Premier Inn Huntingdon - A1/A14

Sehr zentrale Lage, tolles Hotel.

In der Dusche war Schimmel.

Lage , Personal

Sauberkeit! Klimaanlage!

This is a modern and clean hotel. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. The street is noisy, but closed windows provide silence. Air conditioning and WI-FI work very well. Comfortable beds and two types of pillows. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. Lots of high-speed elevators. The breakfast –ok. The restaurant has many tables and there's no line for food. Convenient parking (but you can't reserve a space in advance). The staff is friendly and helpful. No problem with payment. Check out at 12.00 Snacks are available for purchase near reception.

The room for three people is very small. There is little space to store things and clothes. Glass door in the bathroom. Mold in the bathroom. A beautiful view from the window, ruined by the dirt on the windows.

Personal sehr freundlich

Amazing view from the room, cozy bed and clean bathroom

Dirty carpets

That there was a safe so I can not worry that something will get lost

Honestly nothing

Alles sehr gut, weiterzuempfehlen für eine Städtereise

READ THIS BEFORE EVEN CHECKING ANY ROOM I made a reservation of a room at this place and added my Austrian erste Bank debit card as payment. Next day I got a message that my card is not acceptable and I reached them and they told me explicitly add a credit card, because they can ONLY make the payment through that. I decided to cancel my booking then. The instant that I cancelled my payment, I got cut 90% of the room reservation cost, even though they told me they can not accept my card! I then called them, and they first direct you an extremely useless AI agent, so they can make you frustrated and waste your time, finally I was passed to a person, and they did not take any responsibility regarding my case, and after 5 minutes of argument they put the phone on the table and put me on hold and fully ignored me for the rest of the call (10 more minutes of no response), until I gave up and got frustrated and stopped the call! this is my experience with this people, who have NO respect for costumer and they really do not care about costumer, just for your money. If you want to make a reservation here, DO reconsider your decision, there are far better places in cologne to stay, so you do not need to deal with unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant people.

Posizione centrale, ottima colazione, pulizia superlativa.

Eigentlich unzumutbar.

Comfortable bed

Shower only had one heat setting and leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were also stains on the bedroom floor. Also no real desk in the room which made it difficult to work.

It was clean, staff were nice and it was easy to access public transport

I dont make breakfeast

Good price for good location

Small room

Pior noite no país!!!

Exceptional conditions with plenty of space in the room.

The location wasn’t great, it was pretty far away from the center.

Very good location, on a quiet area walking distance from the centre. Nice staff, very classy room and perfect breakfast. Thank you

Convenient location, nice breakfast, pleasant staff

Not a good air conditioning system. Asked 2 times to have the room serviced, but wasn’t done.

It was not good

They say it’s budgeted hotel but price is too costly

Calidad precio me pareció justa.

Kleine Minibar bzw. Kühlschrank hat gefehlt

Nice views from the windows. Very good location. Safe car park. Helpful staff. Lots of choice breakfasts.

Air-conditioning was not working properly and no fridge for drinks.

Zimmer wartete eingerichtet

Keine Kosmetiktücher. Steckdosen blöd angebracht, einfaches Frühstück

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is really kind and helpful. The hotel itself is within walking distance of the centre of Cologne but the metro station is near the hotel so you have the possibility to take the U-bahn as well. There is a park with a playground a few hundred metres away from the hotel so that was great in our case since we were travelling with our 8 year old son. The room was clean and comfortable and more than we expected for the price paid.

/

Lokacija patogi, personalas super malonus, numeris švarus

Nada

Personnel agréable. Hôtel bien placé. Consigne possible.

