空間很大，有小廚房和餐具，也有洗衣機和烘衣機，就像住在家裡一樣舒服！ 一樓和八樓有超市，頂樓有游泳池，整體環境和設備我都很喜歡。

晚上附近的大馬路有人會飆車，噪音很大聲，就算在13樓也聽得見。清晨六點左右會聽見宗教廣播，對噪音敏感的要自備耳塞。

1)房间新颖干净、基本设施齐全。 2) checkin 及check out快速方便。 3) 楼下还有小市场及不少的餐厅茶饮！！这点很赞很方便！

1) 隔音不太理想，隔壁的人出入时，开关大门的声音非常靠近。还有晚上直到清晨都清晰听得见大道交通的声音。 2) 我居住的这间房间，灯光不够明亮。从入门、客厅、睡房、浴室、过道都只有温暖的黄色调而已。

The rooms were huge, modern, and very spacious, with comfortable beds and had great views. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was extremely convenient, and the gym, pool, plus the food and coffee spots downstairs added a lot to the stay.

The main downsides were that the shower was never more than lukewarm and the room was never cleaned during our stay. There was also an issue at check-in where the deposit was accidentally charged at around 100 times the intended amount, which caused unnecessary stress, although it was later resolved.

Waren ein Monat dort und kein einziges mal kam jemand vorbei und hat das zimmer saubergemacht bez. wenigstens gefragt. Sobald irgendwas ist, sind sie verlassen. Keiner der mitarbeiter dort hat irgendwas zu sagen bzw. können helfen. Nicht wieder.

There's no description of how to find your room in a giant residential complex where access is by card (and different ones at that). The concierges didn't explain anything or help. It took over an hour to find and get into my room. It's a whole other quest.

Central location convenient to access anywhere in KL & PJ.

Having to call for top up of water and coffee supplies. Also no supply of a cleaning cloth at all. Should be automatically done.

Die Mensa im 2ten Stock. Alles weitere war in Ordnung. Internet okay aber nicht schnell. Gym okay.

Personal katastrophal. Wenn irgendwas nicht stimmt, passt dann ist man verloren. Wir konten 2 tage lang nicht den Aufzug benutzen da der Eigentümer des Apartments nicht die Rechnung gezahlt hat. Allgemein gibt es auch kein clean service (wir waren ein monat da), und ja, alles anderen ist „okay“. Werde nicht nochmals buchen.

Staff were extremely unhelpful, rude and the room was poorly managed. I was stood in line to check in and was ignored until all locals had been checked in, even if they arrived after.When i arrived my card did not work kn the door. I had to wait 30 minutes for the elevator before going down 30 floors to the concierge who told me they couldn't help and i had to go on whatsapp for support. (I asked to cancel and check out they refused to let me and told me to contact support).When entering the room it was dirty, i had to clean most surfaces. When i tried to check out the guy at the desk was rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. The entire time i stayed here i felt unwelcomed. I am white, this experience may be different if you are not.

Loved the location, the fact that that stores are open till late. the studio was affordable and absolutely amazing in cleanliness and facilities. I loved the sky gym and sky pool, and the place overall felt safe and The staff helped me print and were prompt in answering any questions!

It was a really spacious apartment for the price we paid! Loved the washing machine and dryer. Kitchen utilities and fridge was also really good. Liked that it came with a free parking spot and access to the pool and gym. Having a convenient store downstairs was also a bonus. There was also a little study room which was nice!

Bed sheets and towels weren't clean, there was a lot of weird yellow brown stains. It looked like there was hair inside the bedsheets that showed through. No cleaning services so rubbish just piles up. Floors weren't the cleanest either. Bathroom had some weird yellow stains all over the wall and toilet. The bed wasn't exactly the comfiest, most likely due for a change. The shower area didn't come with a curtain, so when showering the water just splashed outside.

