Reviewed Sep 12, 2026It was the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Metro station is right outside and there's a bank and many restaurants nearby. Shopping area is a 20 min walk from hotel.

L hotel pulito, Acqua gratis in camera e ne potete chiedere altra alla reception, a disposizione la lavatrice gratis e chiedendo del detersivo alla reception vi consegna delle bustine. Colazione perlopiù cinese nulla di che, forse è l unica cosa che migliorerei. All ingresso dell'hotel, sulla vostra destra, troverete anche un caffè shop per la colazione. Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The woman with the glasses at the front desk in the morning of Wednesday September 2nd and Thursday September 3rd was absolutely exceptional. Whenever we requested a taxi or to make reservations, she did her job like a pro.
The chubby man with the glasses in the early morning of our checkout on Friday September 4, 2026 left us sour. He refused to get us a taxi unless we paid him 44.2 yuan using his phone app. The actual cost of the trip to Beijing North Railway Station 39 yuan. Extortion is unacceptable!

Вернулась два дня назад, Россельхозбанк Юнион пей работал (только в крупных магазинах, в маленьких магазинчиках и кафешках не работает, но есть алипей и наличка) 5. Такси до аэропорта дасин дешевле в приложении диди, чем на ресепшене (180 юаней против 240) 6. Английски не знают, скачайте переводчик 7. Если вы хотите что-то наподобие гипер ленты или магнита макси, езжайте в Walmart 8. Nanlougu xiang - отличный ночной базар, колоритный 9. В номере есть шампунь, кондер и гель для душа нормального качества, так что можно не брать тревел сайзы 10. Можно бесплатно постирать вещи на 3 этаже, рядом с 341 номером, порошок стиральный дадут на ресепшене

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Hotel byl blízko stanice metra (vyjděte východem B), je dobré, že leží na okružní trase metra, takže poloha je poměrně strategická. Snídaně byly takové docela čínské, i když byla snaha i o západní stravu. Ale dalo se docela dobře vybrat. Jak už psali někteří, bylo by fajn, kdyby snídaně byla 7 - 10 h (byla 7 - 9 h), ale dalo se to zvládnout i takto. Wifi nebyla nejlepší, ale v podstatě dostačující na běžné potřeby. Uvítala bych víc úložných prostor, ale dalo se to zvládnout i tak. Koupelna byla krásná, ale kdyby místo prosklených stěn byla normální zděná stěna, bylo by to lepší. Ale jinak vše perfektní, byl tam sprchový gel, šampon i kondicionér. I fén. Při příjezdu jsme na recepci dostali i malý zubní kartáček s pastou a hřeben. Úklid probíhal denně, vždy jsme dostali půllitrovou láhev s vodou a pytlíky čaje (na pokoji byla varná konvice). Měli jsme rohový pokoj, takže dokonce dvě okna (s výhledem na paneláky a hřiště). Jak jsme byli na kraji, tak tam byl naprostý klid. Postele byly pohodlné. Na manželské posteli byla veliká francouzská peřina, což tedy nepreferuji, ale dalo se to zvládnout. Byla zde ovladatelná klimatizace, sice v čínštině, ale pomocí překladačů jsme si poradili. Klimatizace byla perfektní, protože v červenci by nám bez ní bylo opravdu nepříjemné vedro. Takhle to bylo příjemné.
Na pokoji byl komár. V okně sice byly sítě, ale ne zcela funkční. Tak jsme pak už raději okno neotevírali. Vstup do hotelu je cca mezi 9 - 19 h přes přilehlou restauraci Tim Horton. Nechápu proč, leda možná aby hotel podpořil restauraci, aby si tam hosté něco koupili. Bylo to trochu nepohodlné, ale zase žádná katastrofa.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Удачное местоположение-метро в соседнем доме и большинство табличек дублированы на русском языке. Отдельное спасибо уборке номеров, она производилась каждый день на высшем уровне!
Завтрак хочется улучшить и его время продлить до 9.30 или 10.00, так как очень много народу набивается в один промежуток времени. При отдыхе в Пекине тяжело проснуться так рано

Que los recepcionistas casi no supieran inglés y que la zona de desayuno fuera tan pequeña. A las 7 a.m. había masificación y era difícil encontrar una mesa. La ubicación del hotel en ese callejón que a veces cierra una verja metálica y otras veces tienes que entrar por el bar, no me gustó nada. El sonido desde el pasillo se oía como si las personas estuvieran en tu habitación. Aislamiento acústico muy deficiente. Deberían poner un segundo ascensor. Me encontré muchas colas en el único ascensor que había.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Hotel Saga bevindt zich pal bij metrostation Tuanjiehu. Vanaf hier is het ideaal om je te verplaatsen naar het stadscentrum of naar de luchthaven of naar trein station Beijing West. De kamer was groot, modern en luxe. De kamer was netjes, opgeruimd en schoon. De badkamer en toilet waren hygiënisch. Elke dag kreeg ik volop flesjes water en aanvulling van de thee. Op de kamer was er een waterkoker en theezakjes om thee te zetten.
Jammergenoeg spraken de receptionisten geen van allen Engels terwijl er zoveel toeristen komen. Dit is een aandachtspunt om Engels te gaan leren. Nu verliep de communicatie steeds via een vertaal app op de mobiel. Dit maakte het contact zakelijk en indirect. Ik miste een gezellige bar of fitness ruimte.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Прекрасное месторасположение. Внешне отель совсем неприметный, но внутри все очень достойно. Номер 201, в котором мы жилы, был огромный и современный, с огромным окном во всю стену. Унитаз даже был с подогревом, как в Японии. Метро рядом, дорогой район для шопинга - в 10 минутах пешком. Магазинчик продуктовый в минуте от отеля. Также при отеле есть канадская кофейня, где можно выпить чашку кофе и перекусить. Завтрак обычный, но нам было вполне достаточно. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще.

