Q estaban haciendo arreglos importantes y no fuimos advertidos . Había andamios q dificultaban el paso y las zonas comunes estaba ocupadas con materiales de construcción. Además los trabajos comenzaban muy temprano con el consiguiente ruido. Por la ubicación hay también ruido de locales vecinos durante la noche

Estuvimos muy a gusto. El loft es muy acogedor y está totalmente equipado. El desayuno lo sirven en la habitación y es muy completo. El personal siempre atento, simpático y ayudándonos a resolver las cosas.

El tamaño, el diseño interior y los detalles, las camas, la linda cocina, lo completo que era, el sistema de bandejas con el desayuno que te permite desayunar a la hora que quieras en tu propio espacio. La ubicación a pasos de la plaza es perfecta para ir a cenar a los restaurantes que están ahí.

La Ubicación, la decoración, la calidad de la ropa blanca, amenities. El desayuno autoservicio muy completo.

Se cortó el gas y el agua casi dos días enteros de las tres noches que estuvimos. Están en obra y no hay aviso de ello. Sabemos que hicieron lo posible por resolverlo con respuesta rápida solo por Whatsapp, y un poco más de horas por el servicio de mucama, esto empañó de alguna manera la estadía por la espera tan larga para que regresaran los servicios. También nos hubiese animado alguna linda atención oportuna dada las circunstancias. Algo a tener en cuenta: Solicité el teléfono de un taxi para el día del check out, se ofrecieron a llamarlo y me dijeron directamente lo descontarían del depósito de garantia, me pasaron unos $5000 pesos chilenos, no me pareció adecuado esa iniciativa, porque yo ya tenía el efectivo para pagarlo, así lo manifesté. Al pagarle directamente al taxi, el mismo me cobra solo $2.500.- pesos chilenos.. . entiendo que a su criterio tengan una comisión por el servicio de coordinarlo aunque no estoy de acuerdo que sea el doble.. Y menos luego de haber tenido los inconvenientes vividos; mejorando todo esto, el Loft es muy lindo, práctico y bien ubicado!

Todo estaba muy limpio, la ubicación es muy central, la habitación es muy cómoda y, en general, mi experiencia en el Loft fue perfecta. Agradezco especialmente la atención del personal.

DT Loft is cozy, well equipped and centrally located with everything you need for your stay. Nitza helped us from the very outset at the time of our booking (when our cards were not working) to booking our tour and till after check out (when we left our documents). She has gone beyond and out to assist us and we are very much grateful for her helpful and thoughtful gestures. We 100% recommend this wonderful place and people.

Dass es keinen Parkplatz hat. Es war Lowseason und Parkieren war immer schwierig. Das Zimmer ist zu klein für 3 Personen. Preis war an der Grenze.

Too comfortable that i extended my stays to a week. Offering a stress free stays under the challenging chilling weather in patagonia and early excursions every day. Spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen (even has oven), warm (solid heater including in the bathroom) ; hot shower with good water pressure; tasteful bathroom amenities and home decor. Home cleaning every day and they deliver a good portion and variety of breakfast (there is coffee capsule!) to your firdge so to flexibly cater your need. A remark that if you didn't finish all the breakfast item, they will clear it next day or only change the consumed item. 24hr whatsapp communication if you need anything. Some hiccups since miscommunication but they settle and respond swiftly. Great location in the town centre. Resonable price. Strongly recommend!

El lugar es sumamente limpio y muy bien equipado, hay de todo lo que pudiese necesitar y muy central, cerca de restaurantes, cafe y bares. Sábanas de primera y muy bien calefaccionado.

El lugar esta en remodelacion (están fuera de temporada), por lo tanto algun material a la entrada de las habitaciones. Tambien la luz de entrada estaba quemada asi es que debimos usar el celular para alumbrar.

La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy comoda. El baño era genial y también la cocina equipada El desayuno es muy completo y rico. Se dan huevos, pan y otras cosas el día antes. Así no importa a que hora sales de tour solo lo preparas cuando lo ocupes

The location was great. Really good breakfast delivered the night before. Kitchen good - microwave, fridge, hob …

So hard to find. Even after being dropped off by a taxi it took us a while to find. It’s up an alley to the right of la dorotea cafe.

There was no hot water available for showers, and I found the check-in process unsatisfactory.

Que no tuviera vistas!

Property was clean and had a fridge and all the amenities you’d need. I also liked the fact that since I was often leaving at 7am morning when they start breakfast, they left some breakfast for me in the fridge. The concierge was also very helpful especially as I don’t speak Spanish and English wasn’t his first language. Everything else about the property was very good. It felt secure and was a great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by.

The only small negative is that the shower would fill up (maybe a small blockage). I didn’t have time to see the concierge as I was out all day and there are only a set times someone is available. I could’ve used WhatsApp’s but it was a very small negative.

We were getting breakfast for 3 instead of 4 and some cutlery was missing. Sofa bed was not the best one but bed amazing.

This property is perfect for a visit to Patagonia and Torres del Paine. The location is right outside of the park but in a great small town with tons of great food, coffee shops and shopping. The connection to laundry facility is a great plus and the rooms and modern, and comfortable. Will definitely return.

Lo primero es que el recepcionista nos intentó cobrar un suplemento del 19% por pagar con tarjeta de débito. Algo que no se indicó en ningún momento ni aparecía en el anuncio de Booking. Otras cuestiones son que al llegar (llegamos tarde, a las 22 h) la habitación estaba fría porque el radiador estaba cerrado. Creo que la habitación podría haber estado a una mejor temperatura para cuando llegásemos, visto el frío que hacía fuera y la hora de nuestra llegada. Otra cuestión es que el radiador del baño no funcionaba.

