Good location and amenities.

Had no sleep. Street noise was to be expected however, other guests were using the smoking area outside our room all night until 6am having very loud conversations. No sleep, didn't feel safe.

Location was great for our night out on Hurst Street gay scene. Easily accessible, entrance via codes so was flexible, straight-forward and the access details arrived in my inbox when they said they would. Room had everything we needed for a night's stay, was stylish, comfortable and clean.

Was surprised by noise from busy nightlife outside outside continued until about 4am, although to be fair the central location was location was the reason we chose it so can't really complain and had stayed out late ourselves! And the lift is terrifying! Not one for the faint hearted or if you don't like lifts 😂. At least there was a warning sign on the door about the jolts.

Location, privacy, easy to find, near to shops, restaurants, 5 min walk from the station…

They say it’s an apartment but there’s no kitchen. So it’s more like a room of a hotel without reception. The day of checkout the fire alarm started screening and it was on for about one hour till someone come and turn it off. But the most weird thing was the cleaner at the end when she saw me, she asked me to accept god because gay people will not go to heaven. I just asked her to tell me where in the bible this is written and tried to educate her a bit. And regarding the noise, I can’t complain because they mention this in their listing. However, I didn’t expect it there was a nightclub with loud music from 11pm to 6am starting on Tuesday night already. For young people who wants to party. This is the right place. Good price, nightclub less then 1 min away

The bed WAS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS, we had to leave at 2 am as my partner was we were bitten by the bugs,

Well located budget accommodation

It’s an odd property, as you rather feel like you’re entering a lecture centre or similar! But, once you’re in and you climb the stairs to the top floor the feeling changes, a bit rough round the edges, but my room was very well appointed, everything you would expect from a hotel room, with the added bonus of a microwave and fridge which was a nice touch. Overall the cleanliness was good and value for money considering the amount we paid, but honestly, I wouldn’t pay any more for what I got. As I was going to a show at the Birmingham Hippodrome the location couldn’t have been better too.

The property was reasonably close to the city centre and the owner was kind to allow me a late check out at no extra cost. For a short and affordable stay, it was okay overall

The room was quite basic and a little dated, and cleanliness could have been better. I found a used razor on the bathroom floor and there was no hairdryer. The area was also quite noisy in the evening and I personally did not feel completely comfortable walking around the neighbourhood at night. There was also some confusion about my late check out, as the cleaner had not been informed and entered the room in the morning while I was still there. She was very apologetic once I explained the situation, so it seemed to be simply a communication issue.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised. The room was advertised as being much larger than it actually was, and when we arrived, the room was considerably smaller than expected. There were cigarette burns on the headboard, brown stains on the carpet and the overall condition of the room was not what we expected for the price we paid. The window was also broken and did not shut properly, which was particularly concerning. The surrounding area also did not feel very pleasant or welcoming. Overall, the room looked very different from the photos and description online, which felt misleading. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay here again and would recommend that the hotel is more accurate with its room advertising and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of its rooms.

Very local to bullring and bed was comfortable beautiful lighting

Was kind of a hassle unlocking the door with the key besides that everything else was perfect. Also there is no Netflix on the Tv

It was close to restaurants and bars which was great. The room was nice

It did get loud at a night until 6 am bc of clubs but that was expected. For the size of the room £156.60 wasn’t worth that price I booked a private suite and it just looked like I got a normal hotel room. I was expecting it to be bigger with a living space and a kitchen like other private suites and the bed was to small it was comfortable but I think the length could have been longer.

No staff. All done on key codes. No one answered the phone. No air-conditioning in the room. The lift is genuinely terrifying.

City centre location. But this also comes at a price with nightclubs and boy racer cars all around. Pretty much opposite the hippodrome and in China town

Warm room. Tiny windows that didnt do much and that you couldn't have open cause of the constant noise outside (night club opened midnight and closed at 6am) not great for trying to sleep. We had suites 1, 2 and 5 tvs didnt work in 1 & 2 but did in 5. Fridge was dirty shower in room 1 was dirty. Beds were comfortable Entrance is a bit daunting and doesn't give a good first impression

Very central and only minutes from the venue that we were going to.

There was no coffee only tea and no ordinary milk. There was one set of towels and there were two of us. There were stains on the chair, the bedding and the carpet. The room was very hot (but there was a fan although it made very little difference).

