很吵的空调震动噪音The air conditioner in the room is very violent and noisy. the landlord pretended not to hear and kept saying that there was no problem.

Ráda bych poděkovala za skvělé ubytování. Pokoj byl vždy perfektně uklizený, čistý a voňavý. Majitel je velmi milý a ochotný, personál v restauraci přátelský a vstřícný. Poloha ubytování je naprosto ideální — blízko obchodů, restaurací i pláže. Místní rybí restaurace u vchodu do hotelu byla neuvěřitelně lahodná. Všechno bylo perfektní. Určitě doporučuji a ráda se sem vrátím.

The owner of the apartment is very nice. The room is good value for money. You can exchange Egyptian pounds from the owner and it is based on up to date exchange rate. It is very fair.

There is a little noise at night if your room is along the street.

Oda tertemiz geniş ve rahattı, otelin konumu merkezi cadde üstüydü, kahvaltısı harikaydı ve isteğinize göre hazirlaniyordu ne derseniz o ve çalışanlar güler yüzlü yardimseverdi, taleplerimiz aninda karşılandı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim bir sonraki Hurgadaya gidişimde kalacağım otel yine burası olacak.

The owner was very helpful. The fish restaurant by the hotel was excellent.

The location is pretty good as there’re restaurants and local shops all around the hotel. Room was also clean and well maintained. The manager checking us in, speaks good English, so it’s very easy to communicate with him either directly or over WhatsApp.

At night it can get a bit noisy with loud people or stray dogs in the area (there’re around 20 or more of them in the area)

The location is very nice, close to many shops and restaurants (a very good seafood restaurant next door, good price), the room was very clean and the bed was comfy! The owner was very kind also.

Water heater was off... discovered that only a few minutes before I had to rush into the shower. The area around is not exactly touristic but for a short transfer hop it's quite fine as you're a 10 minutes taxi ride away from centre of town.

The bed is big. And the host is nice.

The pillow is too hard too sleep. The remote control of tv does not work. There is a mini fridge in the room which makes noise.

Staff gentile come in tutto l'Egitto. Ho avuto un problema con l'acqua calda e lo hanno risolto immediatamente. Di fianco c'è un ottimo ristorante di pesce conosciuto e apprezzato anche dai locali.

Comfortable and very clean room. Room is simple but it has all you need for a short stay. We mostly chose it because it’s near the bus station. Fair value for money

Lots of noise from the street outside during the night.

The host help arrange shuttle to meet us outside of the airport late at night. We woke up late the next morning and missed the breakfast time. We were not sure where to get something to eat The hostess made coffee and breakfast for us. They made different breakfasts everyday during the 3 days we stayed there. All very delicious! We really enjoyed our stay there! The hostess recommended the best seafood restaurant around.

It was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

There was a minor problem with the check in in the middle of the night. As the reception is in the caffe on the ground floor I was instructed to go to the 4th floor to check in after 3AM since the caffe is closed at that time. I had to wake up the owner in the middle of the night unfortunately. Shower curtain needs to be replaced as the water is splashing around the bathroom floor.

The room was very nice size and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve had in all of Egypt! I also loved that there was a little balcony with a rack for hanging your clothes to dry. I love the fact that every floor had its own water cooler where you could fill up your water bottles and one of the florist even had a little lending library with some books in English. I didn’t have a whole lot of interaction with Tamer (sp?) but he was very quick to answer my questions and helped me by arranging a transfer to the airport at the last minute. There are many restaurants all around the hotel so it’s very easy to find a good place to eat. There are also lots of little markets and it’s not far from the main road. It’s about a mile walk to the new marina. I wasn’t really impressed by the marina. It’s religious a row of different restaurants and a few little shops, but you can see the water and look at the boats. So it can be a pleasant time but don’t expect anything really great.

There is a fish restaurant right next to the hotel and my room was closest to it. It wasn’t terrible but a few times I did notice the room smelled like fish. However, it really wasn’t a big deal and it didn’t happen all the time. Other than that, I really don’t have any complaints about the place. I had a really good stay.

Bulunduğumuz katta su sebili vardı ücretsiz ve temiz. Yakınlarda exchange olmadığı için bize gecenin saat 2 sinde bu konuda da yardımcı oldu. Çarşaflar temizdi. Yeri merkeze uzak ama kendi bölgesine gire merkezî konumdaydi.

