Lovely location, everything you need in one place. Accomodation very clean and comfortable. Extremely quiet, especially after 10pm which was appreciated. Bed was extremely comfortable. The best I've slept in. Where do you get your mattresses? I need one.

Only small gripes as follows: very small kitchen area. When you are trying to cook a fried breakfast inc. toast, not really much room once you have toaster out on the side. Also, think batteries need replacing in the downstairs remote control. Upstairs telly I had to login to my ITVx account which I didnt need to do last time. Also, no carpet on wooden stairs. As we are of a certain age, we had to wear trainers each time as felt a little doddery trying to get up and down stairs. But this did not ruin our enjoyment of the accommodation.

The WiFi was a bit bad when connecting to my phone but was fine on the TV. The shower was too hot and wouldn't cool down so had to wash my toddler with the water from the sink.

The location was good for us as our main reason for our stay was visiting my niece. We liked the room we were allocated (5) as it has the bedroom upstairs. We also liked the staff particularly Jemima she would stop and chat and asked if there was anything else we needed, in fact all the staff we met were extremely friendly.

The only thing we would say is that the sofa is really uncomfortable to sit on, so we pulled it out as a bed to sit and watch the tv.

Clean and comfortable, attractively decorated room. Loved the mirrors. Excellent lighting in the bathroom.

Location was good, instructions were good and nice to have parking nearby. The bathroom was good with a nice shower.

It was really quite basic, the bed was quite hard and we both found it too bright for sleeping as the outside light shone through the high windows. The kettle leaked on pouring and needs changing for H&S please

Lovely clean rooms, close to all amenities. Stayed there a few times,always up to expectations, will be using them again.

Great room for a short stay in Ramsay. Pleasant surroundings and close to the shops. Checking in was easy and the owner was extremely helpful with anything we needed.

The Sofa bed was hard to pull out and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

That i had rang to drop bags off early a week or do before, as going to a wedding, but could not get in room, and no one about to ask.

booking.com didn’t supply me with the codes 24hrs before like it stated to open the doors I had to call the receptionist to gain access but he was very helpful. Also the room Fan was on when we came in , it made it hotter during the heatwave unfortunately there’s no air conditioning which made the sleeping not great

Perfect location to spend time with family in Ramsay, very clean and very comfortable had everything we needed and the air conditioning was an absolute blessing.

It was a hot day and it made it really hot in the room and my room was directly opposite a beer garden, the net curtains offer no privacy so you have to draw the curtains, and the TV signal was awful.

Lovely central location in Ramsey, very quiet and close to amenities with good free parking. The room was really clean and nicely decorated, comfy beds and a big fan to keep cool in the hot weather.

I have stayed here before so this was obviously my first choice when I was looking for a place to stay

There was no air con so the room was very hot. There was a fan at the property, the fan could have done with a clean. I sent an email through bookings.com to see if we could check in earlier and did not receive a response to my request, I then sent a text via WhatsApp followed by a phone call and spoke to the host who was very accommodating, unfortunately we had car issues and could not get there at the time I requested. Regarding the fan it was room 2 that I stayed in.

Situation very convenient and excellent for all our needs. It’s our 4th visit while visiting family. Great communication via AI buddy and hand key code received with no problems. Thoughtful tea coffee milk facilities left for arrival. Hope to stay again.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Lovely little find. Had everything we required. Very cosy and clean and quiet location. Lots of shops and eating establishments in the vicinity. Bed was very comfortable. Very informative welcome pack provided.

We couldn't quite work out how to use the stove top. Bit technical for us oldies. We did call in someone to help, but they weren't sure either. But very helpful and it did work eventually.

We loved this place, a great find and we will be returning. The air con was fab and it was really clean and had a lovely feel about it. The pub next to it was an added bonus.

A nice stay over. Well situated in the town. Reasonably peaceful even though the pub across the walkway. Nice pub too. Shower excellent. Nice little river and golf course very close . Would deffo stay again

We found the bed too hard but some people may like that so I wouldn't really down any marks for that. Only other small thing was the two frying pans really do need replacing and I fixed the one without the handle so back to two again. Definitely not non stick 🙂 That's it really .

Central location. Good sized living area and bathroom.

A public footpath runs past all the rooms. The car park is shared with the pub next door which I thought might be a problem but wasn't. Most of the disturbance came from people walking by with children and dogs running around, sometimes right up to the glass door. It didn't happen all the time but when it did it was rather irritating. Also, very limited food preparation and storage space.

