C’est un endroit très calme un peu reculé de la ville, l’établissement est très propre, le personnel est là pour répondre à nos questions, et l’espace kitchenette partagé nous a été très pratique. La vue est magnifique depuis l’hôtel, nous avons vraiment passé un bon moment. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas grand mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut !

We absolutely loved staying at Quinta Vale Vitis! The views are amazing, the pool is very inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly — absolutely everyone made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was great, the rooms were lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. A few extra things we really appreciated: each building has a common area with a kitchenette and microwave, which is very convenient if you want to warm up some food. There’s no fridge in the rooms, but there is one available in the common area. They also have a sauna and excellent massage services. I definitely recommend treating yourself to a massage — it was very good! Overall, a wonderful place to stay, with beautiful surroundings and genuinely warm hospitality. We would happily come back! 🌿✨

אהבנו הכל! צוות נדיב, עוזר, עונה מיד לכל שאלה. מקום יפה, מעוצב ברמה גבוהה, חדר נוח (כן מדרגות לקומה שנייה, אבל לנו זה לא הפריע). חצר מהממם, אוכל טעים, נוף מטורף, בריכה . מיקום מעולה (מאוד דאגנו, לקחנו רק לחצי זמן שהיה שלנו, אחרי שעזבנו פשוט התבאסנו שלא הזמנו לכל השבוע). אתה מגיע בקלות רבה מהמלון לכל נקודה באי. מלון מושלם

Esperienza e location impeccabili. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera comoda, pulitissima, ampia e luminosa. La piscina è una chicca non indifferente. Credo che sia la miglior struttura in cui state per rapporto qualità prezzo, mentre si visita il nord di Madeira

Très bel hotel, tout confort, mise à disposition d'espace commun en plus c'était un moment très agréable

Une quinta sur les hauteurs de San Vicente où le calme règne. Le nombre de d’hôtes est limité ce qui contribue à la quiétude. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits pour nous ressourcer après des randonnées. Nous avons profité du Sauna et de la piscine et nous avons pu commander un massage très relaxant. La vue sur les montagnes embrumées par les nuages est incroyable. Buffet de petit déjeuner simple mais très bon. À proximité de l’hôtel(5 min de voiture), plusieurs bons restaurants. C’est sans doute notre plus beau logement pendant notre séjour à Madère. Nous avons hâte d’y retourner.

Ubytovanie bolo jedno z tých najlepších čo sme mohli mať. Naozaj dôkladne čisté. Nenašla som nič špinavé alebo moc používané. O prostredie sa stále starali. Opravovali, maľovali čo bolo treba - zároveň to nijak nerušilo náš pobyt. Izba bolo dostatočne veľká so všetkým čo je potrebné. Každý deň výmena uterákov, na izbe možnosť klasických uterákov, uterákov k bazénu či župan. Na ubytovaní sa dá aj zadarmo parkovať čo je veľké plus keďže na Madeire sa moc bez auta nepohnete. Areál ubytovania je naozaj nádherný, nevedeli sme sa vynadívať na výhľade. Voda v bazéne čistá, dostatočne teplá. Personál stále k dispozícii a veľmi milý. Na ubytovaní je zároveň super, že máte spoločnú miestnosť ako obývačku spolu s mini kuchynkou kde si môžete niečo malé pripraviť, či zohriať. Je tam mikrovlnná rúra, servis a rýchlovarná kanvica s chladničkou. Na ubytovaní majú aj svoje role a pestujú si väčšinu zeleniny.

Ubytovanie má zároveň aj pár drobných mínusov, no záleží aj od preferencií. Raňajky sú každý deň to iste, dosť malý výber ak tam bývate týždeň. Nám to posledné dva dni veru už moc nechutilo, nie je tam až tak málo hostí aby dali aj širší výber a niečo iné. Na izbe je veľká TV ale nijak využiteľná. Nie je tam ani Netflix či YouTube kde by sa dalo niečo pozerať. Nedalo sa na ňu pripojiť ani nijak cez telefón. Čo sa týka upratovania izby, síce upratovali posteľ, menili uteráky ale žiaľ nevysávali čo bolo po týždni vidieť. V areály majú aj vlastne fitness čo je za nás takisto veľmi málo využiteľné. Boli sme si dvakrát zacvičiť a na dovolenkové cvičenie sme si nejako zacvičili ale na taký veľký priestor je škoda ho troška lepšie dozariadovať. No ten výhľad z fitka a raňajok sa musí nechať. Ešte by som spomenula, že chladnička v spoločnej miestnosti je dosť malá ak si chcete niečo pripravovať celý týždeň. Za nás by bolo lepšie mať na každej izbe vlastnú chladničku malú, keďže na Madeire je dosť teplo a ľudia si radi chladia aj vody čo my sme si nemohli. Zároveň naši spolunávštevníci si radi kupovali morské plody a potom nám všetko v chladničke páchlo.

