Roupa de banho e cama velha e a cheirar mal. Funcionários do bar/restaurante completamente desinteressados no serviço apesar de em grande número. Num dos dias que usamos uma excursão do Booking.com para ir às Pirâmides, por não ser contratado ao hotel, chamaram a Polícia que nos reteve e ao motorista por cerca de 20/30 minutos. Na recepção disseram-nos depois que é política do hotel e da polícia que lá em permanência ter esse tipo de comportamento para “segurança” dos hóspedes. Ou seja, a nossa segurança só existe com excursões de taxis encomendados pelo Hotel. O Hotel está devoluto nos pisos intermédios, só tendo quartos nos pisos superiores (parece que foi destruído e está a ser reconstruído pelo topo)

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Wir hatten eine sehr frühe Abreise und haben ein Frühstücksbox zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Das gesamte Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das vom Hotel beworbene Cruise Boat mit Dinner war eine reine Katastrophe. Für übertriebe 40€ pro Person (!) mussten wir zunächst fast eine Stunde auf den Einlass warten. Unser Tourguide war aufdringlich und hat sich stark aufgespielt. Das Essen war ungenießbar, kalt und von extrem schlechter Qualität. Die Bauchtänzerin hat sich kaum bewegt und der Gesang des Sängers war schlechter als der eines Amateurs. Es ging sowohl der Bauchtänzerin als auch dem anderen Animateur darum, Fotos zu machen und diese anschließend überteuert an die Gäste zu verkaufen. Es war alles in allem eine reine Katastrophe, die ich nicht ausreichend in Worte fassen kann!

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026ロケーションがとてもよい。博物館やホテルのあるエリアなのでホテルの脇の道路に警察車両があり警察官が配置されていて安心感があった。有名なコシャリのお店にも歩いて15分くらい。夜歩いても安全でした。 ホテルのスタッフは愛想がよかった。バスタブはなかったけど、シャワースペースがが広くてよかった。朝食付きで、朝食スタッフの対応も良かった

El personal en general no hablaban en español y a pesar de que usábamos el traductor, ellos nos seguían hablando en árabe o inglés. Nos sentimos muy mal tratadas. Salvo por las personas que mencioné antes. Y como burla en el momento de irnos del hotel, apareció un hombre que hablaba español y que nos dijo que cómo no le habíamos avisado, a lo que yo le respondí que yo no era quien debía avisarle, pues no sabía que había alguien que hablaba español, sino que los encargados del hotel debieron comunicárselo a el. No veníamos la hora de irnos. No volvería al hotel.

التكييف سيء جدا بقينا طول الليل صاحين ماقدرنا ننام من الحر وكلمتهم جاني الموظف تبع التكييف مرتين بدون فايدة اخر شي يقول (ماتتغطيش)!! وبعدها يقولي الهوا هنا جهة الطاولة! يعني انام على طاولة التلفزيون؟!! اضطريت انقل مرتبة السرير على الارض ندور الهوا الخفيف الموجود ..سنتين والنزلاء يكتبون ان التكييف سيء وماتجاوبتوا مع الملاحظة .. وانا هذي يمكن ثالث مرة اسكن عندكم واعطيكم نفس الملاحظة ولكن هذي اخر مرة اجيكم يفترض تسمعوا لملاحظات النزلاء وليس تطلبوا منهم يقيمونكم بشكل ممتاز!

الافطار جيد لكنه بسيط جدا ، النظافة ليست عالية بالغرف ، لا يوجد اهتمام في الغرفة اي شي لا يعمل يبقى لا يعمل لا يوجد اهتمام بتصليحه ، لا توجد كواية في الغرفة و لا يقدمونها اذا اردت تعطيهيم يكوون لك بمقابل لكن مبلغ بسيط رمزي ، غلاية الماء وسخة مؤرفة .

Reviewed May 5, 2026Good location, modern, clean. Good value for money. Good buffet breakfast and nice and helpful staff.
Bed was creaky and made noise whenever I moved, this could be fixed/upgraded. And windows didn’t keep any sound out: We were on 10th floor but could still hear all the noise and traffic.
