A very nice place with an extremely friendly and helpful host. The location is close to the modern town centre, in walking distance of the nice Manshiyyah night market, and also not far from the historical town of al-Ula.

The apartment was very clean and had ample soap, towels and lots of bottled drinking water. The location was very good with less than ten minute drive to old town and 15mins to winter park. The owner was quick to respond to messages and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. It was great.

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 3-day visit to Al-Ula. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, which made our visit more pleasant. Will visit again!

If you have heavy luggage there’s no elevator but it’s only one flight of stairs.

Very friendly owner, Saad. Came immediately when we needed fixing of the smoke detector. Very clean room, comfy bed, TV, water heater, lots of spring water provided, slippers. Owner communicated via WhatsApp to provide directions.

Best if you have a car as it is a mile or two from the center of AlUla, and more from the local attractions. But a very easy drive to everything. But this places is a great compromise between distance and value for money. Ann idea would be to replace the ice machine in the fridge with a quieter one.

The Apartment was big and clean, well-located in a calm building. The view on the majestic mountains of AlUla, from the room, was a delight. And the owner was very reactive and precise. This made my stay in AlUla very easy.

The property was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and there was a table seating area with a kettle, fridge, microwave and plates/cutlery. There was also a large TV. The host was very friendly and helpful. He also spoke very good English. Location was good, with the Hop On Hop Off bus stop around the corner, ample parking if you have your own car.

The location is good and near the center. The place is clean and neat, and above all the owner and Saad were very polite and generous.

Had s lovely stay in the apartment whose host could not be more accommodating. He helped us out with everything and was only too happy to do do. Saudi is expensive but given the options available would choose Sama apartments every time.

Super host Clean place Quite Near main road and activities

This is not really an apartment, but a section of a larger apartment that has a large bedroom and a bath. Furnishings were OK, but on the cheap side. Air conditioning was a very loud wall unit, not a much quieter mini-split system. There is not really any kitchen at all, just a microwave and refrigerator. No glasses or dinner plates to speak of. There was no water in the bathroom sink, but there was some water flow from the two other sinks outside the bathroom in the entry hall. For the price paid, I regret that I did not just stay at a real hotel elsewhere where there would have been better services. It took several calls to get a representative that spoke enough English to help me find the place and get settled in.