Heryer toz içinde idi. Yastıklar ince ve sertti. Sahibine defalarca dinlemek ve telefon numaramı vermek istemediğimi, watsup tan iletişim kurmak istemedigimi söylememe rağmen , çok yorgun olmama rağmen numarami karekodla ekleyene kadar odamdan çıkmadı. Tek başıma olduğum için çok gerildim. Beni kesinlikle anlamadi ve çok ısrarcı davrandı. Zaten yoldan gelmis ve taksici terörüne uğramış tirtir titriyordum. Beni sakinleştirmek yerine telefon numarasina takıldı. Herkes çok yardımsever olduğunu söylemiş ama benim deneyimim farklı oldu. Check in sırasında, odamda uzun süre benimle yanlız kalması beni çok rahatsız etti. Dikkatli, saygılı olması ve daha anlayışlı olmasını çok isterdim. Apartmanin girişinde bir oturma alanı var. Orda saatlerce birileri oturdu. K gürültü yaptılar. Bir sürü erkek. Saatlerce orada kaldılar. Akşam Cesaretimi toplayıp çıkayım dedim, tomarla para sayan tipler vardı. Asansörün saçma sapan bir müziği var. Kapi açıldıkca ve açık kaldıkca ötüyor. Apartmanin her yerinde bu müzik duyuluyor. O gün saatelrce susmadı. Ne yaşandı hi anlamadım. Gece de gerginlikten uyuyamadım.

Sa situation géographique : L'hôtel est a proximité de commerces, restaurants, et de plages privées. Très propre.

Le revers de sa bonne situation est que l'environnement est bruyant, quasiment toute la nuit.

It is very spacious and clean. I really enjoy the helpful staff members who help me store the luggage.

It is just a quite busy area so you could hear multiple peoples in and out at night.

Отличный городской отель! Останавливался на одни сутки с женой и ребенком! Расположен на многолюдной улице, при отеле есть своё кафе, рядом также много различных кафе и магазинов. Очень комфортные номера с качественными постельными принадлежностями. До моря пешком метров 600 примерно, но я не ходил. Очень благодарен, что Tamer помог организовать мне недорогой ночной трансфер в аэропорт! Однозначно рекомендую этот отель !

Tolles Frühstück, geräumiges Zimmer, klimatisiert und sauber. Sehr günstig.

Die Lage. Man ist weit ab vom ortszentrum oder dem Strand. Aber als Zwischenstation für diverse Ausflüge ideal. Einen ganzen Urlaub würde ich hier aber nicht verbringen wollen.

Schöne Lage nahe am Meer und trotzdem nicht überlaufen. Sehr saubere und moderne Zimmer mit 1a WIFI. Tamir ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unten hat es eine gemütliche bar und direkt nebenan ein fabelhaftes "Straßenrestaurant". Hat weniger Souvenir Shops in dieser Ecke daher kann man auch weitestgehend ungestört flanieren (mal verglichen mit anderen Ecken in Hurghada :) Hat alles was man braucht!

Actually it's my second time to stay in Masaya, and definitely not my last one Mr. Tamer is very helpful, and the place is very convenient if you are looking for practical stay in the city of Hurgada.

It was okay, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. There was an elevator so upstairs no problem. Tea and coffee provided with a kettle.Staff in the coffee and shisha place downstairs were friendly.

Old fashioned, like going back to the 80s. It was in need of updating. The smell from fish cooking in the restaurant downstairs and the shisha smoke from the cafe made it unpleasant to sit on the balcony. The price was a bit higher than a room of that quality should be. The reception in yon the 4th floor.

We had a very good stay in Masaya hotel. The room was clean, big, with balcony. The home made breakfast delicious. Near the hotel you have Mustafa fish restaurant highly recomended, a lot of supermarkets. Masaya cafe also very nice with a lot of choise of tea, juice, shisha.

We stayed half day, to sleep after late night flight, looked for one close to the airport and found Masaya. Clean and big rooms, comfy bed, allwas OK, especially breakfast

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive and took great care of me even though my flight was delayed and I arrived in the middle of the night. The room was very big and absolutely lovely and incredibly clean.
