Amazing room far better then expected for the price

The doors… when we arrived we completely missed the first set of doors but unfortunately when we came home at night we found them .. not realising there were 2 we spent 15 minutes in the pouring rain trying to get in ..luckily man from the bar eventually came over to help us Also no luggage storage.. I appreciate for the price they can’t provide everything but it should be stated before booking especially as it’s not free cancellation

Great location and the PCSO on the door was great. Felt very safe. Room was lovely and bed was comfortable.

The sink was blocked on arrival, but reception were helpful and arranged for it to be fixed the following day. Unfortunately, the bedside lamps had no bulbs and the shower fixture was loose. These are small things, but they should really have been checked before our arrival.

The location was very good and central. The self check in was easy and communication with the staff was efficient and fast.

The attitude of the staff in the office particularly Cody and I think it was Chrisse. Very helpful in trying to sort out issues. Nice clean bedding and towels.

We first had an apartment in Duke Street. The location we had booked. There were no blinds on the skylights in the living area. The sink And shower did not drain and the apartment was just poor. We were moved to an apartment in Seel Street which looked better but had a really terrible smell. This apartment had no hot water. The sofa bed had seen better days and was extremely uncomfortable. What we weren’t told when being moved there was that it was attached to a nightclub that played heavy bass until 5.00am. All in all both apartments were shockingly bad for one reason or another.

I stayed for 5 nights, and I really enjoyed. The instructions of check-in and out are very clear. I also double checked some info before/ during /after my stay, and they are quite helpful with the chat. And the room is large with Kitchen with everything I need during my stay. Thank!

Maybe wifi, but not really important to me.

Before I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I had to pay a deposit, which was not mentioned in advance. They told me that within a month this amount would be refunded to me, but it has been more than a month and this money has not been refunded to me yet. To me, this is a frivolous attitude towards customers.

Bed was very comfortable and bathroom spacious and well appointed. The kitchenette was basic but had everything needed. Good location for Bold Street and 10 mins from the city centre.

Bed settee was so damaged/collapsed as to be unusable as a settee. Damage and marks on nearly every wall and surface. The building hallways had a bad smell. Communication from staff is fairly perfunctory.

Mer kjøkkenutstyr som kniver, gaffler, glass og kopper. Luftpumpen (aircondition) virket dårlig da den var full av støv. Luktet noen ganger vondt i yttergang til rommet. Fikk problemer med å komme inn, da vi ikke hadde tilgang på e-post på mobilene våre, da kode kun blir sendt på mail.

Very comfortable accommodation in a great location which was available at a very good price, super value for money. I shared the king size bed with my 9yo who is a wriggler but he may as well have been in his own bed he was so far away from me. Great night's sleep all round!

Bathroom was small, especially the shower cubicle which also had no light in it.

Unfortunately the sofabed was broken. We had booked for 4 to stay.. night without kids and all that… but my friend had to sleep on the floor! We were given £30 concession for the trouble but I found that a bit mean… especially since Ive stayed at the property several times. Shame.

Location was excellent. It was clean and tidy and having the unexpected kitchen was a bonus.

No lift and was 3 floors up, That was explained when booking, but after a few beers was a little bit of an issue

Jeg kunne godt lide der var køkken og et ret rummeligt køleskab. Mikroovn, elkedel og toaster også vigtigt. Der var tereresse. Beliggendheden er helt outstanding.

Der var en rigtig teresse men den var så besked, slidt og ucharmerende at vi nærmest ikke brugte den. Der var dejlig vejr, men bordet var så klamt at vi ikke vil spise ved det - ligeså var der cigaretskodder over det hele og bar generlt præg af manglende rengøring og vedlighold. Køkkenenet manglede ordentlig med service, så man ren faktisk kunne bruge det 4 mand. Deruodver hader jeg når der ikke er 1 dyne per mand. Alle dyner er dobblet, så vi havde 2 dyner til 4 mand. Internettet fik vi aldrig til at virke. Der kom ikke ne side hvor man skulle registrerer sig som de ellers sagde der ville.

