Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Отличное место, пляж Bamboo в 5ти мин ходьбы, нам он очень понравился. Место тихое, т.к. метров за 200 дорога шумная, а здесь тупик и мало машин. В 100 метрах магазин, вокруг есть зелень, мин 10-15 хотьбы до фруктов у кучи едалень. Особенне вкусно и норм цена возле второга Topsa (Ling Ling, Auntie Was's Kitchen). 2 раздельные комнаты, вход через кухню гостинную без коридора. Хороший бассик на крыше, вода питьевая в паркинге и стиралки. Отличные кондеи, удачно расположены. Холодильник норм.
Номер уставший, в одном с/у плоха вода течет из душа, в другом душевая протекает и лужа на полу. Раковина на кухне протекает слив, поставил по колено тарелку. Мыла в раковинах нет, только в душе, бумаги туалетной тоже нет запасной. Обувь поставить негде, т.к входишь сразу в кухню. Входная дверь тонкая, но редко были слушны звуки. Мусорка приезжала в 4 утра, слышно ее отлично, будила. Постель жесткая, подушки неудобные, белье синтетика. Но спасть можно... Спина под утро побаливает.

In the room 612 the a/c in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The kettle didn’t work. The room 612 had a strong smell especially in the bathroom. Black mold on the walls of the shower. The iron had a dirty surface so ironing was impossible. There were problems with doing the laundry. The coin exchange machine took the money and did not dispense any coins because it had run out of them. No one answered the phone number listed near the washing machine to help us

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Very quiet and small studio in an apartment building at walking distance from the beach, the Sanctuary of Truth and various restaurants and supermarkets. Small rooftop swimming pool with a nice view of the surrounding area.
I stayed in a studio that was small and poorly maintained; old bedding, some moulding in the bathroom and a broken water-tap in the kitchenette. Although the WiFi connection was very fast, it was unsecured as if we were still living in the 1990s. Awful infrastructure and somewhat remote location in Wongamat Beach; a taxi ride to the Terminal 21 mall takes 15 minutes and to Walking Street 30 minutes and there are few taxi’s in this area. The nearby beach is far from great. The beach in the city centre is a lot nicer, but a lot further away. Everything in Wongamat Beach is catered to the many Russians staying in this area. In the end, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

There was mold in the bathroom and the whole room smelled disgusting, so I couldn't stay there. I was sleeping at another place.I had to go back there and leave the key the next day, as there was no staff there in the evening.

Bed lining were from syntetyc, thus not very confy, and pillows, But again I am used to good comfort, therefore it's just my high demands

Reviewed May 5, 2025Отличное расположение, 3 минуту от Бамбубич, отличный уютный небольшой пляж, рядом пляж Вангомат, но нам он не понравился (много отдыхающих, шумно, и желтые буйки . Рядом отличный супермаркет Топсдэй, где есть все необходимое. недалеко кафе и рестораны. 6 этаж с видом на море и спальни и балкона. на крыше небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал.
Немного шумные блоки кондиционеров на балконе. Были небольшие проблемы с сантехникой, но их быстро устранили. немного не хватило посуды для приготовления, в частности нужно нормальная большая сковородка.

The condo has a plumbing issue. Toilet is easily blocked and the carpark smells like sewage. There is an open drain downstairs. It’s revolting. The pool and gym look nothing like the pictures. It is very dated.

Acabou o papel higiénico e não havia extra. As máquinas de lavar roupa pegaram o dinheiro e não funcionaram e estavam sujas. Limpeza em geral.

Ne s'agissant pas d'un hôtel, les articles de toilettes, ainsi que le nécessaire minimum de cuisine et de nettoyage était fournis, ce qui pas le cas dans certains condo. Cela en fait un bon choix pour un court séjour. il y a un magasin a 50m par contre il faut un peu marcher pour les restaurants et bars
A notre arrivée au condo l'eau de la piscine était dégueulasse, verte.... nous sommes retourné voir 2 jours plus tard, c'était vraiment beaucoup mieux, mais l'eau n'était pas limpide. La salle de bain mérite des réparations. les plages tout près sont privées, mais accessible si on consomment. 1.4km de marche pour choper les songthaew

Mauvaise odeur d'humilité tentée d'être masquée par un parfum de chiotte lavande qui pue ( j'ai acheté un spray eucalyptus pour masquer, très bien) Du moisi dans la douche Sol pas propre Lampes qui marchent pas Pas d'interrupteur en tête de lit en va et vient, obligé de se lever pour éteindre Clim bruyante directement orientée sur le lit et groupe extérieur juste derrière la fenêtre Manque de chaise et table de nuit Prises électriques qui ne tiennent pas Vaisselle et couverts réduit à du "pire qu'à la cantine" Service lave linge en panne, obligé d'aller à côté avec 3 jours de délai ( compréhensible, la pauvre vieille est seule et doit faire tout le condo plus ses clients habituels) Des trous dans les draps..... Et rien de modernisé : pas d'usb de charge, tv de 10ans d'âge comme la clim Et des murs en papier où on entend le voisin prendre sa douche. Les russes qui crient et courent dans les couloirs, les portes qui claquent; les chinois qui pensent que le couloir est l'extension de leur logement et le squat avec articles de plage ou sacs poubelles.... Personnel d'accueil que l'on a jamais vu à l'accueil Pas de quoi laver le sol qui était un peu marron Freezer complètement gelé

Необходим ремонт. Сантехника ужас ужасный. Пришлось купить шланг с душевой лейкой, потому что страшно было брать в руки и сифонило во все стороны. Унитаз забивался три раза. Матрас это что то из комнаты пыток. Шкаф в спальне весь перекошен и не закрывается.

Im Flur hat es ständig nach Rauch und Marihuana gerochen. Kein Zimmerservice. Personal konnte gar kein bisschen englisch und war wenig hilfsbereit. Nachts kam die Mühlabfuhr, das war sehr laut. Allgemeine Sauberkeit. Im Pool schwammen einmal Zigarettenstummel und Bienen…

Nismo imali gdje da okačimo peskire, balkonska vrata nisu mogla da se zaključaju. Bilo je malo mrava, ali ništa strašno, već je neko pisao o tome.

Больше половины электрических розеток не работало. После обращения к хозяину, нам выдали электрический удлинитель - это как то спасло ситуацию на кухне. В душе только холодная вода. Есть нагреватель, но он работает только для раковины. Чайник при закипании воды не отключается.

Этот кондик «устал». Фото, которые вы видите, выполнены около 10 лет назад. Мы жили в кондо N313 с двумя спальнями и двумя санузлами. В одной из спален проломлена кровать с краю, поэтому спали на другом краю:) Про плесень и облезлую сантехнику (писали тут ранее) подтверждаю- все так и есть. Но все же, в целом нормальный вариант за эти деньги. Хозяйка отзывчивая женщина и всегда на связи. В общем, пока кондо еще не убитый то крайне желательна реновация. В целом, удовлетворены проживанием здесь.
