إذا كنت مسافر منفرد عند تنظيف الغرفه يتم طلب منك الانتظار بالخارج ربما يحتاج فريق خدمة الغرف إضافة شاب مع الفريق لعدم إحراج النزلاء والانتظار في الخارج في جو حار جدا لمدة تزيد عن 40 دقيقه

Il n y a pas de restaurant le soir mais une large carte de Room service est disponible.les plats sont très bon et très bon rapport qualité prix également

إزعاج السيارات خارج الفندق وهذا بالطبع أمرا لا يتحمله الفندق!

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Location of the hotel is central, enabling to easy reach the most important touristic area. The personnel was exceptionally kind, allowing us late check in, late check out and also keeping our luggages after check out, enabling us to freely walk in the city.
Unfortunately the room was a bit noisy due to the street next by, therefore I would suggest to request rooms on upper floors

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026La posizione è molto buona, situato a Giza ma appena al di la del fiume Nilo per cui raggiungi a piedi il fiume in cinque minuti. La stanza era molto grande e sostanzialmente pulita in maniera buona. Asciugamani sostituiti ogni giorno, e fornitura di acqua nuova ogni giorno. La strada su cui è situato non è sicuramente una bella strada ma noi non abbiamo MAI avuto problemi di sicurezza tanto è vero che siamo rientrati alcune volte a piedi la sera senza problemi. A duecento metri c'è anche una fermata della metropolitana, che però non abbiamo mai usato perchè ci si sposta a pezzi ridicoli con Uber. A fianco dell'ingresso ci sono due ristoranti locali che sembrano buoni, ma che non abbiamo provato per motivi di tempo. Importante: a duecento metri dall'albergo c'è la pasticcieria ELITE che fa dei dolci buonissimi a prezzi ridicoli se paragonati a quelli italiani. Il personale è molto affabile e socievole senza essere pressante.
La camera è effettivamente un pò rumorosa, pur essendo al nono piano. Il traffico di Il Cairo è rumoroso, ma quello che rende udibile il rumore è la bassa insonorizzazione delle finestre. Alcuni apetti minori devono essere sistemati, quali l'interruttore delle luci da comodino che funzionava male, oppure l'attacco del doccino della doccia semi-rotto. Cose minori segnalate alla portineria e che (hanno detto) saranno sistemate. L'aspetto della colazione è stato il lato negativo; non esiste un buffet ma solo un servizo al tavolo di cibo freddo e francamente poco appetibile (formagg dal colore giallo o rosso improponibile o salumi altrettanto improponibili). Unica cosa buona il pane locale da mangiare con miele o marmellata, fornita però in confezioni singole industriali. Probabilmente il tutto dovuto al fatto che eravamo in pieno Ramadam

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Except the staff who were friendly there is nothing to like about the property. I don’t understand how it got 8.7 rating on Booking.com. I am giving 5/10 mostly to appreciate the staff.
Many things - We booked a non-smoking room more than a month in advance but when we arrived we were given a smoking room. It was late in the night 1.00 AM, we didn’t have energy to argue for anything. We just took whatever was given. - The entire Hotel is a smoking dungeon, everywhere it is allowed to smoke and people are smoking even in the reception lobby. - The corridors smell of tobacco - The room was relatively cleaner but still it was a smoking room. - The WORST of all are the windows. They are not at all insulated so you could hear every car and motor bikes. We asked for a room not facing the main street (the least they could do) but we got one right on the Main Street. - It’s basic common sense for any Hotel in the city to insulate their windows so that the guests could sleep. - We were unable to sleep properly for 3 nights in a row which even affected our holiday. I raised a complaint with Booking demanding how this property could have such high rating but they couldn’t do much.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Since the hotel is very close to the metro station, you get around easily.
The rooms could be a bit cleaner, but are totally fine.

Unfortunately, the buffet was very disappointing (0/10), with very limited food options apart from omelets. There was no yogurt or variety. In addition, the internet connection was very poor.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Do stacji metra 5 minut spacerkiem. Duży wybór na śniadaniach. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Naprawdę udany pobyt. Mogę polecić z czystym sercem.
Hałas z ulicy niestety słychać nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. Jak ktoś ma słaby sen to koniecznie zatyczki do uszu. W łazience wyczuwalny zapach stęchlizny i zbyt głośno pracujący wentylator.
