Tenía mala aislación acústica la pieza, se escuchaba todo de la pieza de al lado.

Reviewed May 30, 2026The location was the main highlight, just a short walk from La Costanera and conveniently close to restaurants, shops and other services in Puerto Natales.
The cleanliness could be improved, as the bedsheet had visible stains. The breakfast selection was also very limited because several items had run out and were not replenished during the breakfast service.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Good location, just one block from the waterfront, which makes it convenient for walking around. Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special. The staff were friendly and happy to store luggage for several days without any issue.
This was our third stay here, but this time it was disappointing. The bedding was dirty, with what looked like blood stains on both beds and hair around the pillows, suggesting it may not have been changed after the previous guests. Unfortunately, we only realised this at midnight when going to bed, so it was too late to complain or request cleaning.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Sehr alte etwas herunter gekommene Zimmer und auch direkt an der Straße sehr laut und hellhörig. Die Wasserleitungen waren so laut, dass ich bei jeder Spülung des Nachbarn wach geworden bin. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch vielseitig und man konnte schon um 6.30 zum frühstücken kommen. War für die Ausflüge sehr gut, da sie meistens sehr früh begannen.

We stayed here the night before and the night after doing the W-trek in Torres del Paine, and they allowed us to store extra luggage in a store room in between. Very good to have staffing at all hours for our late arrival and early departures.
The rooms could have been bigger, and the bathrooms were a little run down/outdated. Got a good night's sleep though.

Quizás mejorar las instalaciones y modernizar. El pasillo del segundo piso es un poco oscuro. También nos dificultó cargar nuestros teléfonos móviles , ya que los enchufes quedaban bloqueados con las camas.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Wir haben aufgrund einer Tour 2x übernachtet und haben komplett andere Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer in der 1. Nacht war im Erdgeschoss und war völlig heruntergekommen. Das Bett, der Teppich müffelte sehr und war alles andere als einladend. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und das Bad war sehr alt. Als wir aber beim 2. mal eingecheckt haben, bekamen wir ein schönes Zimmer im 1. OG. Es war sauber und einladend und hatte alles was man braucht. Bei einer Buchung als unbedingt ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss anfragen! Frühstück war gut, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und die Lage war zentral. Wir durften während unserer Exkursion das Gepäck im Hotel lassen.