Cleanliness, location, the size of the apartment. Perfectly suitable for getting around KL and surroundings by car and bus thanks to simple free parking and (despite the traffic conditions) pretty reliable bus connection (Millerz shuttle and 6xx lines to KL Sentral and Pasar Seni)

Dirty. The bedsheet have stain and was obviously not wash. Hair dryer was not strong enough. Took a long time to blow dry my hair until I give up of using the hair dryer to continue blow dry. Toilet paper only provide 1 toilet roll without any spare in the room. So stingy. The towel was dirty and has smell obvuously seem like never wash at all. Have to wash myself before using it. Wifi reception was very poor. So corner totally have no service receiving at all. Living hall fan was demantle and there is no air con remote to adjust the temperature at all. What a bad experience for this stay. Shower faucet tap alightment have issue. Having hard times when showering. And there is only just 1 hanger inbthe bathroom can't ecen fylly hang my clothes after hanging the towel when bathing. Worrying my clothes will drop off anytime when showering when having to squeeze to hang all in that 1 particular hanger.

All good. But continuous issues with kitchen exhaust fan and light. Also regularly issues with ceiling lights. Stayed here for 5 months and overall satisfied. Staff very responsive when calling for help.

Great location, plenty of eateries nearby.

Smoky smell when first entering, had to air up the place. Sofa probably needs some cleaning, felt itchy after sitting for a while. The parking scanner card wasn't working, asked for assistance but response wasn't forthcoming. Pool water doesn't look to be cleaned for a while.

Ein neues Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern, einem Balkon ( aus 31. Etage hammer Aussicht ). Pool, Gym, Garten, Läden und Innenparkplatz. Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Küche vorhanden aber minimalistisch ausgestattet was für uns aber völlig ausreichte. Waschmaschine und Dryer vorhanden.

Empfehlung bei der Infonachricht vom Vermieter dass das heisse Wasser mit einem Schalter verbunden ist. Wenn das Licht beim Lichtschalter fürs Badezimmer blau leuchtet ( siehe Bild ) dann kommt warmes Wasser...sonst nicht. Vielleicht für locals selbstverständlich, für uns nicht.

There is some serious issues that need to be addressed and since we are getting ignored by multiple people it is best to put it in a review. We brought to the managers attention of a customer service rep lying to us about many things, we are very loyal customers and have been treated horribly on this stay. The manager advised she will get back to us with a solution only to get another manager to message us and basically tell us to stay elsewhere since our needs are not met bare in mind it is her own staff that have lied to us multiple time and avoided our message. We asked for a complimentary gesture and she refused not entertaining it at all, we asked her to call us and she has ignored us since. They have no blocked out the day of our checkout so we cannot book and have basically given us to Mana Mana as they do not want to deal with us anymore even though we have had issues with them and not vice versa. We have documented all the issues and screenshots of everything and have been ignored by both managers on multiple occasions. Beware of booking here as they even blocked my email from re booking even though it is their team at fault. I will report them accordingly

Be aware and please don’t book, they are very sly and try to cover things up to make themselves look better. Ignored all of our communication and replies to their messages and basically ignored us not wanting to deal with us.

We like the apartments themselves

Staff and management do not care when you bring issues to their attention and they will ignore your messages for days on end with no care and their apologies are forced. When you ask for some understanding and compensation for the clear lies faced with evidence they do not care and do nothing for the customer that has been lied to.

The apartment is at a good location, near Pearl shopping mall, bus stop, and loads of eateries. The apartment itself is large, spacious with good views. I used this as my base to explore most of Malaysia. For short term stay this would suit. Included in the stay were the use of complex gym and pool, great value for money

I can only describe apartment 18-08 as I booked it for 61 days. Firstly no towel rack, it seems silly that your expected to hang used towels on door handles or such. Secondly the TV had no free to air, next the lounge chair had cigarette hole, top of arm rest non existence, and cushions were not comfortable. Contact was via WhatsApp with management, and I found that at time that the response time poor. At the time of booking out, there large construction machinery had arrived very close next door, so I would say that construction nose could be a problem in the future. From what I experienced, I personally would not stay at this location again. I had sent management a text messages outlining my issue prior to leaving,
