As usual, from the check-in to check-out, everything is perfect.

The restaurant staff at dinner time should be more attentive to customer, compared to the staff at breakfast time who is very customer oriented and reacts quickly to our request.

Appeasing to the eye very comfortable. Easily to navigate around and find what you wanted. Plenty of car parking spaces. Quiet and comfortable. Accepted dogs.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Always enjoy a stay at Holiday Inn in Huntingdon, useful stopover when visiting family. You can rely on a friendly reception service, and always a high standard of cleanliness. Easy to locate from A14 also, useful if travelling late.

The room was excellent, very quiet, comfortable and clean, everything we would expect, dinner was good and value for money. Breakfast was perfect, staff cheerful and helpful. Reception staff helpful and friendly

Rooms were very decent just as expected and customer service from staff was excellent.

I did not want to leave by 12 lunch time, I felt like I could of stayed another night.

The location was set in a quiet, peaceful part of the countryside, it was easy to travel to and parking was very good.

The breakfast service could have been a lot better. We arrived at 8.30am. The orange juice had run out and the wait to replenish took more than five minutes by which time a queue had built up. Similarly the fried eggs had run out and after waiting more than 5 minutes the queue of people were advised to come back later. By the time I had eaten the rest of my cooked meal I wasn’t inclined to go and get the eggs. Other customers must have felt the same as me because the cooked eggs were still there when I left. I also didn’t have any natural yogurt and fresh fruit because again they had run out, I couldn’t be bothered to ask for more and wait yet again.

Friendliness and efficiency of all the staff we met, particularly the young man on the desk on Saturday 22nd August. Excellent room in a well appointed and well kept establishment No dinner taken but breakfast offered a good choice without going overboard. Numerous accessible rooms on the ground floor, most unusual.

My husband is a Coeliac. The breakfast team were fantastic with getting him things he could actually eat (believe me, this doesn’t always happen at other places!)

Dogs on site (that were clearly not assistance animals) as I am highly allergic with asthma.

I had emailed prior to stay to ask if possible to stay in a room overlooking racecourse but never received an answer. Prices of drinks expensive.

Great nights sleep

Absolutely fantastic service. A family reunion so lots of us . Staff could not be faulted so hospitable.

Breakfast was ok but some of the waitresses were not

I reserved a queen size bed and was given a two singles bed instead. No advises about that, only learnt about that change at the check-in.

Location was good and easy to get to, staff were welcoming and helpful, food was nice, seating out side in the the evening was very pleasant, overall my stay was great, definitely will be back. Great job 🙌🏼

The only thing I would say is a dinner my drink was empty for a while and just thought someone should have asked if I needed another one, as it was a very hot day also.

My Wife and I were pre-booked into this Holiday Inn for 1 night in early May and another in mid-June, as we travelled to and from our holiday in France. Unfortunately, on our way south, around 60 miles north of Huntingdon, we had a car breakdown and requested the RAC to take us and car, to the Holiday Inn, Huntingdon. This happened on a Friday evening, with no chance of a repair until the following week. (One of the front coil springs had broken). In short, a local Mobile Mechanic (S&N Services) located the part and replaced it on the Monday morning. The Management and Staff at Holiday Inn were so helpful and understanding of our situation and readily offered an extended indefinite stay, until the repair could be carried out. We can't express our gratitude highly enough for this help. The Hotel is in a great, quiet location with good walking. The accommodation is lovely, clean and comfortable and the Restaurant food and service is excellent. Thank you Holiday Inn, Huntingdon. Kathy and Graham Maben, Orkney.

Le camere non venivano ordinate, rifacevano il letto e basta. Non c'era il frigo in stanza, ho chiesto un adattatore e non lo avevano. Per il prezzo sicuramente mi aspettavo di meglio.

The location and setting, games area for the children, the terrace and the service - every member of staff was very helpful and attentive.

Shower head and kettle needed descaling . Biscuits would have been nice in the room. No drawers! Lack of bar staff in the evening if you know you are busy why would you just have 1 member of staff working a busy bar!

It had easy access and centrally located to suit my needs. The staff was fantastic, courteous, and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant/bar were great.

It was average nothing special this time. I'm actually disappointed I've been staying at this place for over 2 years.

The chain on the door was broken and house keeping decided to walk in whilst we were sleeping. Also we had a connecting room which I never wanted

Pleasant, efficient staff. Room comfortable, quiet and warm. Blackout curtains appreciated as a dark room aids sleep. Shower warm and powerful. Lots of lights in the room and enough power sockets. Nice big television- easy to use and gets radio programs also. Breakfast very good. Large choice and high quality.

More or bigger pillows on the bed would be good. The bedroom floor creaked a lot at various points. Some marks on the skirting in the bathroom shows its age.

Schlafsofa für die Kinder schmal und unbequem. Dünne Matratze. Die Fenstern im Familienzimmer im EG kann man leider nicht aufmachen. Nicht mal auf Kipp stellen. Müssten die Klimaanlage zum belüften nutzen. Sonst alles sehr gut.

The whole of the hotel was outstanding in both cleanliness decor views etc. the staff were exceptional in information and friendliness . The restaurant gave a good choice of menu and breakfast again was exceptional. We only wished we had stayed longer.

Absolutely nothing. It was exceptional from checking in, evening meal, bedroom and breakfast. No-one could have asked for more. It was also so good to see once again little extras in the bathroom ie box of tissues.
