The check-in staff was rude and offer a different room type which we had booked! Hopeless

The homestay is located near the swimming pool and can only be accessed by stairs.

Unfortunately, the house was not very clean. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which was quite disturbing. The pillows and bedsheets were also uncomfortable. In addition, the facilities were limited, as there was no microwave or washing machine. I hope these issues can be improved in the future to ensure better comfort and a more pleasant stay for future guests.

no free parking, the room was not well maintained, the toilets has that drainage smell, the receptionist wasnt helpful - didnt help us to show us the right path to the room.

Enough space for my family. Easy to go anywhere. Has restaurants, convenient stores, zus, coin laundries and many others just below the apartments

Everything started from the room, i booked for three room house but only got two room, but im okay with that, the bathroom soo smelllyyyyy the mangkuk tandas tak lengkap ( missing sit) then ada lipas, patking pun berbayar

smell bathroom, even when we check in, the place seem not proper clean by housekeeping. i can see the sofa still messy, the room very smell, the floor still dirty

The flooring is bad, the queen size bed is Soo bad, it's not comfortable as u can really feel the spring already.. U need to change the queen size bed.. Worst part, there's a lot of small cockroach es during night time near the bed n living room..

Got disco M club, very noisy at night, sleep can hear bass sound. Near to road side, noisy traffic during night. Toilet is terrible, smell is bad. Last but not least, lot of bug in the room, can see cockroach everywhere. Washing machine is dirty, after seeing it, no dare to use.

The bed need to upgrade or repair, can feel the coil spring when sleep. The toilet cleanliness, got cockroach and small flies, smelly as well.

Try contacting phone number in charge but never respond at all, calling but so rude meanwhile in charge no response. Poor customer service and hard to check in

The living room and room are not clean, the toilet smells, housekeeping arrived late, they should have put towels and tissues before the guest checked in, the picture is not the same as the real one hmmm

No rice cooker, the bed was a bit broken, the toilet seat wasn't secured enough, only 1 spoon, no frying pan

area tv sangat kotor. berhabuk. Rasanya x kasi bersih before customer masuk. cadar looks old xbrapa selesa mau pakai. Homestay ni worth it untuk org dewasa saja. x sesuai utk yg ada anak2 sebab bahaya bucu2 tepi katil tajam even org dewasa pun byk kali telanggar. lantai pun ada rosak. So membahayakan anak2. so far tempat senang acess utk stay sehari dua ok la. itu saja.

The wooden flooring was damaged and coming loose, posing a safety risk, especially for children. Staff were slow to respond and appeared unmotivated to assist. In addition, the bed had a strong musty odor, which made the stay uncomfortable.

The room floor just being mopped when we check in. We have to walk on wet floor. Towel provided late, no drinking water (bottles) provided, the toilet and bathroom pipes smells, the bathroom is quite dark. No plug in the living room other than behind the tv cabinet. No plug in the 2 queen bed rooms. Quite crowded for 6 people to stay.

Strategic location, near the jesselton jetty. Friendly reception.

The furnitures are not in good condition. One of the chairs was broken. The sofa bed cannot extend, cause the bed frame was already lying outside the sofa. Room not very clean. Found cockroach crawling on bed. Shower switch also broken. Each tower is only equipped with 4 lifts to accommodate 32 floors. Not recommended to those who travel with kids or elderly. Super congested lift during checkin & out. My stay was on public holidays, so understandable.

Kami sangat gembira sepanjang menginap di homestay tuan. Penginapan yang disediakan sangat selesa dengan tilam yang empuk, bilik mandi yang bersih serta nyaman digunakan. Selain itu, layanan daripada pegawai khidmat pelanggan juga amat baik, mesra dan sangat membantu sepanjang urusan kami. Keseluruhannya, pengalaman menginap di homestay ini sangat memuaskan dan membuatkan kami berasa selesa seperti di rumah sendiri.

Terima kasih atas penyediaan penginapan yang selesa sepanjang kami menginap di homestay ini. Namun, ada beberapa cadangan penambahbaikan yang ingin saya kongsikan untuk keselesaan pelanggan pada masa akan datang. Homestay ini dinyatakan boleh memuatkan sehingga 5 orang penghuni, tetapi kemudahan yang disediakan agak terhad seperti meja makan yang kecil, hanya terdapat 2 kerusi makan serta 4 buah cawan sahaja. Jika boleh, mohon pihak homestay menyediakan kemudahan yang bersesuaian dengan kapasiti penghuni yang telah ditetapkan supaya pelanggan lebih selesa. Selain itu, dicadangkan agar pihak homestay menyediakan microwave bagi memudahkan pelanggan memanaskan makanan dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Dapur elektrik juga ada disediakan, namun kami menghadapi kesukaran untuk menggunakannya kerana ia seperti tidak berfungsi. Sekiranya dapur tersebut masih boleh digunakan, mungkin pihak homestay boleh menyediakan arahan atau panduan penggunaan kerana tidak semua pelanggan biasa menggunakan dapur elektrik tersebut. Semoga cadangan ini dapat dipertimbangkan demi meningkatkan lagi keselesaan dan kepuasan pelanggan pada masa akan datang. Terima kasih.