Primeira dor de cabeça foi antes de chegar. Não me enviaram as informações de fazer o checkin online, depois de mais de 5 ligações (porque não respondiam mais minhas mensagens) que conseguiram solucionar. Ou seja 2 horas antes do meu voo para Liverpool. Chegamos em Liverpool às 00:30 e nenhum dos códigos que nos forneceram funcionaram, ou seja ficamos na rua ligando pra alguém que pudesse nos ajudar nessa situação que demorou mas foi solucionado. Chegamos no quarto: quarto sem janelas, cheiro de coco de bebê dentro do quarto, não colocaram papel higiênico no banheiro, faltou toalhas. No segundo dia saímos e quando voltamos…. Mais um vez o código não funcionava…. Ligamos novamente pra alguém poder nos ajudar com o código e foi resolvido. 300 euros para 3 noites foi demasiado, considerando toda a dor de cabeça que tivermos e na falta de confiança que nos gerou a cada vez que tínhamos que sair. Pois não sabíamos se íamos ficar pra fora ou não, sendo que tínhamos toda a nossa reserva PAGA. Não tivemos nenhum pedido de desculpas, ou qualquer gesto de cortesia por tanto incômodo. Lamento, mas não indico pra ninguém que queria um serviço 100%. Os atendentes foram ótimos, resolveram o problema, mas ainda assim a confiança não existe mais.

The property needed redecorating, there were many scuffs and paint chips. There were no bathroom hooks for towels except on the back of the bathroom door which was not near the shower or sink. The apartment was up several flights of stairs which was not known prior to arrival. There are no staff on-site. When I messaged the property I received no reply regarding receipt of my check-in details in order to obtain the access code prior to arrival.

Nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 4 persone, l’appartamento era preparato per 2 persone e nonostante fosse stato richiesto più volte di avere gli asciugamani per tutti e 4 come da prenotazione, questi non sono mai stati consegnati. Inoltre il lavandino risultava ingorgato.

Hard to find at first

It was available, most places were sold out due to the Foo Fighters being in town and close to the city centre . Facilities were good and it was clean and well equipped It’s very convenient for Liverpool 1 and the city centre nightlife

Aircon was not working and a tiny fan did not cool the room. Two small bottles of water as “compensation” was a bit of a joke. The apartments are next to busy nightlife so if you don’t like noise from the street or the seagulls, then this is not for you. Unfortunately the aircon was broken - as it was last time I stayed here and so the windows needed to stay open and let it all in

The location was perfect, room and bathroom was spotless, staff were helpful on the phone, amenities provided such as hairdryer, toilet roll, shampoos etc

Air con was awful, tried all settings, didn’t do anything at all. Was very warm throughout the stay and struggled to sleep. Other than that, the stay was perfect

No lift and top floor apartment with a big suitcase. Window in bedroom was broken and needs to have a refresh of paint/carpets and wardrobes as heavily marked.

Location good, parking easy. Self serve entry and check in was easy. Spacious and clean.

A/C was not fully functioning. There was a funky eggy smell in the living area where sofa bed was situated, thankfully not over powering.

The rooms were very unkept, the whole hotel was unbelievably hot within the room the aircon didn’t work & the window wouldn’t stay open- it was truly unbearable heat to sleep in. The overall room was ok but is in need for a renovation there was multiple dents on the walls and the furniture was chipped. May I add that it was so hot we tried to get a cold shower / use a cold tower which to our shock the cold water didn’t work - it was just luke warm or roasting. (In the images is a photo to show the physical sweat from the temperature of the hotel/ the damage of the room + it wouldn’t let me add anymore photos so there is more of the chipped furniture )

We couldn't use the TV. It was only digital and the WiFi was not good enough support the app so no TV for days. Not the end of the world but it was missed. The toilet system flush button would stick in. This meant you would have to go back and fiddle with toilet flush to stop the water running. On the positive, the room had everything else we needed. It even suprised us with a washing machine and dish washer.

Room and space is adequate for a night or two. Clean and has aircon. No elevator if you have heavy luggage FYI.

You have a code to get in and access lockbox with room key. Codes didn't work which meant had to wait half an hour for a real person to show up. Factor that into your arrival time / make sure you have a phone number for them.

The sofa bed was broken and couldn't really be slept on. Staff came quickly to repair it but it was a really uncomfortable night's sleep. The apartment is supposed to have air con but this didn't work

Loved the size of the room. Loved the location. Loved how soundproof it was, you could not hear the other rooms at all. Phone reception lines were answered really quickly and everyone was lovely to talk to. A rep to come see you if you do have issues is available. Also communication leading up to the day was great too, got back to my questions quickly. some of the reviews about getting in worried me but it was so easy and they sent the access codes promptly.

The price of late check-out per hour is crazy. £15 per hour.

Room a bit tired looking, net curtain missing so had to keep curtains closed, shower door did not stay closed just flapped! No water on Sunday morning had to wait half hour before could shower. Storage space very minimal with only 3 hangers. No remote control for TV so could not use, did message and they said would get one to me asap, but none arrived, we would have liked to watch the football Saturday night, had to watch on my phone!

