Hostal Like Home

We had such a nice stay. We stayed in August and the room was so comfortable, cosy and warm to return to after big days outdoors. The kitchen facilities are enough to prepare basic breakfast foods. The location is exceptional, right in the centre of town and a short walk to the harbour. Thank you Cecilia!

Awesome stay. Cecilia has created a very special, comfortable space. There are nightstands with lamps, a dresser, hanging hooks and chair in the room. The bathroom is exceptionally well-appointed with shampoo, conditioner, liquid and bar soap, paper towels, bath and hand towels. The shower is large & luxurious with great water pressure and two shower heads. The "tea room" with microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, cups, utensils and seating is so very pleasant and convenient. This was one of the best stays of my 3 months in Patagonia!

This place truly blew us away. After spending more than a week traveling through Argentina, arriving in Chile felt different. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we genuinely felt at home. The host speaks English, and the location is perfect, close to everything. I was honestly a bit sad she didn’t have availability anymore because we would’ve loved to extend our stay. If cleanliness matters to you, this is the place.

Cecilia es un encanto y te hace sentir como en casa. El alojamiento esta limpisimo y el trato es genial. Nosotros tuvimos que coger la habitación que tenía el baño fuera y eso era un poco mas incómodo. Pero aun así lo recomiendo 100%

La chambre est confortable et la salle de bain extérieure se trouve juste en face, ce qui est très simple. La pièce commune qui dispose d’un micro-ondes, frigo, bouilloire, vaisselle, est très pratique et ajoute un vrai plus au confort. Sans oublier l'amabilité de Cécilia, hôtesse très réactive.

Cecilia nous a accueillis avec le sourire. Elle était disponible et très gentille. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et nous avons très bien dormi. La salle de bain était moderne et très bien équipée. Nous recommandons vivement cette merveilleuse chambre d’hôtes !

Everything. Cecilia is very welcoming. The room and bathroom are spotless! The room is a good size, super clean, with a dresser and a tv with Netflix. The wifi works great. There is also a little lounge/coffee room with a microwave, toaster, silverware and dinnerware as well as a boiler and coffee and tea to choose from. This is centrally located with restaurant coffee shops and the oven nearby. A really good find. I would definitely go back.

Апартаменты с отличным месторасположением в Пуэрто Наталес. Тихие, уютные и комфортабельные. В общей гостиной есть чай/кофе. Собственная ванная комната напротив спальни через коридор. В шаговой доступности кафе и рестораны, заправка, в 500м набережная. Сессилия гостеприимная хозяйка, дала нам прекрасные рекомендации по ресторанам, одолжила свои трекинговые палки. Парковались на улице напротив дома.

We loved everything about the property. Cecilia has really made it feel like a home with all of the little details. The apartment was warm, the bed was so comfy, the shower was great and the kitchen had everything you could need. The location was perfect. Cecilia was an amazing host and I’d recommend to anyone visiting.

Tuve un excelente alojamiento de tres noches: La habitación es muy bonita y acogedora, la calefacción muy eficiente, baño muy limpio y con todo los amenities necesarios, el agua caliente perfecto. En resumen: hospedaje muy cálido para venir a descansar luego de largas caminatas por el parque nacional. Me encantó conocer a la Sra. Cecilia, una estupenda anfitriona atenta a cualquier requerimiento. Espero poder regresar. 😄

The only negative I can think to mention is there isn't a kitchen for people who like to cook. But this was not a big deal for us. There are some appliances like a refrigerator, toaster, and microwave that can be used. There is hot water/tea, etc. So still a nice place

Payment was puzzling. Host charged exchange rate well over Central Bank rate. At check in 161,100 CLP for 178.50 USD. (appx 902 ClP/ US $). On departure attempted to charge 60,000 CLP for $ 48 USD breakfast bill. (approx 1250 CLP / USD).

La ubicación es muy buena. La pieza es amplia y bien calefaccionada. El baño es limpio. Hay una salita con refrigerador, hervidor, microondas y utensilios de cocina, además de te, café, endulzante. La anfitrona muy cordial.

