Price, a little expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed in

We asked for ground floor we got ground floor, we asked to be two rooms together and we got that and we only booked a couple of hours before . fantastic hotel lovely facilities, we had food there and we used the Spa, the pool was lovely temperature which is unusual for a hotel pool . Lovely venue, very comfortable stay it’s definitely somewhere we would stay again

Mooie rustige ligging , ruime comfortabele kamers , ruime gym en mooi zwembad. Ontbijt was erg goed en uitgebreid en werd ook in laatste uur goed bijgehouden. Eigen parking tegen kleine vergoeding.

Prijzen roomservice vrij hoog en daarbovenop een “ bezorgtip” a 5 pond……ook niets bijzonders op je bord.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The leisure suite was great, we used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The buffet breakfast was superb and the bar was busy and showed live sport. Was good value for money and situated on a business park close to Brampton which has a lovely riverside pub with a mill.

Die Tische in der Bar waren noch lange mit Geschirr belegt, auch wenn die Gäste längst fertig oder sogar gegangen waren.

All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Tasty breakfast in the morning.

Location. Aware before booking on that. So was not a problem, disappointment on arrival. My preference is a hotel within walking distance to a village/ town .

Pool! Staff were fantastic. Recognised a few from previous visit which is always a good sign for retention.

Water pressure very low in wetroom but might have been because of the pressure that water companies are enduring due to heatwave 6! No radio available on tv.

Great location for a music festival at Grange farm. 15mins by car. The pool was nice and breakfast good with lots of choice.

The maid was a little lax and forgot to refill the tea and coffee every day and usually there was at least 1 towel missing but minor things we had to request and were sorted pretty quickly.

I had worst time my 2 kids wasnt allowed to sqim or use gym facilities on there own with out an adult but they was allowed there own room they are 15

I paid 417 pounds including breakfast we didnt attend breakfast the showers had no pressure at all it was tbe worst shower we all have had I also didnt get my 100 pounds deposit back

Overall great. Staff were great. Food was great. Service catering for dietary requirements was great. Will be going back.

Tap in room was stiff. Toilet seemed unclean. Rude 3rd party swimming instructor. On 2nd day theybattempted to avoid cleaning the room, despite specufic instruction to do so. After complaining they rectified.

A really excellent breakfast with everything anyone could wish for. Great choice of coffees and teas and 3 juices. Pastries, cereals, scotch pancakes with toppings, fruit, cheese, cooked meats, yoghurt, full cooked breakfast buffet. There is a fabulous fitness and leisure centre with even a pool, hot tub and sauna. There is also a bar with large screens. The bar and restaurant both serve food in the evenings. The staff are very kind and helpful.

The staff were wonderful,friendly and helpful! The family room was great for our family if four and the pool was lovely!

Very nice, courteous service. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable mattress. It was great to have European products available at breakfast. Unfortunately, we were just passing through and couldn't use the pool and spa area, but they looked impressive. It deserves a high rating.

The staff are exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

The food doesn’t hit the mark for the price. The drinks are way off the mark priced for this level of hotel.

New dinner menu has less traditional options. Too many were “spiced.” Even the Sea Bass had a spiced sauce

It was conveniently located in Huntingdon and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. We stayed with our dog and they provided a dog bed, treats and a dog bowl!

Staff friendly and responsive, it had a pool/ jacuzzi. Breakfast was good - lots of options.

Bed was too hard, had to request mattress topper and extra pillows and a fan as the air conditioner wasnt working as you'd expect. Bad job done of silicon/ decorating (Painting) in toilets/ swimming pool - made it look less than appealing.

Bathroom cleanliness could have been better

when it came to checking out of the hotel I forgot a cherished family heirloom in the bathroom. I contacted the hotel afterwards and the speed and assistance which I received in them locating my cherished item and also posting it to me was first class. I thank you dearly for assisting me in this course And returning my watch to me.

I left my room key in the room (which I am forever doing) I stay away every week and must do this at least once a week. However this is the first time I was actually asked for ID rather than just being handed a key when providing a number as every other hotel does. This is absolutely the right thing to do and finally good to see a hotels not handing out keys so easily!!

No Greek yogurt or any yogurt at breakfast

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The customer service was outstanding—nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Any small request I had was handled quickly and with genuine care, which made me feel very well looked after. The room itself was beautiful, luxurious, spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Overall, it was a gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing stay in a very comfortable setting, and it felt like excellent value for money.

The shower did not have a handheld option, which made it difficult to rinse comfortably, and the bath did not drain very well. The bed was also not very comfortable, although a big mattress topper was provided when requested and this made it very comfortable indeed.

La ducha de la bañera era fija y era bastante incómodo. El parking del hotel es de pago, lo cual resulta prácticamente obligatorio si vas en coche, ya que no hay posibilidades de aparcar gratis en los alrededores.

Breakfast was good- selection excellent and really liked the good quality tea!! The staff were incredible. The best service I have received at a hotel to date. So kind, helpful and approachable, nothing was a problem - really outstanding.

Had to dit in the bar with our dog for meals. Not logical as this was also a food area and actually better room than the restaurant (same food), however at breakfast it was like we were social parish and had to sit alone in the big bar . Despite having taken £30 for cleaning after our dog had been in the room , they had not prepared for us to have breakfast sitting with our dog

The Breakfast Was comprehensive, lots of choice and all nicely cooked. Hotel was super clean, rooms were really comfortable. Hard to fault to be honest.

Decor quite random… rooms nice but bathrooms dated and some very odd “trying to be quirky” artwork… but in old, tired wonky frames which are really irritating to face in the bar area. Parking is an additional cost, Breakfast is expensive. Both should be included in room rate

Restaurant staff weren’t very well trained

I got a large room with air conditioning on a very HOT weekend. This was the only hotel in 3-days to give me aircon. However, the controls for the aircon were a bit of a mystery to me. It was nice to be able to eat my evening meal and my breakfast outside

It wasn't easy to locate this hotel off the roundabout, and I missed the turning and had a long drive to get back around. A sign is needed. The water in my room was impossible. Getting the right temperature out of the shower seemed impossible and the stream of water wasn't very good when it came out. The bathroom sink only ran at about one third the expected rate, and again it seemed difficult to get the desired temperature whether hot or cold. I suggest this hotel is due for a refresh.

Had a wonderful time with my family. The room was nice with a small fridge which was very handy. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choice. We had evening meals, the children's menu had a good few options. Zucchini fries, tomato soup, mac and cheese followed by the chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and chocolate ice cream was their favourite. I tucked into the pork belly bites and pork ribs which was delicious. Orange and lemon water available in the lobby. The pool and sauna area were not too crowded and we had a lot of fun time in there. They single off half the pool for children and families and the lane swimmers. Ample parking at £5 per day charge. Lovely hotel.

The drawer in the room was broken but it was fixed the next day. No problem. Even though the air conditioning was on the room was a bit too warm but we are having a bit of a heatwave right now which is down to nature.

Pool, gym and sauna fantastic, breakfast amazing and worth the price.
