Estuvimos mucho rato para hacer el check in. Hasta que no llegamos allí no nos enviaron las instrucciones y fue porque le preguntamos. Ya había avisado de la hora de llegada con mucha antelación. Hasta que no nos enviaron un código el guardia de seguridad no nos dio la llave. Tendría que haber sido más ágil el proceso. Estuvimos esperando una media hora. Además el apartamento estaba bastante sucio, sobretodo la cocina. Necesita mantenimiento. La recepción da una sensación de más categoría de la que encuentras en el apartamento.

Room facing directly to malay cemetery, the aircon didnt work at all. Called host to change other room but not available. The air was so still till all of us decided to change other airbnb at last minutes. Wasted 2 nites fee. Suggestion to host, at least prepare a reasonable place for people to stay. Really speechless

全部卡绑定在一起，造成全部人出入不方便，若插电卡造成系统坏掉，写着要赔偿500元，会被吓掉。若要提升，在床边放一两个小桌吧，会造成顾客的方便，不然有一种狼狈的感觉，就是你可能随身的物件要放在地上

The floor was very dirty, with lots of dust and something like a receipt left there. At the same time, it feels itchy when I am sleeping and it feels so uncomfortable. Last but not least, the parking is so annoying especially for those who used to stay in a landed house. Just pls take care of the environment but hopefully staff can do as they promise.

The master bedroom’s air conditioning was completely non-functional, forcing 4 adults and 3 children to squeeze in two rooms in our first night. The overall cleanliness was poor- dust was visibly accumulating on the AC units, and we encountered a cockroach in the room. Many items in the stay were broken, chipped, or poorly maintained. While the host did send someone to inspect the issue the next day and offered a room change, the disruption was unacceptable given that this was meant to be a restful stop for our jet-lagged family with young children still sleeping into the afternoon. We lost confidence in the management and chose to checkout early rather than risk further disappointment.

No me gustó que no se podía llegar a ninguna parte andando porque estas bordeado de carreteras. Tampoco tienes restaurantes alrededor, pero si dos supermercados con lo básico.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026It has two 24 hours groceries which have all the things that you need throughout our stay here, which was really convenient to us. The waiting time for the elevator is quite amazing for a unit at 14th floor! The unit was provided with shampoo and shower cream, good to have it though it is just a simple one, but very convenient for us who reach late at night. The waiting area for Grab is great and the driver can pickup or drop off easily. Plus, the train station to the city center is only nearby. TV with high speed internet is a bonus for us, just to relax our eyes from smartphone screen to watch YouTube or other streaming apps.
The location of the property is quite a distance from the city center, and prepare yourself for higher fare to commute using Grab car. The towels provided was quite old and seems to have been used for quite sometimes. Great if they change it after this. There is a washing machine provided but only limited to quick wash for 18 minutes and no drying function. But, glad the property has a 24 hours self service laundry at level 6. The unit was provided with all the cutleries that you need, but it would be great if a drying rack to be provided. Another thing that could be really useful is the shoe racks. For a trip of 6 pax, there would be at least 6-10 pairs of shoes and sandals, but there is no shoe rack provided to keep it neat and tidy. There is no balcony in the unit for us to hang our wet clothes, but we can send it to dry at the laundry. Quite exhausting after coming back late, but at least the facilities are there for us!

I am giving this property this poor rating because I did not like how the agents handled my complaint regarding the lack of warm, or rather hot, water. I also doubt that the apartment was thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, as this is usually done with hot water, which wasn't working in the accommodation. Suggesting that I move to another apartment shortly before check-out so I could have a warm shower there wasn't helpful given the limited time left. To date, there has been no monetary reimbursement for the problem. Instead, my request was simply ignored and I received no response. However, when it comes to reminding guests, sending videos of checkout, and transferring money for the deposit, the agents are very quick and reliable. The apartment's furnishings are long past their best. You should also take the noise from outside into account. The insulation is not that good. It is sad that some accommodation providers are only interested in their own benefits with a minimum of service for the paying customers.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2025Die guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Nach Buchung muss man eine Kaution hinterlegen, sonst bekommt man keinen Zugang zum Schlüsselcode. Die Kommunikation erfolgt kontaktlos, jedoch freundlich über Whats App. Die Wohnung entspricht nicht den Bildern, abgewohnt, einiges kaputt, muffiger Geruch. Ausblick in den Innenhof. Der Pool unten ist ganz schön. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns jedoch nicht wohl gefühlt.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025This has to be the worse stay of my life. I made a mistake. Keep in mind my family who were visiting KL they too said they haven't ever seen a worse unkept place that this. Place is dull, old, taps broken, broken room doors, terrible beds and literally everything. The host is terrible. We stayed for 20 days and when i asked for a clean up the host said we only clean one a week and anything more you have to pay. Everything pay this pay that. Washing machine was broken for the first few days we had to arrange from an app which was us basically paying 40RM per KG. So 20 days we got cleaning twice. Apparently the host week has 10 days unlike normal people who have 7 days. No trash bags only extra 2 or 3 bags. How does the host expect people to live for 20 days with 6 trash bags. Place was dirty as hell. I don't even know how this place got good reviews. We checked out and moved to a hotel cause man it was a nightmare. Everything with the host is about money. Also in the end we bought our own towels, cups, waste bags for the bin, utensil cleaner, frying pan, and a mini dustbin. Yes mini dustbin. Terrible host.

Réservation faite pour 5 personnes, il manquait le lit pour la 5eme personne. L’appartement est bien mais les parties communes au 26 et 27 (piscine rooftop) sont vétustes.