Cecilia was very accommodating allowing us to store our luggage at her lovely home, free of charge, while we were out trekking. She also let us check-in late. The place was so comfy, clean, homey, and cozy. Highly recommend!

Bad war ziemlich kalt gewesen, bei der Dusche gab es keine Mischbatterie und man musste länger herumexperimentieren bis man die richtige Temperatur hatte.

This was a clean and quiet property in a good location. The common room, shared by guests was clean and comfortable. There are no breakfast options but there are restaurants close by. The owners are a very nice family.

The entry gate was a little challenging to open, but someone was always available to help.

El Hostal cuebta con 2 habitaciones. Si son una familia o grupo deamigos pueden alquilar ambos y es como estar en una casa. Las camadas SUPER cómodas y todo impecablemente limpio. Celeste es muy atenta y cálida. Gracias!!!

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were so so sweet. They allowed my friend and I to drop off our luggage before the wtrek. When we checked into the room it was inside waiting for us. The house was also soooo cozy and warm. Check in progress was smooth and easy. There’s a cute little room to get water, tea and to put your food in a fridge as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable & shower had conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand wash & hand towels too. The water pressure and heat was perfect. Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. Highly recommend! I would stay here again when I come back to puerto natales. It’s right in the center and so close to the water as well. STAY!’ U won’t regret it.

Cecilia made us feel welcome and helped us figure out how to visit the area especially Torres del Paine National park. Best toilet garbage can I have come across in Chile. We were comfortable and had what we needed. A great stay.

Cecilia, la anfitriona, es encantadora. Hace que te sientas como en casa, te da consejos sobre el lugar y está siempre disponible para cualquier duda. El alojamiento está muy bien situado, es silencioso y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia básica.

Nuestra habitación tenía baño privado, pero para acceder a él había que pasar por el pasillo principal. No fue ningún problema, aunque algo incómodo en cuanto a privacidad.

The Chilean hosts (Cecilia and her husband) are very helpful and welcoming. (Cecilia speaks good english). The apartment is very tastefully decorated, bright and very clean. You can regulate the heating as needed. The double bed is very comfortable and we enjoyed the wonderful hot shower. Lots of details like hear-dryer, espresso-Machine, Toaster uso. The Apartment is located right in the center but as you are in the backyard very quiet and safe. You can walk in a few minutes to the promenade, the central park, restaurants, museum, laundry uso. We can highly recommend this place.

As it is in the backyard it has no view but as a result is very quiet.

Everything. Cecilia and her husband are the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. Perfect stay. I had a minor medical matter to deal with and they were incredible and went to the pharmacy for me - and didn’t charge me a dime for the time or the ear drops. Great hosts and kind, decent people. I’ll be back.

El lugar es cómodo, aseado y con una ubicación muy central y segura. La atención fue excelente, siempre muy atentos. ¡Recomendado!

Agradezco enormemente el excelente trato y disposición de Cecilia y su marido Luis. La habitación es acogedora y muy calentita, el baño impecable e incluso cuentan con un espacio de descanso donde puedes hacerte un té o café. El Hostel está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la Costanera y a 4 de la plaza, en la misma calle hay varios restoranes y pequeñas tiendas. Me fui a hacer un tour y me permitieron dejar mis dos grandes maletas el día completo en el lugar, lo que realmente agradecí.

La calidez del lugar daba gusto llegar y encontrar calentito el dormitorio,la señora era muy amable Es un lugar agradable si buscan donde estar cerca de todo creo que lo recomiendo.

El que diga baño privado y realmente no sea dentro del mismo dormitorio era un poco incómodo salir en la mañana o noche al baño del frente en un pasillo de uso común donde puedes toparte con otros huéspedes si bien no es un tremendo problema para alguien que le gusta socializar esta bien, pero para quienes buscan estar alejado del contacto externo y solo quieren un lugar privado donde quedarse mm.. no se.
