Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi, hiljaista, avainkoodi tuli sovitusti ja sijainti kiva rauhallisella asuinalueella. Koiran kanssa helppo majoitus.

Asunto oli pieni mutta toimiva. Hinta / laatusuhde oli ok. Lemmikin kanssa majoittuminen sujui hyvin. Rauhallinen alue.

Kylpyhuone oli kylmä, suihkussa käydessä olisin toivonut hiukan lämpöä.

Sijainti ok.

Rauhallinen ja hyvällä sijainnilla oleva majoituspaikka. Huone oli siisti. Autolta ehkä noin kymmenen metriä huoneiston ovelle. Hinta yölle sopiva.

Kompakti, siisti ja rauhallinen.

Ulkona pakkasta -24.5. Oli vähän kylmä. Nukkuminen onnistui hyvin. Aamulla oli jieman kylmähkö herätä. Tämä taisi kuitenkin koskea jokaista taloutta.

Cosy and well equipped apartment on the basement of the house, comfortable bed, heated floor, coffee maker, dishwasher, kitchenware. Nice interior. We had a problem starting the car cold morning and the owner helped us as much as she could. There is comfortable parking in the yard with car heating available.

It was very difficult to set up a suitable temperature for the shower. Water was all the time changing hot-cold-hot.

Saapuminen, oleskelu ja ulos lähtö tehty ensiluokkaisen helpoksi. Kaikki hoituu näppärästi netin kautta. Saapumispäivän aamuna saa älylukon koodin, jolla pääsee sisään. Luksusta, että saa auton oman erillisen sisäänkäynnin eteen ilmaiseksi. Oleskelutilat talon kellarissa ovat avarat, kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Äärimmäisen hiljaista myös yöllä, joten herkkäunisetkin saavat nukkua rauhassa. Huoneiston lattia on laatoitettu, jonka alla lattialämmitys, joten tuntuu miellyttävältä jaloille. Olin vähän varautunut, että asumus kellarissa voi olla kalsea ja kosteahko syksyllä, mutta kokemus oli täysin päinvastainen; Tämä oli viihtyisä, kuiva, lämmin, siisti, valoisa, tilava ja toimiva yöpymispaikka.

Mukava, rauhallinen ja toimiva majoitus. Hyvä sijainti kaupungin, ulkoilureittien ja Oulujoen lähistöllä. Toimi hyvin myös lemmikin kanssa. Ystävällinen ja auttavainen omistaja.

Kaikki oli kuten luvattiin, hinta-laatusuhde loistava. Koiratkin viihtyivät.

Huone on hyvä vaihtoehto yhden yön majoittumiseen. Siellä on kaikki mitä tarvitset. Huone oli myös siisti ja rauhallinen.

Hybridiauton lataus...? En ahtaassa pihassa uskaltanut kääntää autoani niin että johto olisi yltänyt.

Todella tyytyväinen majoitukseen. Siisti ja viihtyisä. Pysäköinti lähellä ovea. Todella rauhallinen paikka.

L'appartamento da' su un bellissimo giardino. Il quartiere è ricco di verde e ben tenuto. A dieci minuti a piedi si arriva lungo il fiume che offre una bella passeggiata e delle piccole spiagge.

Per noi che ci spostavamo in autobus è stato un po' scomodo raggiungere il supermercato.

Sijaintiin nähden hinta ok. Hyvä parkkipaikka.

Tila maan alla. Huonekorkeus oli liian matala. Sisäilmassa jotakin ongelmaa (Oireet:kellarimaimen haju, tilassa tuli päänsärkyä ja ihon kutinaa sekä hengitysteiden oireita)

It is a very dark dungeon like a big studio.. It is torture for a person like me who came from the 8th floor sea view apartment in Zypern.. There is maximum equipment.. I asked the landlord. I am 70 years old. As a sick person, I am afraid of icy roads, so could you pick me up when I go to the market, they said no even to my request, I walked 2.5 km.. My landlord in Rome took me to the market and the train every day in the same situation. Being human is not for everyone...

About the bed little bit small for two people

Very cozy, very peaceful. Everything worked well before and during our stay. We really liked everything about the decoration, it was beautiful, simple and functional. Will definitely be back. Thank you! :)

Ventilation in the bathroom was quite loud. It activated in sync with the light but didn't turn off the same way, but stayed on for quite a while before shutting on its own. We ended up not using the bathroom light at night fot that reason. Not a big deal really. :) We would've preferred unscented detergents over the scented ones that were available. Maybe that could've been arranged if we had thought of it beforehand.

Easy to access with car, free parking close to entry. Code lock, hassle free. Pets welcome. Great place stay overnight on our trip to up north.

Bit too warm to our liking but that’s personal preference.

- Overall a well equipped little basement apartment, with all necessary tools. - Close to some parks and supermarkets. - The staff was friendly and very communicative.

- Smell! The apartment and the bathroom smelled like old dog and feet! Probably for lack of ventilation and deodorants. - The bedsheet was not washed and dirty, so we had to shake it off before we had to lay there. - Too far from the center, expect to walk a lot.

Good location, competent friendly staff, cleanliness. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Silence. Contactless check-in and check-out. Parking space.

A nice apartment in a quiet suburb of Oulu. Spacious, with a comfy bed and a nice shower.

Very nice and quiet area. When I first arrived the flat looked much bigger than I was expecting. I usually sleep lightly in a new place but the flat was so quiet I didn't wake until my alarm went off. I got a lending bike for my stay which was very kind and made it so much easier to move around.

To say something here kitchen was missing a vegetable peeler and washing up liquid was almost finished. These were not big minuses for me so the overall experience was still good.

Very good location, easy access and walking distance to supermarket. Good kitchen facilities.

Would be better with Wi-Fi. Bathroom needs updating.

The place had everything we needed for a comfortable and quiet stay. We slept well and departed early.

The double bed was a bit smaller than I expected, but I slept well anyway.

since we got to the property at about 3 in the morning, I can't comment on anything other than the bed and washing

in the morning there was some noise, I assume a washing machine. it's a pity that there is no possibility to charge the car, we would have been ready to pay more. hot water was given to one person only for a moment.

Lovely quiet place, easy safe parking, clean and tidy.

This is the fifth time we stayed here. We always pick this place on our trip towards Lapland for one night stay, if it is available. Clean, quite and spacious

There was a dedicated parking space for the apartment. It operates contactless check in and check out. Cutlery and crockery is provided.

There was only one sauce pan available.

we traveled with two little girls. Good place to stay on our way to Lapland. Only one night, actually only a few hours. We did not meet the host, but everything was ready for us when we got there. Kitchen ready with everything you need, hot shower. One double and two single beds. parking just in front of the door, easy for the luggage and getting our daughters that were already asleep.

It was not so clean as expected, there was dog hair from the previous visitors, but the host apologized when we told him about it. It has a separate entrance so you are free to come in and park whenever you want. the shower is in the bathroom with no designated space, so gets a bit wet on the floor but manageable.

The apartment has everything what you need. Harri was helpful and answered quickly all questions of us. The absence of Wi-Fi (which is already mentioned on insert) is only negative thing for apartment

This was fantastic accommodation. Kitchen had everything you needed. Whole apartment was very spacious. Beds very comfortable. We could have easily stayed here fir a week unfortunately it was just for one night on our way to the south.

Great price! Clean apartment, comfortable beds. Close to the city. Really good.

There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the whole apartment.
