The place was clean.

The door knob in the master bedroom’s bathroom was problematic. The irons almost burnt our clothes. The ironing board definitely needs a new cover.

It's just when going out early in the morning... The access was close from the shopping centre using a wheelchair with elderly parents using the road from P3 to the ground floor in front of the mall entrance Is quite dangerous..

The property have almost everything you need. And it is right above a shopping mall too! We were in contact with Mr Leslie during our stay and he is very helpful with everything too.

WiFi plays up drop off when trying to work on MacBook Tv can’t stream again due to wifi issues. Suggest owner upgrade WiFi subscription. New towels given but not absorbing types Pillows with stains inside pillow cases Rusty clothes rack on balcony

1. I have informed the owner before about the main entrance door knob was sometimes doesnt work and its weak. i came again for the second visit the door knob still not change. 2. This apartment is inside the vivacity mall. When using by car/grab we have to pass through the gate after midnight going back to the apartment tha gate is closed and we hve to go by walk up to lobby.

看电视台上的视频很难开 有时半天才开得到 有些戏 想看也看不到 因为靠网络的……

The apartment was nice and clean..

Parking was limited for 1 car only maybe can add more another parking or give a package for the other car that added.. I really hope there was a note for direction to the mall u can put inside the apartment for more easy..

Obtaining access card for parking. Had to go back and forth in order to go to the parking provided.

Property was very clean and completes what we need. Spacious and worth of money, i would love to come back if i return to Kuching again

The old security wasn’t friendly. We haven’t take our keys to ourstays coz the mailbox were inside but he make faces right there. To open the door we need the security to open first.

Very comfortable stay. Just above shopping centre. Very convenient.

Easy to fine a bank and can do shopping just next door only

The owner gave a very detailed instruction on how & where to collect keys, where to park etc. Friendly and quick to reply to messages. Rooms were clean. Comfortable stay.

Wasn't sure how to turn on the TV but we didn't need it throughout our 5-day stay there anyway.

The apartment is comfortable and clean.

Cleanliness, huge condominium, complete amenities, functioning Aircon and water heater, washing machine, Fridge, utensils, comfortable bed, dinning table, sofa. Excellent unit.

Location good.

Some facilities not up to standard. The iron & ironing board provided are of very low quality. The bed not comfortable with one of the bed in the smaller bedroom squeaky & you can feel the bed springs torturing your back. Time to check out a bit early at 11am. Check out time should be at least 12.30 pm. Check in time a bit late at 3 pm. Check in time should be at least 1.30 pm or 2 pm.

The host is super efficient like superman! We informed him of some items need to be fixed / changed and he wasted no time and got it done! Just a bit more to touch up the unit it'll be perfect like living in your own home! 🥂

The towels had damped smell due to bad weather. Could have checked before guests arrival.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Location of the accomodation is just above shopping mall. Carpark provided.

No dryer machine for clothes.

Awesome and nice unit J3, specious with 3 bedrooms, 2 separate bathroom hot showers available. Can cook like home. Few steps to Vivacity mall. Friendly chat with owner. Car park available with tag. Will definitely and highly recommended for family travel.