Our stay exceeded all our expectations. We stayed for two weeks and used this hotel as our home base while we explored the island. The staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating, as are the amenities. The spa was a nice extra after coming back from a long hike. Breakfast is also excellent and varies a bit every day.

The only thing we would have preferred is better mattresses, the ones in the hotel are very hard But this is personal preference. :)

Heerlijk zwembad en goede kamer

Very beautiful and charming hotel in a fantastic landscape and location! Everything is very stylish, but still humble and authentic. The staff is extraordinarily kind, helpful and made us feel welcome and happy. The pool is very clean and maintained, there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas. The breakfast has a very high quality and they offer local products. Even the hotel has a small gym and sauna. Furthermore they have a beautiful garden and let you walk through the vineyard and veggie garden area. Overall: Fantastic!

De rustige ligging, mooie kamer met een heerlijke douche, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, parkeergelegenheid, proper en mooi afgewerkt

Locatie was top, goed te bereiken. Personeel was erg vriendelijk, wil je overal mee helpen. Goed ontbijt. Genoeg parkeermogelijkheden voor de auto.

Bed was aan de harde kant, soms kon je de veren voelen.

Las almohadas de la habitación

Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással, és örömmel visszatérnénk. Tökéletes kiindulópont volt Madeira felfedezéséhez, autóval a sziget minden része könnyen elérhető volt. A szoba tágas, tiszta és kényelmes volt, az ágy pedig különösen nagy és kényelmes, így a hosszú túranapok után igazán jól lehetett pihenni. A reggeli választéka ugyan nem volt túl bőséges, de minden nagyon finom, friss és kiváló minőségű volt. A szálloda környezete rendkívül igényes és gyönyörű, mindenhol rendezett, kellemes hangulat fogadott bennünket. Külön szeretnénk kiemelni a szaunát, amely nagyon gyorsan felmelegedett. A hegyi túrák után fantasztikus érzés volt ott átmelegedni és kipihenni a napi fáradalmakat. Mindenkinek szívből ajánljuk ezt a szállást, aki kényelmes, nyugodt és igényes helyet keres Madeira felfedezéséhez.

Néhány apróságon azonban szerintünk érdemes lenne javítani. A közös konyhában a mosogatás jelenlegi megoldása a mai elvárások mellett már nem igazán megfelelő. A vendégeknek maguk után kellett elmosogatniuk, a mosogatószivacs már elhasználódott volt, csepegtető pedig nem állt rendelkezésre, így minden edényt ugyanazzal a konyharuhával töröltek szárazra. Egy kisebb mosogatógép sokkal higiénikusabb megoldás lenne, és jelentősen javítaná a közös konyha használhatóságát. A szobában egy saját, kisebb hűtőszekrénynek is nagyon örültünk volna. A közös hűtő kevésnek bizonyult ennyi vendég számára, és inkább kollégiumi hangulatot árasztott, ami nem igazán illik egy négycsillagos szállás színvonalához. A reggelinél jó lenne nagyobb figyelmet fordítani az ételallergiával vagy ételintoleranciával élő vendégekre. Én például magamnak vásároltam növényi tejet és kenyeret, de úgy gondolom, hogy ma már néhány alap allergénmentes alternatíva – például növényi tej vagy gluténmentes pékáru – elvárható lenne egy ilyen kategóriájú szálláshelyen. Végül az erkély tisztasága hagyott némi kívánnivalót maga után. Érkezéskor meglehetősen poros és szennyezett volt, látszott, hogy egy ideje nem takarították. De összességében ezek apróságok voltak és nem befolyásolták az itt eltöltött 10 napunkat.

Cet endroit est magnifique, au calme, entouré de montagne, avec piscine et sauna, la chambre était très agréable, le salon et la cuisine commune très pratique et un super petit déjeuner, je recommande vraiment!

Experiencia fantastica, super recomendamos. A localizaçao é boa, numa zona mais calma do que o Funchal mas ainda assim proxima de imensos pontos de interesse, restaurantes e serviços. O pequeno almoço tem muita qualidade e todos os dias tem alguns produtos diferentes. A cama era muito confortavel e a piscina aquecida um plus. E a vista e ambiente envolvente incriveis. Certamente a voltar numa proxima visita a Madeira.

O unico pormenor que gostaria que fosse diferente é o horario do pequeno almoço, pois poderia ser disponibilizado pelo menos meia hora mais cedo para permitir sair cedo e aproveitar o dia

We loved the location and the swimming pool. The breakfast was good and the shower was perfect. The bedsheet la were amazing and the towels were a good quality. The rooms are very clean and the structure has a lovely feel about it. There is a microwave and a small community fridge in the shared lounge area. The views are amazingly beautiful.

The beds are small and very hard! The pillows aren’t great. A bed topper would make all the difference. There are no shower caps or amenity kits.

