The walls were very dirty, and the paint on them looked bad. The security guard was very rude. We just wanted to get our luggage out of the car, but the security guard had a very bad temper. Inside the apaetment bathroom, it was horrible; the hose was leaking and left a big puddle. All the aircon controls didn't work at all, which made it very hot at night. And the Wi-Fi didn't even work, which meant there was no source of entertainment. The TV relied on the Wi-Fi, but there was no Wi-Fi. The landlord is kind and tries to solve problems. It just takes time for the problems to be settled. We wish the landlord would re-polish the premises and all the facilities. We moved out of the premises on the second day.

The lizards in the unit are very disgusting. Shower glass door is not clean with watermarks stained and shower head spray in master bedroom not working properly.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025I stayed at this homestay for 4 days and 3 nights, and I was very satisfied with the experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient with easy parking. The host was also very responsive and helpful and everything was handled smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Tempat yang strategik , Turun lift terus boleh pergi mall ..kemudahan asas dirumah sangat membantu bilik sama seperti dalam gambar sesuai untuk keluarga . aircond semua ber fungsi dengan baik.
Kurang meja makan utk family ,tidak check peralatan seperti tv dan cara penggunaan terlebih dahulu disebabkan masalah tersebut xdapat nak tgk tv selama 2 hari last day baru dapat service bantu wlupun dh lambat apa2 pun good efforts 👍

The shower is broken and no detergent is provided to wash the clothes. Please add some sockets to the kitchen also.

1) we were so shocked, the room was not clean when we checked in, no room keeping 2) difficult to get grab if the mall close. need to walk down the basement parking, 3) the cleanliness was not satifying as mentioned in the review, toilet so dirty

The apartment and especially the kitchen needs to be renovated. We booked the apartment for 8 people and unfortunately it was prepared for 7 and there was no extra bedding.

The contact with the owner. We decided to stay in the same apartment once more due to very convenient localization. However, I couldn’t contact with the owner if the pin to the liver was the same and if there was the linens prepared for the 8 pax. Fortunately there was the same pin, so we were able to check in. The owner contacted with a long delay of about 2 hours after check in

Reviewed Feb 25, 2024Spacious enough for my big family of 10 and there is mall just outside the lobby which has everything i need, i.e. eating out, pharmacy, supermarket and many fashion shop.
The rubbish collection area is centralised at a different level from where I stayed. So, need to take lift just to throw our daily rubbish. I am used to have rubbish collection area On every level.
