allow you to park downstairs even its on the weekend(nobody park their car tho-empty).

Surcharge was imposed RM50 for early check in despite approved

The pool was in bad condition where the pool turned green which was not safe to use..

El alojamiento en primer lugar por parte de booking a una estafa me dicen que me cobraba 31€ y luego resulta que cuando se gestiona la operación se cobra 56€ eso ya para empezar reclamo el dinero y dice que es para limpieza.. cuando en ningún momento tenía ese precio. Eso por un lado por otro lado es un edificio que está súper aislado en una zona que hasta miedo da../ encontrar un un seven eleven misión imposible o para comer algo. Luego el edificio está súper súper sucio u descuidado las paredes sucias las zonas comunes asquerosas, manchadas con basura.// la piscina no tiene ningún cuidado… azulejos con moho. Sucio la zona de la piscina los muros con cagadas de palomas en fin está todo muy sucio y descuidado en cuanto a las habitaciones están muy poco cuidadas falta de pintar paredes . En resumen no me ha gustado absolutamente nada no lo recomiendo. Lo único agradable ha sido el trato de l persona de resto este edificio parece edificio de ocupas super descuidado que da hasta miedo.

My unit's bathroom tersumbat and had uncomfortable smell. Two whole days we didnt use that bathroom cause there was always water on the surface.There was no face mirror provided in the rooms. There were only 2 mirrors inside the bathroom.

Booking procedure was misleading, there was an indication about extra charge, but, until complete the booking there was no wsy to find what the additional charge. Room charge wad A$61 and then there was nearly a A$50 ckeaning charge. Then they send a massage asking me to contact them via whatsapp and pay a security deposit through one of their own app, highly inconvenience. There was othing premiere about this appartement, just a simple two b/r apt. Location was away from facilities. Water everywhere as all pool users come through the lift and walk to appartement with wet cloaths.

The house is spacious.

Bathroom drain is clogged. There are no safety chain/lock for the doors. The door at the kitchen area suddenly opened few times.

This is the worst accommodation I've EVER stayed at! The check in process was a disaster. They spring a lost of conditions on you just before you check, including asking for a 300 deposit. The apartment is NO WHERE near the size it states. The beds were uncomfortable. The toilets are disgusting. I wouldn't stay there for free!

The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the holiday.

A couple of minor issues like the size of the towels were a bit too small and on the first day, we had to wait for the elevator because a large group of factory workers from China arrived at the same time. It’s best to avoid going out at the same time as their group to skip the wait.

The environment of this house actually is good. Good view, comfortable and clean (except microwave need improve)

The walkway & lift not mop or keep clean. But believe it was developer/ management’s responsibility.

I liked very little about this dingy, interior apartment. I chose it because it was 3-BRM, 2-bath but my own apartment is more luxurious, spacious and comfy. Three positives related to this property are: (1) The Pasar Besar across the 6 lane road has excellent food supplies (Econosave), (2) The Nasi Kandar on the highway is a good place to get food already prepared and (3) Great wifi.

Two of us in our family have a serious auto-immune disorder related to food. I booked this apartment because it said it had a fully equipped kitchen suitable for cooking and storing food. I would have expected more equipment than was provided. I contacted Louise regarding the equipment in the kitchen. She never replied. This is an interior apartment - which means that it is in the middle of the floor. You can hear the children in the pool three floors above as well as people practicing their karate chopping in the wide viewing space next to the elevator. One review I read said that the apartment was quiet - clearly we were staying at completely different places. In fact, many of the reviews led me to wonder if Louise had stacked the apartment with her friends to post reviews about how great this place is? The view from this apartment gives me Coronation Street vibes - it was depressing. The towels provided were ridiculously small and rather thin. This apartment would be perfect for a single night stay. It is close to the ferry to Georgetown but not walkable. Grab was 5RM. It was not suitable for a long family stay such as we had.

Enough for 6 person stay and cleanliness is acceptable.

There are many construction workers from China staying at the same building and occupied the lifts when they go or return from work.

Clean, simple & affordable. The staff is very responsive. There is a nearby shoplot within walking distance. Oh! The swimming pool is at Level 13A. You might be wondering where because the label is written in silver - very unnoticeable.

The house itself is a lack of mirrors & furniture to absorb noise. So when's my kids are at the top of their 'antics' -- haihhh so bising. The apartment has their own shoplot below, but sadly, it's closed.

Only provides the common basic amenities, nothing special .....there isn't any proper cabinets for clothes, the towels are small , no shower curtain nor a cubicle, no proper toiletries. Kitchen - got to bring your own bottled water, no sachets of coffee, nor tea.