Le lieu est calme et très reposant après une bonne journée de visite et de rando. La vue de la piscine est tout simplement magique. La chambre est très confortable.

Un cadeau de bienvenue lié au domaine viticole qui entoure l'hotel aurait été apprécié.

Le personnel est super accueillant, l’établissement a l’air super neuf, le petit déjeuné est pas mal, franchement hésité pas !

Le seul point négatif, c’est qu’il y a pas vraiment de restaurant à proximité si votre moyen de transport c’est les taxis. Si vous voyagez en voiture c’est l’endroit parfait !

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé au centre de l’île de Madère, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les différents points d’intérêt. Les espaces communs sont très agréables et bien aménagés, avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer ses repas si on le souhaite. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, copieux et de très bonne qualité. Mention spéciale pour la piscine et sa vue absolument magnifique : un panorama à couper le souffle qui rend le séjour encore plus mémorable. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

L accueil a l arrivée a été un peu rapide et impersonnel mais quand nous sommes partis le contact avec une des jeunes femmes du petit déjeuner nous a fait plaisir.

J'ai tout aimé (piscine chauffée, sauna, petit-déjeuner, propreté, calme...). Merci.

Eine kleine wunderschöne Anlage und vorallem ruhig! Diese Aussicht in die Berge einfach wunderschön. Perfekte Lage um alles auf Maderia zu erkunden. Wir sind nirgendwo länger als eine Stunde hin gefahren. Außerdem gibt es genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Ein Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut aber leider bei einem längeren Aufenthalt etwas eintönig. Die Getränke an der Bar waren im Vergleich zu den allgemeinen Getränkepreisen auf der Insel relativ "teuer".

Tolle Unterkunft in den Bergen von Madeira. Der Check-in lief ohne Probleme und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Hotel ist mit Sauna, Gym und Außenpool super ausgestattet. Für alle Gäste steht ein Auftenhalts- und Küchenbereich mit Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und frisch. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Veel natuur, prachtige uitzichten. Hikes dichtbij. Wij vonden dit perfect. Een goede sauna en een heerlijk zwembad. Lekker ontbijt, ook genoeg voor vegetariërs. We hebben een massage geboekt, dit was de beste ooit!! Wij raden dat enorm aan!

De keukenvoorziening was slecht. Je kon niets zelf koken, er was geen thee, wel koffie. Je moest je eigen water regelen. Dat viel ons wel tegen.

A lovely stay in a quiet location with a nice scenery and swimming pool on the north side of Madeira. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need. Parking is easy. A great place to relax and enjoy the island.

Breakfast was a bit limited in variety and remained the same each day. Adding some background music in the breakfast area would help create a warmer and more inviting atmosphere.

Jammer dat wij twee kamers hadden die niet bij elkaar waren

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr höflich. Auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung in mitten von einer außergewöhnlich schönen Landschaft war das genau das Richtige.

De bedden waren naar onze smaak wat hard. Na aangeven kregen we een topper aangeboden wat super fijn was!

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains. A generous breakfast with fresh juices is served. Guests are welcome to use the communal kitchen, which is well-equipped and has a fridge. A particular highlight is the gym and sauna. Bruno the sheep is very friendly, loves being stroked and adores carrots as a little snack. It would be lovely if he could have a friend and a little hut so he can find shelter during storms and rain (see photo). We felt very much at home and can highly recommend the accommodation.

Einfach alles. Die Unterkunft ist mit Sauna, Gym, Pool und co bestens ausgestattet. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, die Zimmer schön und sauber, das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Absolutely amazing place and view

The cleaning was quite mediocre, and the laundry was not changed.

The location is beautiful located in the mountains in a very quiet environment. Breakfast in general was good and the food was good quality. Free parking on the property is also a bonus point. The houses were the rooms are located in have a shared fridge and microwave.

The staff was very unfriendly: No greeting at all, Check-in was done without any words saying (just made a copy of our ID and that was it), when asking a question staff interrupted immediatly and saing "no" without even listening to the question. Room service was very superficial, no cleaning of the surfaces or the floor. Gym and pool were often closed and just opened after asking for it. No restaurant or bar service provided on the property although it was listed on their homepage and in their service catalog on the room.

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön oberhalb im Tal von Sao Vicente umgeben von Bergen und mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls gepflegt. Alles wirkt modern gestaltet, behält aber trotzdem seinen eigenen Charme. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und wirkt frisch. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Hotelanlage hat einen atemberaubenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und top ausgestattet. Beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und alles ist reibungslos verlaufen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick ein toller Start in den Tag. Ein Highlight ist definitiv die Sauna und der Außenpool, welcher auch zur Winterzeit genutzt werden kann. Ein Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Art findet man selten. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

De kamer was erg mooi en van alle comfort voorzien. Het ontbijt was uitstekend! Iedere dag wat anders lekkers. De sauna en zwembad waren echt een pluspunt.