Everything was clean bed was made up and the environment was great!

It was abit humid in there but weren’t properties fault it was the weather.

We really like the hospitality, friendliness and hospitality of the lady who is responsible for the facility. She even let us to ask the manager for an early check in and provide us some extra towels and oat milk since we had our toddler with us.

We choice this place because of a show in Hippodrome, therefore was the location very practical but also annoying for falling asleep cause it’s located in the bar district and very loud. If you don’t have any problem with noise this is your place

Location was brilliant for where we was going out in town. Would defo book again due to the place been clean and all.

The lift was something to get use to. Could not open the door to get on to the floor at 3.30am. So was not happy and could not get in contact with anyone. Then the fire alarm going off for a hour at 6am 😩. The host did say I could check out late due to this so win win.

The property was perfect for us

Locatie was prima, afstand tot station was perfect.

Verlichting is niet vanuit het bed te schakelen. Er is geen tafeltje en een leeslamp naast het bed. Het bed is met 1.90 meter erg kort en omdat er een kast aan het voeteneind van het bed is kan je je benen niet verder uitstrekken. Er is nauwelijks geluidsisolatie vanuit de ramen. Bijzonder veel lawaai van buiten komt binnen. Met oordoppen slapen is noodzakelijk.

We had suite 6, it was really small, the bed took up most of the room. Extremely loud music from across the street until 6am. Cleanliness not up to scratch.

Perfect for my trip to the Hippodrome. Everything you need on the doorstep. Yes its noisy til the early hours, earplugs recommended! But it didnt affect my enjoyment of the stay. Bed was comfy, Room was clean and stylish. Never heard my neighbours!

The lift looked scary, so I avoided that!

The location is exceptional, staff is very diligent, and answered all my questions.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible. The bed was dirty beyond acceptable standards, and the mattress was terribly uncomfortable, making it impossible to rest. Additionally, the chairs and carpets were visibly stained. To make matters worse, the bathroom amenities, such as the hair dryer, do not work. I do not recommend staying here.

Smelly room, mouldy bathroom, noisy sink and toilet and overall cleanliness wasn't as expected? Sold as a suite essentially just a room with a below standard bathroom! Pictures make you think your getting something nice but reality isn't what you pay for

Emplacement très proche de la gare à pieds et accessible via des codes d'accès communiqués en amont. Permet d'arriver de manière 100% autonome.côté. Il y a une bouilloire et thés dans la chambre. Salle de bain ok et propre.

La boîte de nuit en face ferme a 6h du matin et laisse étrangement les portes d'entrée ouvertes avec un vacarme effroyable. Même avec des bouchons d'oreille le bruit se fait entendre. Heureusement que ce n’etait que pour une seule nuit. Oreillers pas au top de mon coté.

Excellent location in the heart of Chinatown.

Beds were uncomfortable and mattress needs replacing. Loud music being played outside the rooms from 4am until about 6.30am very intrusive.

Good location is the only thing, but meanwhile it was noisy at night as well. A night club is nearby.

Not dirty on floor/table/toilet etc, but pillow covers seemed not have been changed and got stains. The mattress was saggy. Not comfortable experience.

Been here quite a few times with friends and never had an issue it’s in a brilliant location as well

The location is good as it’s near Chinatown and city centre to go shopping, clubbing and to eat out. The bed was cosy along side with the shower and toilet was excellent. The lighting was good as well

Due to the location of the property Friday and Saturday night when it’s usually club events you can hear the music and people shouting till 2-3 am in the morning.

The music from the night club across the road, it was loud and lasted to 5am. Then the plumbing made loud noises at 7.30 am. It was impossible to get to sleep

Sinceramente non mi è piaciuto nulla della struttura.

Le foto della struttura non sono veritiere con la realtà. Stanze sporche con muffa vicino al letto e mochette non pulita, bagno igienicamente non buono, si sentiva puzza di urina. Inoltre la notte sembrava di stare dentro una discoteca, purtroppo sotto la struttura c’è una discoteca e i vetri della stanza sono sottilissimi e si sente tutto tra musica e urla delle persone, impossibile dormire. Io consiglierei una bella ristrutturata perché è veramente penoso.