Chinezen roken standaard op hun kamer en daar wordt niet veel tegen gedaan. De rook gaat via het ventilatiesysteem door het hele gebouw. Verder lag er geen topper op ons matras waardoor ik de harde spiralen voelde (pas op de laatste dag kwam ik erachter dat dit op een andere kamer anders was). De kamer was bizar gehorig (en met name de Chinezen ontzettend luid, de Russische buren ook enigszins). Vooral overlast van de hal/gang. Het ontbijt is Chinees, de westerse factor is toastbrood en een pot jam. Gelukkig kun je (zelf) een ei bakken. Er zijn mini tomaatjes en soms yoghurtjes. Een keer waren er ook bananen. Genoeg tegen de honger maar ook niet meer. Koffie was wel goed te doen!

Reviewed May 3, 2026The location of hotel is super convenient, just a few metro stations away from the PEK airport. Taikoo Li Sanlitun, where all the brand shops are located, is also very close. You can walk there within 10 minutes. The room was clean and quiet. They left water every day after cleaning. If I come back to Beijing, I will choose this hotel again.
The breakfast is not so much various.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Расположение отела прямо рядом со станцией метро Tuanjiehu 10 и 3 линии, что удобно. Есть завтрак, что удобно. Завтрак вполне нормальный. Везде чисто, уборка в номере хорошая. Шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер, жидкое мыло есть. Тапочки есть. Зубной щетки нет.сист5ма кондиционирования работала.
Отель не новый, не хватило какого лоска. Но так как в отеле только ночуешь, то больше и не надо.

Reviewed May 2, 2026— Расположение кайф, очень классный район — В целом в номерах все есть для комфортного проживание на 2-3 дня и при этом в отеле не сидеть, а гулять и ездить на экскурсии, например — На первом очень уютное лобби, сидели там с друзьями, так как номера очень небольшие и там не собраться — Рядом есть и магазины и кафе, в ближайшем ТЦ потрясающее место нашли с боулами
— Мы жили в двух разных номерах: первый был удачный, второй — чуть хуже. Если кратко: номера нуждаются в косметическом ремонте. А друзей поселили в оочень маленький номер, хотя уровень номеров был одинаковый. Неприятненько — Завтрак откровенно не очень! НО есть выбор: или завтракать в отеле или воспользоваться ваучеров в кофейню на первом этаже — вот там бейгл + кофе был очень даже неплох! Обязательно спросите на ресепшене

Hoewel het personeel aan de balie heel vriendelijk is, is de communicatie bij de boeking echt slechter dan slecht. Er komt geen antwoord op simpele vragen. Of je stelt drie vragen en dan is het antwoord “ok”. Meer niet. Dat was heel negatief.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026The rooms in the hotel are great very spacious and clean. Fresh feel about them. Good value for money. The manager of this hotel is the most helpful and kind man I met in China. If it wasn't for me I wouldn't have enjoyed my stay here half as much.
The property is quite hard to locate. As an English speaker my taxi drivers could never seem to find the hotel when I translated it to Chinese which wasn't great. I had to ring the hotel and get them to speak to the taxi drivers to tell them where the hotel was which isn't ideal. While it is located right outside a train station I really don't recommend this hotel as a solo traveller it's too far out. Also apart from the manager who is amazing I found the rest of the staff very rude and seemed annoyed by me asking for help.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026I liked the breakfast, which was simple and affordable for foreigners. I think I will come here again for others and next time I come. I also liked the location, there is no problem with shopping nearby with everything I need.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The location is great, right by a subway station, lines 10 and 3. It was very easy to move around. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Coffee and tea were provided, basic toiletries. Breakfast was OK, nothing fancy, but a enough to get your day started.
I am not sure if this is the norm, but housekeeping would come make the room everyday, bring bottled water, empty trash, etc...but they never made the bed. We found that strange.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Отличное месторасположение , в шаговой доступности 3 достопримечательности. Разрешают оставить чемодан , если вылет поздно. Депозита нет. Оплата по факту очень удобна.
Персонал не знает Английский, но с переводчиком можно понять друг друга. Завтрак по факту оплаты стоит дешевле. Бывают дают фен для волос, который не работает. Мне оперативно поменяли. Стены тонкие.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Чистый очень просторный номер. Спасибо девочкам на ресепшен, сделали апгрейд. Хорошее расположение. В соседнем здании магазин, ресторанчики, лапшичная. За углом метро. Завтрак для Китая приличный и главное съедобный. Всем довольны.
Все было хорошо. Единственное сложно связаться заранее с отелем через букинг, не отвечают. Но, если что по английскому названию отеля можно спокойно вызвать такси через didi
