Wex 1 Apartments

Perfect

Perfect

Balcony glass was filthy. Balcony floor had cigarette buds in it. Shower extractor not working so bathroom steams up as there's no window. No curtain in 2nd bedroom so anyone and jump up in hallway to see in also hallway lights on hole night so bedroom does not go fully dark at night. Lounge sliding wheels are broken so 2 ppl have to physically use full strto push door close and open.

Everything was perfect

None

Post box where they kept the keys Reserved Parking bay

The bed is too low Couch not comfortable Curtains and the rail were old and got stuck

The place is very clean views and everything only problem the lights were very dark … i hope they can only change that but overall the place is nice n comfortable 😅

Theres no enough cutlery they were no forks and big spoons

Apartment Deco

Couch was Dirty

They place was nice and cosy. We loved it.

2 minor things. Our hotel room had no plates to eat out of, only small bowls. No soap.

The sofas were not comfortable at all but I'm happy about everything else.

I was given a wrong room, not the 1 I chose, and what u see on the photos and the real room, the photos are misleading ,,that building is not mainly, the is no ventilation, the toilets stinks so bad it will make people sick. The room was clean but the smell was a total turn off

Big space

Couches are dirty

Place feels like home

Smell from bathroom shower

Cleanliness

Heat , no sea view . Massive turn off and lack of toiletries in the bathroom

Privacy

Please clean the couch

Peaceful, nice and quiet

Not having a tag was little bit frustrating. Had to wait few occasions for someone at the front desk to tag the lift to go to my room.

The unit itself was cute & comfortable

If there had to be a small suggestion, extra blanket.

Location Local shops in the building Friendly staff

Apartment wasn’t clean Coffee stains on the worktop in the kitchen Was only one 5ml cream soap bottle for two persons Price? Friends booked after us and got a bigger apartment and less rands

Not having a key with an access tag

The pool deck

We have to ask for a tag and they don't bring towels when we request

Nothing really

It could have been better , there were limited supplies like dish soap or toilet paper. No brooms . It was an awful experience.

.

.

Very spacious

Couches are dirty

The views of the ocean the mountain

There was ice laying on the floor the shower drain was clogged so the water was leaking out The window wasn’t closing tried getting someone to help no one came

Everything about the property

The fact that there was no guest account for Netflix it was not paid

I just feel that regulars such as myself should receive more discounts when booking quite often

Everything the room and view and the safety and the lounge was top and that people come to clean room was very nice

Best location close to everything and the security

Overall, it's worth your money.

The views

The couch . No dish wash cloth or dish soap to clean the dirty pots and plates . Pot was dirty. From the cupboard

it was very clean

na

it had everything we needed for the time we were there...

just 1point... didnt know that bath towels werent provided... unless i missed that somewhere... so just to make sure people know

Great space & setup & colors

Lift can take long & crawded

Nothing is telling of the pictures illustrated. Worst first night of my life in Cape Town, dirty couches, dirty floor, table tops, laundry cabinets, seems like the curtains were washed in ages. Honestly, without any exaggeration due to my disappointment, they didn't even try offering us an experience

No ornaments, matt racks illustrated in pictures, nowhere to be found, the place feels so impersonal and scary

The facilities need to be taken care of . Not that good

I was not impressed

Security

Basic

I enjoyed every minute of it

Reception guys..they're playful

Tags for the lift were not available and the shower

the room was okay, tho, from entry at reception,3 security men were behaving like trainee admin ladies, confused, but showed other patron more manners than I....it was appalling to see old men behaving this way, as if their colour was being threatened. They felt so insecure by me being there, whilst clearly showed the black patrons alot more ease with their entry/exits...

racist encounter with cleaning staff, security, and reception...extremely rude, arrogant, almost intentional, when other black people were treated in a better way....pathetic behavior from hotel establishment, even restaurants, that was supposed to be elegant,international....I would not want to go here. Its seems the staff,,have a mind of their own, that only see black people as important...They should be fired...

Everything was dirty. You couldn’t pay me to stay there.

There were stains on the walls and couches

the security

Place is good but my only issue was the beds and the light that shines in one room at night

Clean

Neat

Everything about the place it was awsome and i would go back anytime

Nothing really

Spacious, clean

The front desk staff was friendly and very welcoming. The apartment was clean and beautifully set up.

There was no milk for the hot drinks. Only Ricoffy and sugar. No tea either. If you advertise tea and coffee facilities; ensure milk is available or state no milk. Ricoffy is a very cheap option too. The TV did not work on both nights. I communicated via WhatsApp and person said someone would come sort it out but no one came. I chose the option for a sofa bed plus double bed and was discounted the sofa bed was a normal 2 seater couch which was very uncomfortable for my partner to sleep on!