The apartment stank of sewerage, none of the A/C units worked, someone came to clean the drains but this made no difference whatsoever. The apartment was roasting, the sofa bed was paper thin and super uncomfortable. Basic stuff like the TV remote didn’t work -this they did bring replacement batteries for. I was told they would try and find me an alternative apartment but I never heard from them again -just empty promises. Do not stay here - stay anywhere else. We booked it for my daughter’s graduation and it was a huge mistake we all slept really badly and the stench was horrific. I’ve requested a refund but still haven’t heard back from customer services who are totally useless. I sent so many messages none of them were replied to.

Amazing location, room size was way bigger than we expected, bed was comfortable and shower/water pressure were both good! Quick reply from the apart hotel when contacted.

Small leak from the bathroom tap meant we used our towels to clean the wet floor - housekeeping and maintenance were informed and the reply from the apart hotel was quick. No lift - stairs up multiple floors.

Central location

Access codes for other guests were sent to me, alongside their email addresses, a clear breach of personal data regulations, as well as a huge concern for our own security. I received no response to me contacting them about this until after the stay. The air conditioning in the apartment was not working, which in the middle of a heatwave meant that we had to open the windows to reduce the temperature to a degree of bearable (still incredibly hot) and a lot of noise from outside. A very disappointing stay alongside serious concerns about the hotel's ability to manage personal data securely. Consideration of a refund - or even a partial refund - has been rejected by the hotel.

The only thing that let the property down was the air conditioning which wasn’t great but it was still a great apartment to stay in with everything you need.

A lovely apartment and it would be perfect if they simply changed the sofa (sofa bed). It was broken and extremely uncomfortable. The seat cushions fall inside so you sink down. I sat on a wooden chair when watching a film. Everything else is fantastic and it's a great apartment (I booked the garden apartment).

It was difficult trying to get into the lockbox entered the code many times and didn’t work then for some reason it worked after 7/8 attempts. Also in the morning we couldn’t get any hot water from the shower

Check in was difficult, waited 30 minutes to gain access to room due to key card not working and staff not on site to help. Sofa bed was not made and we had issues making it requiring staff to assist which took a further 30 minutes. Shower had no hot water and sink was continually blocking slow to drain.

Check in system if you don't have an apple phone you cannot scan the id and you can't complete the check in and now you can't get the room because the location doesn't have a manned reception. None of this is indicated in the description of the accommodation. No refund option if you are unable to complete the check in . Only solution offer can you ask someone with another phone to help you....

I liked the location of the property, very central

When we arrived the key wasn't in the lockbox we had to phone to ask and then wait for them to bring it to us. There was no hot water in the apartment which meant freezing cold showers

There are so many issues when I arrived there. Toilet flush is not working properly in upstairs and downstair basin not clogging properly and upper bathroom lock is not working. Kitchen one of plug was not working. Maintenance person told us this was not working since long. Which is uncomfortable.

My internet wasn’t working at all in the building and worse off in the room. The WiFi wasn’t working also. Had to restart my phone a couple of times yet nothing. Slept in fear and had to check very early the next morning.

The fact we had the walk up to top floor each time, but that was down to the luck of the draw I think and not a complaint.

No proper information about the hotel that it has no reception. Felt it was too lonely and scary as there was no other people around. I did not spend a night there due to this type of situation as l like seeing people around me. The hotel refused to refund my 3 days payment. Please kindly ask them to refund my money. Thank you.

The space was nice

The fact that we were given wrong door code , we had to wait several minutes before a staff came to enter a separate code to access our room. That was really frustrating experience.

Bellissima struttura composta da più ambienti: camera da letto, cucina con divano e TV funzionante e un bagno molto grande. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici, anche se non li abbiamo utilizzati: lavastoviglie, microonde e persino ferro da stiro, tutti comfort assolutamente non scontati. La struttura era inoltre molto pulita, situata in una zona tranquilla e sicura e comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi.

L’unico aspetto che non ho apprezzato è stata la richiesta della cauzione, che non mi sembrava fosse indicata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione ed è stata invece richiesta in fase di check-in.

The description on the app said it is king bed, However, when I arrived there, the bed was two single bed next to each other. I was falling between them the whole night and I think I have back hurt since. The worst place to stay in as I have told them before that this is not king bed rather, a sinkhole! I wish I took some pic of the bed and show how bad it is.
