Fantastic accommodation for our week away in Madeira, João was a spectacular host and the apartment was exceptionally clean and everything was perfect. Thank you very much for hosting us!

Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. The place was super clean, beautiful, and felt genuinely well looked after. João has truly thought of everything—every time I thought to myself “it would be great to have this,” it was already there in the apartment. It’s fully equipped with a washing machine, kitchen, microwave, drying rack, clothespins, iron and ironing board, Netflix, and even food containers (Tupperware)! On top of that, João was an amazing host—super polite, responsive, and always ready to help out with whatever came up. The local sweets he left for me were such a nice touch too. I was a bit skeptical before arriving because of a few reviews mentioning the balcony. I’m the type who loves staying in and just relaxing outside in the evenings, so that part really mattered to me. Turns out it was great. You get the typical city buzz since it's right in the center, but nothing annoying or overly loud at all. The view is lovely, and it was the perfect spot to unwind at night, have dinner, or grab a drink. Location is spot on—literally in the center of everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location, excellent value for money and clean bathroom.

The pillows are very hard and the AC isnt that powerful, but still powerful enough for a comfortable sleep in 28 degrees heat.

Le bruit du restaurant et le manque d’isolation phonique avec les autres appartements ainsi que le manque de lumière

La ubicación fantastica. En pleno centro. Justo al lado del puerto, catedral, lugares de ocio. El apartamento grande, espacioso, comodo. Bien aislado. Silencioso. Muy Limpio. Estuvimos una semana y nos cambiaron toallas 3 veces. Un detalle muy agradable, al llegar de una botellita de vino y un bolo tipico de Madeira.

Todo bien, pero lo que menos me gustó fue que el apartamento tiene una terraza muy bonita pero justo está en un callejón en el que hay un restaurante el Almazem de Sal (muy bonito tb) y la salida de humos del restaurante es justo a ese callejón y terraza, por lo que no podiamos salir de noche a disfrutar de la terraza ni dejar la puerta abierta, ya que se llenaba de olor. Tampoco es un impedimento, cerrabamos y listo.

O exaustor do banheiro não funciona tão bem, mas estava ok

Està ubicado en el centro de Funchal lo que resulta muy cómodo para coger autobuses y tomar algo por la tarde-noche. El apartamento está bien equipado, limpio y además el anfitrión nos dejó un detalle con productos típicos de Madeira. Quedamos muy contentas!

It’s spacious and clean

Bardzo przestronny apartament, z dobrym wyposażeniem. Bardzo czysto, ręczniki były zmieniane kilka razy. Taras bardzo duży, odpowiedni na poranną kawkę czy wieczornego drinka. Kontakt z personelem bardzo dobry ;) zestaw powitalny na duży PLUS. Polecam ;)

Bardzo zadbane, czyste, przestronne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji. Właściwie wszystkie przystanki oraz miejsca transferowe pod domem. Klimatyzacja, czysciutka posciel, ręczniki. Zadbane wnętrze. Bylysmy na 6 dni, wiec w polowie pobytu reczniki zostaly wymienione. Bardzo mily gospodarz, pomocny. Na powitanie czekal na nas powitalny poczestunek, a gospodarz zaprowadzil nas do mieszkania i wszystko pokazal. Swietne miejsce, warte ceny. Polecam.

Tanoeiros Studios vo Funchale na Madeire je fantastickou voľbou na pobyt. Štúdiá ležia priamo v historickom centre mesta Funchal. Reštaurácie, kaviarne a tržnica sú len pár krokov od dverí. Izby sú štýlové, čisté, kompletne a vkusne zariadené. K dispozícii je dobre vybavená kuchynka na vlastné varenie. Apartmány majú veľa prirodzeného svetla a príjemnú atmosféru.

-great location - within a few minutes of all the main sites. - very clean with everything I needed f it r my stay. - lovely touch of Madeiran treats upon arrival.

-lack of natural light as window looked out over restaurant courtyard so was dark all the time, but everything else was amazing so it was a small price to pay.

Bra val! Mycket välkomnande, till och med traditionella godsaker som välkomstgåva: madeiravin och kakor. Rent och fint. Lugnt, nära till gamla stans restauranger, hamnpromenaden. Skön säng, bra dusch, wifi, luftkond. Hiss.  Bekvämt med studio, tvättmaskin, balkong utan utsikt, men möjlighet att torka kläder och sitta i solen.

Camas incomodas, se marcan todos los alambres del colchon. No hay cafetera ni tostador. Cosas básicas en un apartamento

Très bon accueil, l'emplacement des studios est plein centre. Tout est très bien équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable. Grand lit confortable. Le studio est grand et joli. Bref un logement idéal. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits.

We stayed at Tanoeiros Studios in the center of Funchal for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. It’s a calm, clean, and stylish place with everything you need for a comfortable stay — even a small first-aid kit, which was a nice touch. It honestly felt like staying at a friend’s home rather than a typical apartment. The location is perfect: restaurants, the market, shops, and bus stops are all within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the city. The host was very kind and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out until our flight, which we really appreciated.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Grosses Zimmer, Küche, WC, Dusche, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Es kann manchmal ein bisschen laut werden von einzelnen Bars entlang der Strasse. Hält sich aber in Grenzen.