Chambre à trois lits reservee, chambre à 1 grand lit obtenue. Personnel d’accueil glacial. Service minimum (mais Noel…)

After staying at the hotel I received a parking ticket for £100. Informed parking company that I had stayed at the hotel and booked my car in with reception. However parking charge was reduced but not cancelled. Tried to complain to Premier Inn as I will no longer use them for business trips but unable to do so. You just get sent around in circles. Very poor

It’s what you expect, clean room, good friendly staff, food was standard and no issues. Yes the restaurant was a bit dated and walls chipped and marked but it was all fine. Bar staff great and loads of parking. I think the staff were great and if I were to be fussy then the exterior could have been tidied up. (Through the glass in the fire escape door there was lots of rubbish). Worth the money and did the job and I would certainly go back.

Overall a great stay, room was lovely, clean, comfortable and had a lovely view. We are in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast and was happy with both.

Booked relatively last minute, was planning on attending a funeral in Hull. A really smooth check in. The room was very nice, standard premier inn. Would recommend if needing someone to stay in the area.

Don’t go, worst hotel we’ve stayed in staff went out of their way to be rude and unhelpful, we ate in restaurant and wouldn’t recommend that either food awful and line it had been reheated and tasteless. Couldn’t pour a Guinness (3attempts) noisy room from a pump somewhere that intermittently cut in out, air con that doesn’t work, not great when you can’t open window, noise from other rooms , poor decoration( peeling paint, stained &dirty carpets) Really felt we were an inconvenience to any of the staff we had to deal with.

Really good check in experience - arrived early with my partner on a Sunday to be greeted by Karen who was wonderfully helpful and efficient. Nice and easy for a Sunday.

Lovely welcome hotel is in good condition bed was comfortable. Breakfast nice, best premier inn in Ipswich I’ve stopped at recently. The lady who serves at breakfast on the 28th is lovely very very lively stopping to speak to all the customers the lady who checked me in on the evening of the 27th was so helpful as well couldn’t fault any of them

Great food excellent service and the wonderful atmosphere highly recommended thanks Mr. Ardy very friendly very testy food

Very central hotel and well served by public transport. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you so much for you sympathy and for helping me during my stay! 🙏🏼☺️

Amazing experience. Good customer service and friendly staff. Would for sure visit again as everything they provide is to perfection.

We stayed in a Premier Plus accessible room for two nights while visiting family and were very comfortable. There was a fridge, Nespresso machine, and an armchair and foot stool as well as a huge bed. The bathroom was huge and the bath had low sides and loads of safety handles which was what we needed. The only disadvantage was the shower curtain - I find some water always goes through the gap and onto the floor, and hate hows the curtain sticks to you! We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but did enjoy two very good breakfasts. We didn't have time for any sightseeing or shopping but the hotel is in a really central position if that's what you've come to Jersey for.

I have stayed in many Premier Inns previously but never found such a friendly one as Chantry Park. The staff were all amazing especially Selina who looked after my sister and me as though we were family. Each of the staff we encountered went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and well cooked. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and in fact were sorry to have to leave. Emily …you are an excellent manager and have an amazing team . WELL DONE .

Aura the receptionist was very polite and respectful, the inn was a lovely place to stay very clean and tidy and the evening meal was really good we had plenty of choice, the breakfast also had a great choice from a full English to cereal and yogurt with a choice of fruit and finally as many cups of tea you needed to wake you up.

We had the best experience staying at Premier Inn Kingston today. The breakfast buffet was just amazing. Staff members Karen, Abdul, Jay and Shane were accommodating and helpful. Thank you guys!

Me and a friend went into breakfast, very friendly helpful staff, amazing food. Particular mention to Emily on reception, so lovely ans welcoming and to selina who was very helpful and friendly with our breakfast

Stayed just one night but Reception and Breakfast service staff made this a really enjoyable break. They are a credit to their employer.

Nice people, hotel’s location very convenient for Kingston. Premier plus rooms worth the hype😉😉 Very comfortable either for one or two persons!!

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we will certainly booking this again. Staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, thoughtful and made you feel like a friend. I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing location, clean rooms, very friendly staff marlon, karen, angelou, jay bryan, and niel i always stay in this hotel everytime im here great service...

Stopped in for breakfast with my family, Emily and her team were so wonderful and kind. Selina was so helpful and attentive.
