Reviewed May 4, 2026value for money but you need to have reasonable expectations. aircond was all working fine. rooms were clean. instructions to access were clear and video was provided as well. easy access to the mall if that's what you're looking for
no floor cloths were provided outside the toilets. rain shower was leaky. certain areas of the unit had peeling paint which didnt look good but doesn't affect the stay

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Everything you need is provided, even slippers are prepared. My favorite feature is the laundry area — since it’s located outside the air-conditioned space, it gets quite warm, which helps to “air-dry” clothes effectively.
The floor wasn’t very clean upon entering; it felt a bit sticky. Other than that, everything else was quite good.

The owner provided very clear and helpful instructions regarding parking, the key box, and the entrance process, which made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The house is spacious and perfect for a big family, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was also very convenient that the owner provided a washing machine along with detergent.
The only downside was that the WiFi occasionally lagged, which affected the TV channels at times. Other than that, everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay

Lack of cleanliness. We have severe allergy due to the dust. Mattress and pillows are stiff and uncomfortable. None of TV channels working.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025I stayed at this homestay for 4 days and 3 nights, and I was very satisfied with the experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was also very responsive and helpful — I was able to extend my checkout until the afternoon with a small additional charge, and everything was handled smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