Comfortable, laundry facilities, small kitchen with hot plate and microwave.

Check in time of 4pm, very intermittent wifi dropped out often, narrow entry in the property.

We have stayed here previously because of its location and clean facilities

This property has a rodent problem. I contacted them on the second night to let them know there was a mouse issue in the attic above the bed. They entered the property the next day, set mouse traps in another part of the property where there were no mice, then messaged to tell me that they couldn't access the attic so couldn't deal with the problem. I was offered no alternative room. I spent three sleepless nights listening to a family of mice making a lot of noise in the attic directly above the bed. The property offered no compensation. They said they would 'investigate' by asking people staying in other rooms if they had a problem, and if previous residents of the room I was staying in had a problem. How that would inform them of the issue that I experienced for three nights is bewildering. Neighbouring rooms may not have mice in their attic space, and the mice may not have taken up residence prior to me staying a the property. The least they should have done was offer alternative accommodation, or issued a partial refund. Do not stay here unless you want to pay a lot of money to not be able to sleep, to then experience terrible customer service from the team.

Fantastic little apartment. So cosy, warm and clean. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend. Great pub next door.

Location , walked outside and was in the town. , property backed onto lovely walks and although pub opposite there was no extra noise or people causing trouble. Nice to have somewhere near by to have a drink and meal then walk across carpark to bed! Perfect

The 4g & 5g signal is very poor in this area (I have EE and O2 Sims in a dual sim phone) and with 3g switched off there’s an increased need for Wifi. But a technical issue was not adequately resolved meaning I had little to no communication: not even with the host except for the direct line telephone outside.

Accommodation was excellent, very clean and well equipped, tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. area was very quiet and the George pub nextdoor was very welcoming. Bed was comfortable but too low.for me But apart from that everything was great.

The Location was spot on only a 5 minute walk to my sisters, the room was absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future

Good location for dog walks and a nice inexpensive get away; clean and tidy and decent size for two plus dog. Very close to amenities!

Said it had an oven and microwave (so purchased frozen food for the oven) but there was not one so that was frustrating and costly! The bed was not the best but OK for 2 nights.

Location and key code access we're great for me. Room was warm, clean and comfortable.

Could do with some better soundproofing, but I do also recognise there may have been a bit more noise due to my stay being over Christmas and there were a lot of celebrating at the pub next door. It wouldn't put me off staying again.

Difficult entry from Road to property, strong smell of cleaning product, no bottled water & the cold tap in kitchen area ran with warm water all the time.

Clean and comfy. Plenty of parking. Coffee, tea and sugar was provided. Shower gel and shampoo and hand wash too. Thanks.

There is a pub opposite with people standing outside. We had to make sure that the kids didn't go from house to house by themselves. The van did make it through the narrow alleyway but it was stressful due to the narrowness.

Spacious very well equipped room. kitchen area very useful as no meal options. Great location , central to town and eateries and for me walking distance to golf club. That said no noise issues. Keycode access worked well for me but be aware zero staff in attendance although contact number for any issues. Place was clean and well presented

Access off street through archway is biggest negative. Difficult at times.

The room was lovely. It was spacious and had everything we were looking for. It was clean, modern and very warm. It is located right in the centre of the village and within walking distance of a number of restaurants and pubs. It was very quiet and the villagers made us feel very welcome.

The rest of the room was nice, good concept. Most of the issues aren't technically the hotels fault but it's the whole experience that is ruined

The noise outside didn't stop. A van parked outside our door and the doors were slamming continuously all night and morning. The pub noise was ridiculous. The sofa bed mattress was so thin you could feel the metal frame when laying on it. It's too hot but the Aircon was switched so it couldn't be used and the window painted shut.

Modern, clean studio/room with excellent facilities! Hadn't realised there would be a small kitchenette with tea & coffee making etc, which was a lovely bonus :) Great location for what we needed, and very accommodating hosts who were flexible about check-in & check-out times which was much appreciated!

Driving through the arch way to get to property, it was narrow. The fridge was noisy at night very annoying.

Brewing facilities ready for arrival and all cooking utensils. Plenty of clean towels.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. Also noticed a lot of cobwebs above the curtains of the doorway and dust on the black beams.