De ligging is perfect, direct bij terrasjes, restaurants en bus verbindingen. Het is een net en schoon appartement. Fijn om buiten te kunnen zitten

Niet erg gezellig met tl verlichting. Broodrooster zou welkom zijn

De locatie, midden in het centrum. En het was ruim en schoon.

Het uitzicht, je kijkt uit op de overburen. En ik miste een balkon.

Pues hay una cosa que no me gustó y lo digo para que lo corrijan. En la mitad de la estancia hacen un cambio de toallas. El cual se agradece! Pero entran en el apartamento para hacer el cambio de toallas SIN avisar. Creo que es un error a corregir. Si vas a entrar en el apartamento antes tienes que avisar y en caso de que los inquilinos no estén de acuerdo, las toallas se dejan en el taburete de la entrada. Me faltó un mensaje de aviso.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή καταλύματος στο Φουνσάλ σε πολύ καλή κεντρική τοποθεσία, ιδανική ακόμα και για όσους δεν οδηγούν και ταξιδεύουν με συγκοινωνία καθώς η πλησιέστερη στάση του λεωφορείου από & προς αεροδρόμιο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόασταση. Άνετο, καθαρό & πλήρως λειτουργικό δωμάτιο. Άκρως φιλικό & εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό, με εξυπηρέτησαν σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Άρκως φιλόξενος ο ιδιοκτήτης, την πρώτη μέρα υποδειγματικό καλωσόρισμα στο νησί με κερασμένα τοπικά γλυκά των νήσων Μαδέϊρα. Πρόκειται ακριβώς για τον τύπο καταλύματος που ψάχνω όλα αυτά τα χρόνια που ταξιδεύω σε Ελλάδα & Ευρώπη. Συστήνεται.

I appreciated the position of the apartment, close to the bus stations with which you can get to many places on the island, if you don't rent a car. The apartment is equipped with the minimum necessary.

I stayed in apartment 23 for a week. The apartment was like an uninhabited apartment for about the whole week. There was no noise until around 11 pm. From 11 pm, about 2-3 strange things were happening in that apartment, which significantly disturbed my sleep. I don't think there were any strangers in that apartment, but rather staff working for those who own the apartments. The bathroom of that apartment is probably right next to the hallway of the apartment that I had reserved and the bedroom. Between 11 pm and 1-2 am the bathroom installation was banging, they were arguing, talking loudly, so much so that you couldn't sleep. During the day, total, total silence. There are no windows in the apartment, except in the bathroom, and very little natural light comes in through the balcony door, otherwise there is artificial light everywhere.

Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Trotz zentraler Lage nachts ruhig. Großes Zimmer, gute Betten, gute Dusche, Korb mit regionalen Spezialitäten zum Empfang.

Im Bad war meist ein Geruch nach Kanalisation.

Da localização, do espaço do quarto, da limpeza, de tudo.

Tout était parfait, emplacement, calme, propreté, équipements.

Właściwie samo centrum wydarzeń, blisko do wszelkich atrakcji i udogodnień, bardzo pomocny i miły personel, idealna czystość - wszystko czego potrzeba.

La situation exceptionnelle au cœur du centre historique.La disponibilité de notre hôte, les petits présents d'accueil et le changement régulier des serviettes de bain et des poubelles.. le studio est très vaste et bien équipé.

We stayed six nights in a family room on the third floor and another six nights in a twin room on the first floor. The apartment's location was excellent, convenient for getting around. The rooms were spacious, with two large windows facing a quiet street, letting in the morning sunlight. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was large with plenty of hot water, and the host sent someone to change the towels every two or three days. Hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were also provided. Check-in and check-out were very convenient and reliable. The host was warm and hospitable and responded quickly. He also prepared lovely gifts for his guests, including cakes and pastries from a well-known local brand and Madeira wine. When we informed him of our flight cancellation, he generously allowed us to stay an extra night.

Se echaba en falta algo más de menaje en la cocina: horno, cafetera, tostadora...

Tout était parfait . L’accueil du propriétaire, l’appartement et l’emplacement en plein centre-ville dans un quartier tranquille puisque semi-pieton. Le linge de toilette changé deux fois sur un séjour d’une semaine !!!! Bravo…..À recommander sans restriction .

Die Lage ist fantastisch! Und die Gastgeber/Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alle unsere Fragen/Wünsche wurden zeitnah beantwortet und erfüllt.

Nothing to dislike

Locatie is perfect in het oude centrum. Ingang aan een rustig straatje. Ruime kamer met bijna alles wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen Madeira.

Eigenlijk niets. Of het zou het ontbreken van een vaatwasser moeten zijn. Maar die paar keer een klein afwasje doen is geen probleem,

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett. Sehr komfortables Bad mit schöner großer bodengleicher Dusche. Nachts relativ ruhig, obwohl in der Altstadt. Gut isolierte Fenster. Klimaanlage hat auch als Heizung gut funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat wunderbar und schnell funktioniert.

Die Zimmer mit Balkon waren leider schon ausgebucht.

Todo muy limpio y ordenado,la verdad una maravilla, ubicación buenísima, apartamento más que recomendable.Nos dejaron una botella de vino dulce con una tarta típica de Madeira.
