Excellent location - close to beach, town and restaurants. The room was spacious ,beds were very comfortable , great modern shower with 2 sinks in the bathroom Property manager , Maritza ,was extremely helpful, pleasant , accommodating and professional.

Minimal cutlery. A can opener would be a great addition to the kitchen. At the price paid for a 3+ night stay one cleaning service and a towel change should be included.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The design is appealing. We enjoyed the pool and rooftop patio.

Under counter lighting in the kitchen would be helpful. The music from the restaurant below was annoying.

The location was perfect! The lady working at the desk so so helpful and very friendly. The pool was clean and lots of afternoon shade.

You can hear road noise such as dogs and vehicles as well as nearby construction during the daytime hours.

This penthouse apartment was nearly perfect for our week in Bucerias. The views of both the water and the street provided endless entertainment – we loved being able to hear the town waking up in the morning, bustling through the afternoon, transitioning to evening activities, and finally settling into the peace of late night. The apartment itself was ideal: full kitchen, living room, bedroom, large bathroom, and plenty of wardrobe space. We had 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels for the week, which was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The only minor quirk was no dish or hand towels in the kitchen, but with multiple hand towels in the bathroom, we simply used one of those. The location and amenities couldn't be better. The pool is lovely, and the beach is just a short walk away. Breakfast options are incredibly convenient – Mr. Cream is right in the building, and both Beach Please and Matre Mia are steps away. Surf Mexico also shares the building, and we rented a bike and SUP from them (pro tip: mention you're staying at Nereidas Lofts for a 20% discount!). Maritza, our manager and main contact, was exceptionally kind and helpful. She met us after 6pm on a Sunday to get us checked in and sorted, which we really appreciated. She was incredibly responsive to any questions throughout our stay, and we were even able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella directly through her. The one significant issue: the music from La Negra on Friday nights. It was concert-level loud – the bass was thumping so intensely we could hear it in our concrete-walled bedroom with no exterior windows. I've seen other reviews mention this noise, so it's clearly an ongoing issue. It's surprising that a restaurant that's been part of the community for 10 years would generate such extreme noise levels. Thankfully they close at 11:30pm, so it doesn't continue all night. We were fortunate our stay was Sunday through Saturday – experiencing that both Friday AND Saturday would have been very unpleasant. Despite this one drawback, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this apartment, just be aware of the weekend night noise situation.

Que no tuviera cocina (lavadero principalmente para limpiar los platos). No pudimos usar las pesas que queríamos para entrenar porque algún huesped se las llevó a su habitación. El ruído de un compresor cercano a nuestra habitación que se activava por la mañana y nos despertaba.

If you plan to sleep forget it. It’s now 10 pm and I am lying in bed listening to Roudy music outside - ridiculous how loud it is. Would not recommend if you want a quiet sleep. My room is echoing with noise. I have all the windows shut and the air conditioner going but it does not drown out the volume

Room like dungeon,very little natural light,had to turn light on in lounge in evening whilst sun still out!! Could not fully open blinds in bedroom because of proximity of balcony of building next door,2m away,and directly facing bedroom,awful.

The wifi would cut on and off at times which a video call with my wife back home a little challenging but that's it everything else was great!!

Location- mid town, one block from the beach. Room on the top floor, 5th. View of the ocean from the shared deck. Staff service - Maritza was amazing! Bed- very comfortable. AC- room temperature was comfortable. Kitchen- fully stocked with appliances, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. Pool- nice pool on main floor with private fence.

The smell in the room; They had 2 auto air fresheners (1 in the kitchen area and the other in the bathroom). The worst smell came from the bathroom - sewer smell? Outside noise; the window quality was poor. Could hear traffic noise, music and a rooster crowing through the night. Slow draining shower drain was a bit of a pain. The room rate was higher than what was noted on booking.com. Due to an uplift on the peso to USD exchange rate.

Condo was for 4 adults but had one wine glass and 3 coffee mugs. One couch, not enough seating.

Nice new and clean

Fairly noisy area. Nighttime was okay except Saturday- restaurant down the street was loud music until 4 am. Daytime is very noisy with all the construction work being done on the high rise one to two blocks away. You couldn’t really have a conversation with anyone at poolside although after a few days I didn’t notice that much.

Very comfortable space. Loved the openness of the layout. Great bed! More than enough storage for two.

More glasses, kitchen utensils, and beach stuff supplied with the condo would be nice. Beach chairs and boogie boards, umbrella, bbq, etc.

The beds were very comfortable. An overhead fan kept the room cool enough most of the time but when needed, the AC worked well.The pool was a nice size and we felt very safe. Communication with the manager was easy and pleasant. Very close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Even though there were some kitchen supplies, there wasn't much else. The only sink was in the bathroom and the plug didn't work. It seemed as if there was very minimal effort to allow for any food preparation. Although there was hot water available, we had to run the water for about 5 minutes before it warmed up. Some 'how to use' notes for the water, fan and tv would have been very helpful. The gym on the 5th floor was lacking equipment and wasn't air conditioned.

The feel and atmosphere

You need to Provide more bedding duvet or Blanket . The pillows are uncomfortable.

Pool area, pool and pool gounds. Our site was very nice. Location was perfect, close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

The area where the coffee maker, fridge and microwave was , did not have a sink. Had to use shallow sink in the bathroom to fill the kettle and coffee maker. A little inconvenient.

This is a beautiful location steps from the beach, great restaurants and coffee shops in very close proximity and super quiet building

They didn’t have a hair dryer and there was a septic smell in the apartment.