As soon as entering the building my trainers were sticking to the grimy floor lift didn't feel safe.bad eroma in the halls .on entering the room I noticed the bed pulled out and there was a pantry towel behind the bed .stains on the curtains .iron mark on the carpet .carpet was dirty .bed wasn't made even though we arrived after check in time .filthy disgusting will never book here again

Dirty shower. Dirty towel left in bathroom. Windows didn’t shut properly. Nightclub opposite playing loud music until 6am. It’s definitely not a suite- just a room!

The location was very central.

There for 2 nights and was left no coffee sachets, 1 tea bag and one out of date milk sachets . Self check in so saw no one and no number to call. Central location so knew there would be street noise but advert said sound proof. However the windows didn't fit properly and the club directly across the road started at midnight until 5am, with the double doors open, very loud music, swearing and fighting in the street and the 2 bouncers were very verbal. No sleep both nights

The location was excellent. It is five minutes from Birmingham New Street station where I was catching a train at 8am on Saturday morning. The room was clean and comfortable if a little tired.

It was difficult to access. I needed three codes to get into the property which I ended up calling for on arrival. It would have been easier if these had been sent in advance. However, I should stress that in general the positives far outweighed the negatives.

The location is brilliant as it is just in the town centre and walkable distance to all shops and train station.

The night clubs is not very far from the apartment, music was very loud until 3am in the morning. The duvet is very thin for this weather so was very cold at night.

The bathroom door does not close, the shower is held together with sellotape. Bed is uncomfortable, pillows feel like they're filled with socks and noise from night club untill six o'clock in the morning. Someone urinated in the lift, seedy men pulling up their trousers leaving the massage parlour that shares a hallway. One towel between two people, also the separating walls are built on the windows which somehow block out most light but also too much light coming in at the same time. No bedside table! If you're over thirty avoid.

Fantastic place to stay with easy public transport connections and amazing food nearby. Perfect for a single person

The only downside is the lift in the building - I think it needs to be serviced because it shakes during the trip up and jolts when it stops. There is a sign explaining this but thats at the top!

Bed was comfy

Black mould in several areas of the room, furniture was falling apart such as the mirror in the bathroom. Random green light into the room that cannot be turned off making it difficult to sleep. Random, questionable stains on the carpet and some of the bedding covers.

The ironing board was dirty and I felt the entrance of the property was not up to standards and should be better presented and the lift feels like a death trap.

Brilliant location to get around with loads of choices for eating / drinking

The room could do with a few changes such as a bedside lamp or facility to turn main light off without having to get back out of bed. Also a bedside table would be useful. Bathroom was ok but needs deeper shower tray to stop flooding. For others you need to be aware it’s above a Karaoke venue so can be loud till late but should expect this in central location.

Very central location, very clear instructions from the property and although a little weary of the entrance found it to be a very clean and comfy accommodation.

It smells in the corridor, so I opened the windows to air it out. There is no coffee. The room is dirty; it’s time to repaint the ceiling and replace the stained and dirty carpet, as well as the bed. The bedding smells nice but is stained. The noise from the sewage/drainage system is terrible and scared me several times.

A very handy central location in Birmingham's Chinatown. The entry system worked very well, and the corridor, from which the rooms are off, was clean. The room was OK, the bathroom was very good with a modern shower and lots of hot water. Tea and coffee were available to make in the room.

The noise outside, however this is expected due to location.

It had potential to be a nice property it just needs a lot of TLC to get it there

We couldn’t stay here! Unfortunately, the hallway leading up to the room smells damp and unpleasant. Also the carpet in the room and outside in the hallway are stained etc. Inside the room the bed frame had what seemed to be burn mark holes and the walls were dirty with oily prints remaining on them, side desk in the room also not up to standard. Maybe if the price was significantly lower it would make it worth the stay because you know what you’re getting! They were able to offer a refund which was much appreciated but hopefully they can update the rooms standards before taking any more guests.

It was close to the theatre

It was dirty,cold,the window didn’t close,no where to sit apart from the bed,bathroom wasn’t clean the shower walls were dirty as were the corners. The carpet and bed had stains everywhere. My sister has to use a walker and we just about managed to access everywhere but nowhere on the advert does it say not suitable for disabled. The photographs looked totally different to what we walked into, access into the room was hard for me as I have arthritis in my fingers and find it difficult to pull down and hold whilst pulling with the other hand. Needless to say I will not be recommending these rooms to anyone.
