Apartment war sehr groß, jedoch hätte es an der Küchenausstattung (Messer, Gabeln usw.) mehr bei Ankunft geben können.

Die vielen wirklich guten Rezensionen haben uns bewogen, dieses Hotel zu wählen. Allerdings können wir diesen nicht zustimmen. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war das uns angebotene Zimmer, das eigentlich als "heruntergkommen" bezeichnet werden muss und keinesfalls dem Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels gerecht wurde. Nicht nur, dass die Tapete am Fenster bereits herunterkam oder die Wände insgesamt fleckig wirkten. Schlimmer war der Schimmel im Badezimmer, der sich entlang der Badewanne und auch der Dusche zog. Dazu kam, dass das Waschbecken bereits gebrochen war. Weitere Anermungen? Der Safe konnte nicht geschlossen werden und warum ein Bügeleisen als Zimmerausstattung angegeben wurde, sich dann aber herausstellte, dass damit ein kostenpflichter Bügelservice gemeint war oder ein Fön, der bereits nach 3 Minuten den Geist aufgab - all das kam zusammen, sodass wir uns fragten, warum dieses Zimmer überhaupt vermietet und nicht renoviert wurde. Beim Auschecken wurden wir übrigens nicht gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung gewesen wäre. Vielleicht kommt das noch...

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Nous avons été surclassé en chambre Corner Deluxe avec une belle vue sur Medan. Le lit et les équipements en chambre étaient parfait. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours à disposition. Service de laundry excellent. Bon petit déjeuner. Sans doute l'un (voire le meilleur) hôtel de la ville.
Nous aurions aimé profité du service de massage (30% discount), de la piscine et du spa mais c'est fermé à 21h.

Am Foyer wird entschieden, wer welches Zimmer erhält, laut Hotel Manager. Wir hatten unfassbaren Glück als „Nicht Raucher“ ein Raucherzimmer zu erhalten. Und mussten mit dem Hotel Manager in den Konflikt gehen. Diese schien nicht zu verstehen.

Obiekt troszkę stary. Okrągły basen nie nadający się do sportowego pływania - głównie ze względu na liczbę krzykliwych dzieci od 7:00 do wieczora. Sala śniadaniowa bardzo mała jak na liczbę gości. Brak możliwości oglądania transmisji meczów MŚ 2026 i to zarówno na telewizorach w pokojach jak i w lobby. Zdecydowanie lepszym wyborem - mimo nieznacznie gorszej lokalizacji - jest Four Points by Sheraton.

Des traces étaient présentes dans la chambre mais la chambre était tout à fait agréable. Nous avons pris un room service pour le repas du soir et c’était très bon et copieux.

The facilities such as gym, pool and sauna were perfect to help us relax before the long journey back to the UK. Room was gorgeous and slept perfectly in the bed. Not very organized. Room was not available at check in as they had “allowed” a late check out. Facilities limited. Indoor pool was extremely overheated to the point of scalding. Too hot to enter. A bit chaotic and not relaxing…

Söimme kaksi ateriaa hotellin ravintolassa ja olivat mauttomia. Kokeilimme spata ja lämminvesiallas oli 37.5-38 astetta mittarin mukaan ja kädellä kokeiltaessa polttavan kuumaa eli käyttö kelvoton. Saunaan ei saanut heittää vettä eli ilma oli kuivan kuumaa. Huoneessa oli käynyt joskus vesivahinko nurkassa ja home rantuja näkyvillä. Aulan henkilökunta jopa painosta antamaa 5 tähteä sanomalla että se on hänen työ ja se auttaisi häntä

There was a big party (auto free day) going on on the street so all night long it was very noisy. During the weekend the hotels are full with lovals, so very crowded everywhere. Because of the traffic, 1 hout away from the airport.

Huge delicious breakfast selection, large clean spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and all the necessary toiletries. You also feel very secure entering this grand gates & entrance, with lots of staff working. Kind service throughout from attentive, helpful and friendly staff. I didn’t have time to use the pool, but I looked at it and it was very well kept, large, and not too busy at all