Location was excellent for our needs. The building and room were clean and bright and very comfortable. The building is quite new and the rooms are well above average for the area. The roof deck and exercise area are really a great place to spend some time. Staff were excellent and Maritza was awesome. She had some challenges while we were there and she knocked it out of the park. We can't say enough about her and the facilities people.

We had no water for almost 2 days. Everyone in the building had their own way of dealing with this, but no showers when in a tropical area is just not good. Maritza got us 5 gallons of clean water for small chores, but we had to use water from the pool to flush the toilet and we had no shower or sink water for washing up. Also, one evening the power was out to some of the building and the entrance fob did not work at all. We found the lobby door ajar and used that. We think the owners should offer a little money back for the inconvenience. Again, the crew at Nereidas Lofts were great.

Everything was immaculate. The amenities were really nice, and having the restaurant availability and water sports rental options downstairs golden. Maritza is an AMAZING manager, and was super prompt in responding. She really provided concierge service and care throughout the booking process and stay. Property is super close to the beach and town…Can’t say enough!

Restaurant downstairs for breakfast. Nice roof (5th floor) terrace, surprisingly large pool, shaded in the afternoon. Very clean, comfortable beds, many towels provided.

Towel changes would have been nice for a weeklong stay.

My family and I loved the location of the hotel. The hotel has a breakfast spot right down stairs with delicious food! The hotel is walking distance from restaurants, to the beach and the malécon. The hotel room was beautiful. Maritza was kind and very welcoming during our stay. The beach is only a 5 minute walk but if you feel like staying at the hotel rather than go to the beach, the pool is nice and clean!

I didn’t like that in order to get additional towels for the pool or shower, you must order room services to clean your room. Room service charges a fee to clean your room and then they will provide new towels..

The rooftop lounge was beautiful. The pool was warm! The location was great! Staff was friendly and responsive. Bed was comfortable.

I tried but could not tell from my booking what our room would be. Because of the online photos I was expecting a living space with separate bedroom or two but we had an efficiency which for the two of us would have been fine except that the space for a “kitchen” was very strange. The space had a microwave, coffee maker and small fridge. A dish towel, plates, glasses, cups and tableware were included. However, we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom sink. Didn’t feel handy or sanitary. When our expectation was a kitchen with at least a cooktop, we thought we could at least fix breakfast on occasion but with nothing to cook on or with we had to eat out for every meal unless we wanted to warm up leftovers. When told about our plight with no kitchen (not even what I consider basic), Marivella seemed a bit confused but she did provide some dish soap and a sponge for washing up. She couldn’t fix the room but did what she could. If you plan to eat out for every meal it’s a great place to stay.

The place is clean and well located but very expensive. For a suite there was a coffee maker, no water to drink or use. We were each given one towel for the week. One beach towel each, in addition No hooks to hang towels to dry. No hangers to hang clothes. It wasn’t set up for living only sleeping. A lot of money for what was offered.

It was a great location. Nice quiet pool that was warm. Close to many restaurants and easy walking to Bucerías. Very close walk to the beach. Nice roof top lounge area too. It was great.

Not a huge issue but occasionally there was a strong sewer smell from the bathroom. We had to spray freshener a few times. It was a bit unpleasant. Some instructions on using the washer dryer combo would have been helpful. It was all in Spanish and once I found a cycle it took forever. Felt like I wasted power and water.

Located in the south part of Bucerías it is one block from the ocean. The Mr. cream restaurant is on the first floor and serves a very bb good breakfast. The room and bed were spacious. The pool area is relaxing.

The swinging doors in and out of the bathroom are a nuisance. There is a microwave and refrigerator but no sink close in that area, only in the bathroom.

It’s brand new. Loved the loft/concrete style: large windows . Comfortable mid century chair. Hot water for shower. Super comfy bed and pillows

What we did not like … as a batchelor suite it had a fridge but no freezer so we couldn’t have ice in our room… we tried a cooler but that didn’t keep ice longer the 24 hours The kitchen was basically stocked but there was not aeven a bar sink so we had to use the bathroom sink to clean dishes …. Yuck

5th floor patio was great we had the top level . Not having housekeeping included was not great . Not enough chairs at pool area need to get picnic tables out. More pool chairs. Location in Bucerias was perfect.

Spartan furnishings. No sink in the concrete kitchenette. Minimalist coffee maker provided with no coffee. Concrete bed pedestal, concrete bedside tables. 1 towel hook. rating is 2/5 and value is 1/5. You have to access the property by the back door.

Restaurant in building was excellent. Beach access and proximity to many restaurants was excellent. Security of building was good. Enjoyed the pool and cleanliness of this area.

For the price we paid, and what was represented as the room facilities by booking.com it did not meet our expectations. The posting said it had a sofa which it did not, bare minimum of kitchen accessories and no kitchen sink. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom. Two plastic chairs and a cement ledge as a table within the room to look out the window to pool view. We had mistakenly assumed there would be a balcony. No cleaning supplies provided and had to book and pay extra to have the room cleaned. No accessories to use for the beach such as beach chairs and umbrella. Previous accommodations in Puerta Vallarta provided this.

The Manager at the Lofts, Maritza Martínez was excellent. Her communication leading up to and during our stay was outstanding.

The furniture in the living area was uncomfortable. The kitchen layout was a bit odd. As an example, the microwave is mounted so high it can't be used without a step stool. The unit comes with a clothes washer, but not a dryer. Rules prohibit hanging anything outside to dry, so having the washer was useless. It seemed like several small minor things aded up to be a bit annoying..eg.no dish rag or towel. Minor I know..but a few things like this. And lastly, the pool is nice but it's heated to way too hot. It just wasn't enjoyable to use.