Easy to find. Off the street, so very quiet. Nice size studio apt, with loads of goodies for breakfast. Helpful staff.

Some small maintenance items which I notified the staff about. There is construction occurring at the site which might be a difficulty for late sleepers.

Camera este buna pentru 2 persoane daca se intinde canapeaua nu iti mai incap bagajele in camera, si am avut bagaj mic…

The support and guidance of the people at dt loft is great, specially Sebastian. He guide me to the whole process of getting into Torres del Paine Park, and around the city of Puerto Natales. It was my first time there and the place was exactly what I needed. The room is great, you can cook and feel like a little home in the time you expend in Puerto Natales. Great value for money.

Best place I stayed in Puerto Natales and I stayed in 3 different lofts. The staff are lovely and really helpful, Sebastian at reception is great. The place itself is lovely, has everything you could need for your stay - the kitchen has so much equipment so preparing food is super easy, and they bring you breakfast bits the evening before, ready for your morning which is so cute and special. The stay was really comfortable and the location is perfect, close to everything. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Puerto Natales.

Dieser online Check in hat etwas genervt. Da man in Patagonien nicht wirklich viel Internet hat.

Very comfortable and modern accommodation with small kitchenette. Nice to have a laundromat and coffee shop downstairs!

Not their fault, but spent about hour or so in the AM without electricity. For an expanding hotel, a generator would be helpful.

La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Puerto Natales, cerca de los bares, restaurantes y de las oficinas de los tours. Suele haber gente en recepción y nos guardaron las maletas el último día hasta que salió nuestro avión sin ningún coste. La comida te la dejan en la nevera en tuppers de cristal. La ducha es confortable, el agua sale caliente y con buena presión. La calefacción funciona muy bien.

El desayuno te lo dejan en la habitación la noche anterior, por lo que el pan y tostadas a veces pueden estar un poco secas (a pesar de cubrirlo con papel transparente). Nos retiraron la parte del desayuno que no habíamos consumido, recomiendo dejar una nota para que no se lo lleven, si quieres acabártelo más tarde. El principal inconveniente que tuve es que tuvimos que dejar las dos maletas abiertas en mitad del suelo del salón, pues la habitación es pequeña, el espacio está aprovechado al máximo.

Tydzień przed przyjazdem hotel dokonał blokady na karcie kredytowej kwoty wyższej niż opłata za pobyt. Fatalna akustyka i wentylacja - słychać gości z góry i czuć, co gotują. Fatalne śniadanie do pokoju: 10 gram masła na osobę, pół szklanki soku na osobę, 25 gram muesli i jakiś mały dżemik.

Barulho das obras pesadas no edifício encostado ao quarto que só terminaram às 9:30pm e depois de várias queixas da nossa parte. Não mudámos de quarto aquando do check-in porque nos informaram que as obras terminavam às 6:00pm.

O conforto é muito bom, tudo novinho e funcionando. Chuveiro ótimo e cama muito confortável. Nos pegamos esse loft pq precisamos de um local pra trabalhar ao longo do dia e funcionou muito bem.

A internet podia ser mais rápida e o aquecimento da casa era excessivo. Talvez seja apropriado pro inverno, mas tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas pra poder aliviar o calor e não havia como controlar. Acredito q seja aquecimento central.

Very good location, almost on the main square. Room was good (upper floor), though bathroom was bit worn. Good idea of having breakfast evening before as most of the people wake up early for their trips.

We booked this accommodation at the last minute after leaving a horrid airbnb and couldn’t be happier, the apartment was very clean, the beds were super comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed including an oven. The kitchen/lounge/dining room area was compact but was well designed so it felt roomy. I rarely comment on breakfast but I loved the concept here where they bring you an array of goodies in cute little containers & baskets the night before & you can eat what you want when you feel like it in the privacy of your room. Highly recommended!

Cancelled our reservation while we were in TDP. We had no way to connect to the hotel. Had booked this hotel almost 9 months in advance. Stayed one night when arriving. Paid w a VISA, left belongings for our return (which we also had to pay for). They tried to run the SAME visa while in the park and ran into issues. Cancelled the booking, leaving us without a booking at 6 pm in Puerto Natales after being off the grid for 6 days. For the record, I was able to use this card to book again and for the rest of the entire vacation. I understand a small business, but this was borderline hazardous and dangerous for us - we almost had to rent a tent and stay out in a field because 99.99% of everything within an hour drive was booked. Horrible - and if you read other reviews, you'll see this isn't the first time they've done this. Maybe a bit of critical thinking to know we'd be back and MAYBE the errors that were happening were on your side. Maybe you could have asked us to pay when we where there the first night. Regardless, horrible people. horrible. One of the most stressful things to ever happen to me on a vacation.

Noisy, as the people above you woke around 5.30am to go on tours/trekking and you could hear everything they did - work going on during the day.

Our apartment had a comfortable seating area which was nice to relax in when we got back from our excursions. The beds were very comfortable too. The breakfast was really nice and it was super convenient having it placed in the apartment for us the night before so that we could have it before going out early the next day. It was a good choice of fresh items. The location was excellent right in the centre of town.

There was very loud building work going on which disturbed our peace. Fortunately we were out most of the time it was going on but if we hadn’t been it would have been challenging to relax.
